🤯 If you find out how to implement the corrections, we can combine forces - I did this for Norita's route for funsies (though I don't have anything past 'Night Fever' but planned to continue my "Sleepless Nights" document after the next update when I've played it to death with the new quests) and never even considered it could be used for something

 

As a fellow fan of the mod my only plea would be please, pretty please, don't touch the word "stuffs" too much, except when used by the Overboss even in the Nora route 🥺 I have a sentimental attachment to that specific word being used because my little sister (who was from the US) used that word all the time when we were in our teens and 20s and it reminds me of her.  I understand that it's not correct grammar but is a vernacular of the eastern part of the US (so Boston, DC which becomes Capital Wasteland, etc) and I've seen a few mentions of removing it and my heart sinks each time.  It sounds like natural speech when used by the younger women especially, but I have such an emotional sentimental attachment even in the Nora route so I feel like I'd have to find a way to change it back if this changed 😅 

 

TBH I have played around in things like CK and the Translator to try to figure it out but I have an attention span that could make a flea look focused so I've no idea how to do any of that yet, and if it's more than a few steps here or there I'm likely to bail or get distracted, so you're welcome to a copy of my document if you want it and play with it from there - I had no intention of publishing it in any way so I have no use for it other than to add to my folder of "I English Real Good in Mods" folder where my edits to FROST and SS2 live

Heh, we were referring to the not-virgin route, at the porn studio.  You know, the less canonical B story, if you will.  And how the studio is claiming you'll film your defloration (knowing you're not even a virgin anyway) but before that is filmed you've already had vaginal sex at the studio with Kells and possibly Apollo - and maybe the audition dog.  Corsican is totally holding on to those tapes until you film the defloration and now JB is gonna make sure the player is aware of this instead of just guessing

I sometimes I look at the options and try to guess -- "which one of these does JB think is rebellious?".  Ooops, wrong one, reload. 🤣🤣🤣

 

I actually thought of you over the weekend when I went grocery shopping. I walk in and there are blueberry pies all over on sale. Not a blueberry fan either. I just pointed to my ear when people looked at me after my brief laugh outburst.  I'm totally not insane or anything. 🤦‍♀️🤣

For corrections, I always recommend ESP Translator. The translated file can be sent to me (for example, one user sends me the corrections for Nora's route and another for Norita's), and I inject them.

 

 

Things to keep in mind that I know is the biggest hit for many.

 

❗Injection does not change the “edit date” of the dialogs, unfortunately. This basically means that it is virtually impossible to redo the voices, since there is no way to reorder them by edit date.

 

I would have to manually look up the edited dialogs, one by one, and do the voices, one by one, which is not practical.

 

My translator usually translates “ cosas” to “stuffs”. Sometimes it puts “things”. Beyond the language barrier, I understand that it's not something that more serious characters can say, and I understand that "stuffs" is something more juvenile or, in Nora's case, it would be a bimbofied style.

Gotta be honest, unless I'm trying to test something specific out or forcing a rebellious or submissive attitude (or a sugar baby gold digger personality) I don't really pay attention to my SA stats, but I know that in every single "personal" playthrough that I've done just to enjoy the mod and the world, I end up with a 50 overall in the Rebel attribute, maybe a 48 if I've just asked for an attitude adjustment while visiting the OB during chores in the tattoo play dialogues.  I answer the one I'd personally say so it's a fun mix but on the ones I have noticed this, it makes me giggle when politeness is seen as a submissive response.  I'm Canadian so I laugh extra hard when the response shows as submissive when I'm just trying not to be dismissive.  Love it XD

 

🤣 it brings me great joy to know that the blueberry pie metaphor has caused public embarrassment somewhere in the world.  I will hold on to this little comment always.  To be thought of is to claim immortality, so basically you just gave me super powers 🖤

 

I have to hum show tunes and such doing chores or my house roosters have a tiny tantrum 😂

Something similar happens to me, and I know I shouldn't do it 'cause I'm the modmaker xD That's why there are certain bugs hidden behind certain decisions. 

 

For example, in GNN, when Captain Wess asks you to dance with him, inviting you to 'shine', to be part of something cool, I CAN'T SAY NO. It's beyond my willpower. I know I've made a little route if you say no and that I should have tested it, but apparently I never said no during my tests.

 

Turns out, a week ago someone said "no" to Captain Wess and ran into a very obvious bug that I didn't experience because... I can't say no to Captain Wess. 🤣

It took me a while to get it but I know what you mean. It's not a bug. XDI simply gives you an option, right? But the game randomizes the dialog again, so rarely is the character going to say what you intended to select it to say.

