I got bored and I've spent the last few hours making my way back up to there from the Lucy Abernathy recruitment. Just about to do the Boris fix in Music's quest again. I'm trying my best to keep the saves unscuffed by the time I get to Nisha.

My assumption is you just walked away :).  JB would have to confirm but it sounds like Keyshawn's dialogue was already active (not conditioned on that Nisha conversation completing), and that changed the quest stage but the Nisha conversation would have advanced the quest objective and the quest log/marker would be specific as I recall it.

Just did the Safari Quest with Kells to get Cito on the Norita Route, and after getting Cito and following the "Talk to Kells to return to Nuka Town" marker it leads me to just a floating quest marker in front of the steps of the welcome center. No Kells anywhere. I'm gonna try again tomorrow to see if it magically fixes itself, but I'll just mention it now.

I just played Made In Heaven on the Norita Route and.. I mean.. A petsuit? 👀 Like.. Those are so underused in both Skyrim and Fallout 4 modding, nice to see them getting some love.

I have to be honest, this quest is years old, and there are like six different branches.

 

Could you answer these branches?

 

Is Norita a virgin?
Kaiser refuses to take Kells in his car. Did you decide to take him with you anyway?

 

That gives me a better picture.

 

By the way, if you've already played this route with Nora, it's best not to take Kells in Kaiser's car. It's a whole new plot.

Yes, I had a different way of doing quests before. Instead of stages, I used... keywords! Because I didn't quite understand how to use stages.

 

So, instead of looking at your stage in the first quests, characters look for your keywords. I've updated these old quests a bit over time, but not much.

I have a n issue with "Kill me Sofly" quest for Noritas's path. 

Charlotte says that granpa awaits PC for hunting but no journal entries or markers are shown. 

The technical guide indicates that "Kill me Sofly" quest is to start

210	Start "Kill Me Softly" Quest	SetStage _NukaRide_Movies2 210

 

After entering "sqs _NukaRide_Head" it shows that the quest is at stage 0. 

The guide says 300

I enter "SetStage _NukaRide_Head 300" but it does nothing. The quest still at stage 0...

If the quest does not start it's because one of its aliases is not alive or is disabled. The list of aliases is long, but they're all optional. The one that isn't optional is:

 

• Kaiser, the protectron near the entrance to Nuka World.

 

This means that if he's not there, the quest won't start.

Another reason could be that your load order isn't correct. Feel free to share it if you'd like. 👇🏼

There is No Kaiser. Isn't he from Nora's route?

 

Btw, upon visitting OB and getting the permission he says that Gage has a mission for PC, something about BOS, but  Gage says he's none. Weird.

 

Grandpa's Toyota is @ entrance to Nuka-Town. He himself is located at the farm.

Does anyone know of a mod that will increase just walk speed? I know there is the "setav" and "modav" speedmult but that changes general speed and not walk speed id like to be able to walk at the same speeds as NPCs when a quest objective is to follow someone? the next bit I wanted to say was an idea I thought of if its not possible then thats fine was just thinking of things, I will add it into spoiler tags just in case as I dont want to spoil

The other thing I was thinking off im not sure if its possible or if its too much work sorry, but the idea I was thinking of at least for Norita as thats the path I have played the most and that being it would be cool if the player character hair started out with "rough farm" style hair at the beginning and then slowly got changed as the story progressed so it had more a perm-ed look and something nice similar to what happens with Sophie for role-play purposes as the player character builds her skills with all the training

for example like if Azar Ponytails and Commonwealth Cuts are installed, hair number 1 the "rough farm" style could begin with "Azar Short 10" and then grow into "Vapor" for hair number 2. Sorry just thinking outloud

I know its possible in game manually with the "slm 14" and all that but I thought it would be cool, with the huge amount of hair style and hair mods I can understand this probably wouldn't be possible and very likely be a lot of work

Did you skip it? That would explain why the quest isn't working.

 

I don't know how the mod works with so many mods installed. The load order is fine, except for that, but I don't recommend doing a bashed patch at all.

I've been asked to have submissive/rebellious traits to prevent or block certain dialogues, but I'm not a big fan of that, so its inclusion is purely cosmetic.

 

Were you expecting more ramifications or something?  I hope you are aware that I am just a single soldier. 😵‍💫

So there's no way to fix that even with console commands?

 

PC and Dara attented the audition held by Mason but something didn't work once again for me.....

I'll be 100% honest with you. Even if there were a solution, wich I don't know because you can't even start the quest with console commands, I'd rather not give it . Something is wrong with your setup if Kaiser isn't there. It's only going to end up in another bug later on because there may be others characters missing, and who knows what other potential errors this could cause.

 

And having to stop all my work to hunt for non-existent bugs when I'm coming out of a burnout is not my favorite idea.

 

 

I know that those who exceed the plugin limit have a lot of errors with my mod, since it's large and intensive and requires a stable setup. I would recommend creating an exclusive profile for Nuka Ride without so many mods.

I enabled Kaiser via console and entered "SetStage _NukaRide_Head 300" . 

Now the journal's entry says about giong to my appartment.

Yeah I agree it makes no sense blocking choices. Sometimes someone pisses you off and you get that little bit of courage at that specific point to make a rebellious choice. It makes perfect sense. It all depends how a person feel at a certain point.

with the choices and options to choose to be an OB bitch or not at least in Norita path is that also a choice with Nora as well iv not experienced that path yet and I kind of like that part of the story a lot and the dynamic it has I just wondered if it was in Nora's path and if so what the dynamic is like and if its differently implemented

Nice thank you for letting me know I look forward to trying it, I have really enjoyed the Norita path a lot and I still havent finished that path yet I have been taking my time with it. Got your World patch installed too certainly makes things prettier around the place

The scenes end automatically, if it doesn't then something is wrong with your setup.  For AAF you press the HOME key, take a look at the state it's in, and if you want to force end a send you press the END key (but it only works when the AAF HUD is up).
