starts after you finish "Head for Business" (Shaun says goodbye to you in the Galactic Zone and the fireworks go off). After sleep, Isabella tells you that you should eat the cupcake and talk to Deshawn at the strip club because he needs you.

But they're mandatory quests. How did you end up not doing them? 😭

 

I founf one "special cupcake" in the inventory ate it but nothing happened... I even went to Sanctuary on scooter  but still no result...

I used console command to procced the quest, thus OB appeared to get PC to special spot.

 

I'' try to replay that part of the quest.

 

OMG, I've finally found it ! It's on the bedside table ....

I actually preferred the OB's and Gage's missions to many of the others. Not that there's anything wrong with the Golden Globes missions, but the harsher elements of Nora's route were a big part of what kept it interesting for me.

 

The hardcore vibe I got from Nora's route felt different from the hardcore vibe in Slavers, in a good way. There are things in the current iteration of Slavers which just aren't for me and that I actively avoid, but the hardcore elements of Nora's NR felt right. The context was different. Kinda like you're there voluntarily and you can leave any time, but you willingly submit yourself to increasingly degrading treatment. Just a different feel. I guess outside of the Abernathy quest, which broke the mold a bit.

 

But yeah things like melting Nora's wedding ring down into piercings, Gage's content with the gunners, the VIP parties, that one dude in the theater and the bathroom stall, some of the more hardcore trips out to Diamond City, the commentary from certain NPCs - all these sorts of things were big positives for me. It walked the line between the sometimes overbearing experience of Slavers and an otherwise boring (to my tastes) softcore experience.

 

Hopefully the vision doesn't change too much for Nora's route.

It has great missions, but it's uneven. On the one hand, I noticed many passages where my lack of knowledge limited the story. It was my first quest mod, and it shows because the first quests are very simple, but then towards the end you see more complex quests.

Anyway, it was my first quest mod, and thanks to it, I gained experience to create the Norita route. 

 

 

 

 I truly love the Norita route.

 

 I played through the Nora route being rebellious, and had to go backwards in saves. After the point where you go to the movies with OB it shows failed and Nora had to do the walk of shame. Needless to say, the following was a bit too hardcore for me. Plus I do not know if it is a bug or not but continuing to be rebellious in the market resulted in Nora's death every time when OB walked away after the law degree stage. That is what made me go backwards in my saves.

 

 I was checking to see if there was a possibility of becoming the true Overbitch by being rebellious but submitting to OB. Guess that was not in the cards, or at least that way it isn't. Even with that I enjoyed the Nora route after backing up a bit.

 

 Not trying to sound critical of this as I do truly love this mod and this mod is what made me start playing FO4 again. Keep up the wonderful work!

I have got to admit as well I absolutly love Norita's route its just perfect (Chefs Kiss as they say) 

 

but I will also go with that sentiment as well there is nothing wrong with the golden globes missions I do enjoy them a lot the different scenes and different plot types per movie but for me I actually enjoy more the outside missions around Nuka World itself with the OB and the other characters it adds so much story and plot to the whole package its the icing on the cake that tops it off

 

@JB. If your uploading a new version tomorrow you said or today now maybe ill wait before i tackle doing the Nora route as you mentioned you have completed it now in what your working on currently with your internal build soo ill wait for now

I'm going to assume you're missing too many things due to the language. From quests, to the cupcake location, to how to return to Nuka World, to outfits like the high school uniform, which depends on a soft requirement. It's all in the mod and also on my main page (the high school uniforms).

Yeah, I'll upload the update tonight. I just want to test a few more things before uploading it.

 

The thing is, the Overboss in Norita's route is already more polished. He's a tough guy, but fatherhood opened up a flank for him that Norita takes advantage of. But for that, I had to make several experiments on Nora's route.

 

First, he's a son of a bitch. Nothing more. The mod was intended to be short, so by making a really annoying Overboss, you'd want to play the DLC and kill him. 

 

Then the mod started to have a story. So I decided the Overboss was going to be a kind of pimp. He offers his girls to people he considers important. He puts Nora on loan to certain characters, like a good pimp.

 

I gave him a daughter, kind of as a joke (she's white, redhead with green eyes... but he's black), kind of to give his personality some duality. He's a jerk, but around his daughter, he gets all mushy.