Ahem.  Speaking of which.  You receive the "Bracelets III" from Captain Wes when you wear the hazmat suit, put on the Dancer outfit, and choose to dance.  The problem is you do not actually get it in your inventory.  You get a notification that he gave it to you but no bracelet.  I totally keep forgetting about this every single time I send reports in.

PS savoy is my only weakness and I'm lucky that there's a bug where if you choose to go back to DC with him, he gets stuck there and can't be interacted with.  It saves me from some very naughty behavior and keeps me 100% faithful.  Otherwise yikes.  I'd suddenly be needing to shop in DC constantly 🤤

Thanks for the appreciation! There is still some way to go before I get back on Nora's route. After finishing with 6.9 I want to go back to Slavers. So in the meantime you can try Norita's route, although it is less rough and slower.

I just checked and “Bracelet III” is marked as “ Not Playable” 😱 Basically it means: you have it in your inventory, but you can't see it. You will be able to see it in the next update when I fix it.

 

Or if you want to do it yourself in the meantime, just check this option.

After what happened to Nora, I decided it was safer to avoid being a rebel. 😱

 

Except for the bedroom scene where I look him in the eyes, because, dang, that just feels so right...both of the options do. I'm going to have to do another play through. 🤦‍♀️

at the beginning when you set if your a virgin or not with Sophie, its interesting to see her reaction if you answer you slept with so many guys you lost count - world is ending sex romp.   Wonder if that will have interesting dialogue vs just being a virgin/non-virgin when in cupcake land or when dealing with the other pre-war vault dwellers.   I have always taken the pup oath (maybe should not take it and see what happens) but the branding part always gives me pause.   In the Nora route its almost an obvious choice based on what she just went through (that is one seriously messed up situation that would break alot of people) But Norita is not in danger, has tons of people that have her back....guess it just comes down to what's most important to her at that moment.   I would still love to try to change the OB with romance into a closer to normal level person, but not sure how far that can go if your not his bitch.   I can see long term play even getting married and having a great influence on what goes on in Nuka World and beyond as she has a ton of influence established with all the factions, possibly even Maxon depending on how the sister romance things plays out.   I kind of wish an actual romance with Larsen was available (no oath, not a bitch), as he is by far the most normal of the options and closest to what a pre-war person would be looking for and have Golden Globes be the primary focus vs the OB. 

 

Not sure I could ever do the Dunmores, or any of her friend options wrong....they are more precious to her then anything...it would break my heart to turn any of them away or hurt them...

In the Nora route I got a lot of punishments but played as a rebel in that playthrough as well XD sometimes I feel like I'm playing this all wrong because I'm playing as "me", and I keep ending up even in Nora route with 100 on my SA stats and 50 rebel except right after asking to go to the commonwealth if I haven't first asked to spend time with the OB XD

I actually had some concerns in Norita route too when I went with the "me" playthrough and was polite (I never got the punishment during the first Raider Queen but do get it when I play as opposite of me), but found that being a rebel overall makes it even more romantic XD I even tell him repeatedly he's had enough beer when I spend time with him after working at Seven Bar XD usually I do a job then play Raider Queen, so every time I do that one I'm like you've had enough like dang I handed you the first at 7am XD

 

In real life I'm such a brat and in the Nora route my favorite thing is to make Daddy cranky.  I played Poison Heart a few times when it was suggested to me to trigger, and while my first playthrough I seemed to just make him super happy and get all the points, I had the most fun doing what would make him mad because "oop, Daddy's cranky again" became an entire feel.  He throws tantrums over the smallest things and I love it XD

oh did have a questions since you were mentioning equipment.   I noticed that facial piercing and earings all use the same slot number.   Which would be the better one to change and what slot number would you suggest.   I have gone into my outfits mods changed all panties/thongs to slot 40 as that is the most common one used.   The earings one is all over the place in the mods and would like to work around this mod so I would go through all the other mods and change them to what you suggest (or the facial piercings)   One thing I did not see when looking through armor was the belly piercing Patti gives you.   What slot is that using?

It has major impacts on the world around you and a lot of dialogue.  The "date" during "Not a Ride Without You" has a similar but different dialogue entirely and more insight to choosing that specific outfit to wear when the OB comes to visit you there for example.  That's a huge difference.  I won't give any spoilers but absolutely play through it.  If you search in here there is advice on how to change your Bitch status to not ob bitch, and you can basically load a save near there or save where you want, go back, set it as not a virgin, and then see the changes.  It gives soooooooo much additional detail, a ton of quests are different as far as how people interact with you.

 

Not being branded really does make a difference especially in quests like Night Fever.  I always choose the branding because I don't have any problem with temporary pain for a good result, but I played as a Norita who was averse to pain and didn't have one, it does make a difference even in dialogue and options.  It's why this is sooooo replayable.  I can't imagine the amount of work put into this to make all these things possible, like it blows my mind, truly.  The writing is absolutely exceptional too, and I'm not easy to thrill when it comes to storylines and artists who make mods.  I have few "favorites" and this is my #1 favorite by far.