So the Overboss started to become a little more empathetic and jealous of Nora, implying that the relationship between the two might be romantic. He went from being a complete asshole to being a half asshole. That's when I thought I hit the nail on the head. Quite interesting to see how its evolved then over time I may still be a new comer to the mod and it by no means feels short at least currently now to me there is sooooo much content it has to offer it feels more like a expansion. Im really hoping things continue to develop in the future like having a similar thing to Lucky Lady in the wasteland that the OB trys to develop and build up or even some content that involves Far Harbor as its mentioned a few times like some investment side story or something I dont know. I just really like the direction its been heading in and the way its developed from the beginning upto the point its at now. I also like how more and more gameplay features and mechanics open up as things are progressed like the different shops and different player interactions in that sense too

 

Sounds like I have some more plot and story elements and other stuff to look forward to when I finally try Nora's Route eventually

I have to admit I'm laughing my ass off every time my Norita manages to piss of the OB or make shit really awkward with her questions and inexperience. 🤣

 

Even if it's more softcore, that whole beginning of the Norita route with the training and OB stuff is just a lot of fun.

Also I'm still curious about something with the Nora route; What is your canon/intended reason for Nora to join Golden Globes @JB.? I find it hard to understand why she'd join after Kellogg shot her husband and stole her baby. Even later in the quest she mentions something along the lines of how Nate "couldn't provide for her". I mean wow, that is heartless.

I started a new game and the NPC's weren't doing sex scenes and their clothes were all messed up.

When you leave the vault and talk to Duke, choose the young vault dweller response. That will kick off the Norita route.

When it started to have a story, the excuse was: Nora doesn't know anyone or anything about the wasteland, and she's a lawyer, not a soldier, so she prefers to play it safe and work at the porn studio until she has enough money and confidence to do the vanilla story. 

 

I don't remember Nora saying that about Nate. She did say that about “Mr. White,” the fictional husband, when she first meets William.

In that respect, I envy Skyrim; they have tons of resources, especially animations. What I would give to have a set of animations where we carry beer or a tray in our hands. An ironing animation would be cool too.

I wasn't trying to cause offense or anything I just understood it as that being animation limitations. I just thought it was funny to see bash the creeses out of those clothes on the ironing board :p

Right. Do you think there could be something that drives Nora to do it at some point? Something like the intro to Commonwealth Slavers, but Duke kills Gristle and Murphy and essentially rescues Nora in the handcuff scene - after which he tells her to seek protection with Golden Globes. This would show her right off the bat how dangerous the Commonwealth is now, and that Duke is right.

 

Ohhh, I guess I mixed up the marriages then and thought she meant Nate. Oops. Yeah no Mr White couldn't provide shit, you're right. 🤣

Out of curiosity, do you have any plans to create mods for Skyrim? Not sure if you even play the game.

 

It really is unfortunate how huge of a disparity there is - Skyrim is miles ahead in terms of frameworks and resources, while Fallout4, at least in my opinion, is miles ahead in terms of narrative mods. I really wish the two worlds could collide someday.

not what I asked. I started a new game and NPC's weren't doing sex acts so I uninstalled all mods and reinstalled but now I have this problem with their clothes. It also messes up their cocks.

oops! Needed more coffee! LOL

Looks like a skeletal issue and not rebuilding the outfits for that body mod. Reinstalling mods should be kind of a last resort. And you need to make sure you keep them in the original load order slot.

Your initial issue was a incorrect/missing animation setup. Look over the manual and see what pops out as needing fixed.

 

Oh, and never use loot to sort your load order. Read the mods descriptions and learn where they "should" actually load. After doing that a few times, you'll  learn if a mod does this it'll go here, and know right where it needs to load without much reading. But always read the descriptions... just in case.

MSMA Sexfight portrays Nate as a philandering husband, even leaving a holotape with Codsworth.

Even Shaun (Father) is portrayed as a lunatic. 

 

I guess it's to setup the story for Nora to wander the wasteland shagging everything in sight, lol.

While I enjoy playing Skyrim once in a while, I don't enjoy writing about medieval fantasy. 😭