To be honest I long for the option for both Nora and Norita if they turned it down to have regret for their choice later and somehow end up with the option (but accept that this is very cliche and obvious)

I love the idea of a more normal romance and it definitely seems to be mostly one for ob bitch Norita and even Nora to an extent (in Nora he's never going to be the man he is in Norita route but I can see him softening to an extent at least to her - and I get the impression that he's at least trying to meet Norita ob bitch halfway but has respect and friendship with not ob bitch Norita.  He even kinda respects not bitch Nora.  At least from my interpretation of the art.  To each their own interpretation and then the artist has their own meaning for it.  

 

Larsen.  I have feelings for him.  And they're not "come ask me on a date" feelings.  I honestly share Colter's sentiment on the dude.  He's kinda sleezy.  He's openly cheating on his wife, while she cares for their granddaughter...while I'm in a harem and it's expected for the man I'm with to have other women he's totally doing this behind her back.  Meanwhile making manipulative commentary about "he needs to loosen the leash" regarding how the Overboss feels about him.  Yet I see him as one wrong flirty comment to suck him dry of caps for the Overboss away from actually filing for divorce to pursue me XD If this ever does happen like you say you want and things start to work towards that, poor dude is gonna get his feelings hurt by me for sure XD I won't stand in your way, the guy is all yours 😋

 

Hmm...I could see the marriage thing and basically using Nuka World to unite and rebuild thing, but it'd definitely have to be after whatever takes place in Far Harbor, but I also don't expect it necessarily.  I have no idea what direction the base romance is heading towards, or how each choice makes a difference (being a bitch or not for example) but it's such a nice long term idea!

 

I just love that wherever this goes, we know it continues to go up 🖤

Dang, I hadn't noticed. It just so happens that my facial piercings are now on the back burner, as we now use Satisfactory Piercings. Those don't take up slots cause' they are headparts. That's much more convenient and on top of that they look cooler.

 

 

Patty's piercing - this is not my piercing, it's Maibatsu's and he uses slot 58.

Oh these are so cute!!!  These are on Sophie on one of her outfits and I wondered which ones they were!  Thank you for the tutorial, it was really helpful.  I have so much trouble figuring out how to edit stuff correctly so this made it really easy and I appreciate it!

Not being branded really does make a difference especially in quests like Night Fever.  I always choose the branding because I don't have any problem with temporary pain for a good result, but I played as a Norita who was averse to pain and didn't have one, it does make a difference even in dialogue and options.  It's why this is sooooo replayable.  I can't imagine the amount of work put into this to make all these things possible, like it blows my mind, truly.  The writing is absolutely exceptional too, and I'm not easy to thrill when it comes to storylines and artists who make mods.  I have few "favorites" and this is my #1 favorite by far.

To be honest I long for the option for both Nora and Norita if they turned it down to have regret for their choice later and somehow end up with the option (but accept that this is very cliche and obvious)

I love the idea of a more normal romance and it definitely seems to be mostly one for ob bitch Norita and even Nora to an extent (in Nora he's never going to be the man he is in Norita route but I can see him softening to an extent at least to her - and I get the impression that he's at least trying to meet Norita ob bitch halfway but has respect and friendship with not ob bitch Norita.  He even kinda respects not bitch Nora.  At least from my interpretation of the art.  To each their own interpretation and then the artist has their own meaning for it.  

 

Larsen.  I have feelings for him.  And they're not "come ask me on a date" feelings.  I honestly share Colter's sentiment on the dude.  He's kinda sleezy.  He's openly cheating on his wife, while she cares for their granddaughter...while I'm in a harem and it's expected for the man I'm with to have other women he's totally doing this behind her back.  Meanwhile making manipulative commentary about "he needs to loosen the leash" regarding how the Overboss feels about him.  Yet I see him as one wrong flirty comment to suck him dry of caps for the Overboss away from actually filing for divorce to pursue me XD If this ever does happen like you say you want and things start to work towards that, poor dude is gonna get his feelings hurt by me for sure XD I won't stand in your way, the guy is all yours 😋

 

Hmm...I could see the marriage thing and basically using Nuka World to unite and rebuild thing, but it'd definitely have to be after whatever takes place in Far Harbor, but I also don't expect it necessarily.  I have no idea what direction the base romance is heading towards, or how each choice makes a difference (being a bitch or not for example) but it's such a nice long term idea!

 

I just love that wherever this goes, we know it continues to go up 🖤

all this just proves how awesome this Mod is....I am not even sure this is a Mod anymore but a Game in itself its that good.   I know there are ways to go out and play the actual game, but I choose not to.   When I play this Mod its only this Mod, I never go out and do any quests.   I will use outfits and such but that's about it.

 

I think the the "Larsen Route" would indeed be divorce and then romance and only if you declined everything the OB offered (oath and branding) I am with you on I don't really see it happening and Norita kind of just uses him as a fun toy to play with and suck him dry (maybe literally) but if the playthrough is more one of denial or just stuck in the past then he would be the more normal choice (hell isn't Nate and Nora both cheating (or looking to) anyways based on the cupcake world?)

Patty's piercing - this is not my piercing, it's Maibatsu's and he uses slot 58.

great that helps alot!  the Vaginal/clit uses 58 from the OB uses that as well, so guess you cant have both without changing one of them.

In one of (or possibly the very first) comment I ever left on here, I pointed out that if this was its own isolated game, changing some of the lore so it's not copyright and was available as its own game, I'd buy it.  I spend an embarrassing amount of time playing this mod.  No exaggeration I'm playing this 12+ hours, 7 days a week because I don't work I just do chores and spend time with chickens XD  I haven't played anything but CS and NR since October 😶

There was also a quest that Nora goes into the prewar without the cupcake, for reasons, it's mentioned in here somewhere and the quest is called Blast I believe??  I get the impression that a lot of the cupcake world assumptions were correct, including something between Mr Summer and Nora.  It's not complete or at least when I checked it out was not, just a few minutes worth of the quest, but telling regarding the dynamics and how the different realities connect

 

I can see the appeal for some people with Larsen but for me the OB is a more normal prewar relationship since basically most of what you're doing with him minus the casual murders are things already happening prewar.  You have Ds relationships, BDSM and kinksters such as your own neighbors, and frankly, even slavers such as Nate and his friend who I have an uncomfortable feeling may make some form of reappearance in the future since he mentions the vault that Isabella came from...realistically, you're just dating a capitalist with tendencies to remove heads since there is no legal system (yet).  Larsen may have the romantic flirty talk down, he has caps, he has an obvious crush, but he reminds me a lot of Nate. I like him as an option, and turning him down gives me a thrill, and I love that others like him and crush on him (he probably has his own fanbase) but he gives me sleeze vibes XD

In "Not a Ride Without You" the quest begins with Nora pointing out that Nate would never come up with a last minute date like the one Nora was planning when she asks you to babysit, and the quest ends with the OB coming up with a last minute date with you, well thought out enough that he brought you a Nuka Cola if you refuse the beer which is there, and if you play as not OB Bitch you also find out just how special it is that he gave you his jacket.  Larsen would be Nate where you have to put in all the work for something outside of sex.  Larsen is great with the foreplay.  Nate can clearly flirt and entice, and so can Larsen, but I feel like once he has you he wouldn't know what to do with you 🤷‍♀️

It's a game unto itself in the sense that to make a playthrough less likely to bug out a player shouldn't install any more mods than necessary. It clearly is not intended to mesh with the vanilla stories in any way.

Things to keep in mind that I know is the biggest hit for many.

 

❗Injection does not change the “edit date” of the dialogs, unfortunately. This basically means that it is virtually impossible to redo the voices, since there is no way to reorder them by edit date.

 

I would have to manually look up the edited dialogs, one by one, and do the voices, one by one, which is not practical.

 

My translator usually translates “ cosas” to “stuffs”. Sometimes it puts “things”. Beyond the language barrier, I understand that it's not something that more serious characters can say, and I understand that "stuffs" is something more juvenile or, in Nora's case, it would be a bimbofied style.

All scripts that say "Debug.MessageBox(" ")" or "Debug.Notification(" ")" are safe to translate. I'm referring to what's inside inside the brackets. Editing anything else would break the script.

Norita Route facing Poodle in "Killing Me Softly" the PC starts dancing but the dialogue doesn't show. No way to trigger it with dialogue. 

So far everything's been pretty stable.

I'm having trouble remembering Norita dancing in front of Poodle.

 

None of Norita's encounters with Poodle are triggered by dialogue. My mod directly triggers the cutscenes. Whether it's with Isabella and Williams, Norita facing Poodle outside the mines, or Norita's final confrontation with Poodle.

I got past it after reloading. I think there was a script lag (Poodle is supposed to attack you) and since I've neve played this part (I thought it was like those insult games again but it's actually surviving enough time for the next scene to kick in. (That was super hyped as well like Cyberpunk 2077)

 

That pre-war quest was amazing and I've been waiting to get back at William for so long 

 

it's crazy I think I already clocked in over 24hr of playtime just on this route before Night Fever.
