AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

Loving the mod! Just having one small issue. During the "Sophie's Outfit" quest, after choosing Sophie's clothes and nails, when we exit the room the overboss isn't in the hallway. I've tried reloading a previous save and reentering the cell. Esp is at the bottom of LO, and everything has been mostly quirk free. I would really like to proceed with the quest without skipping it. Any help is appreciated.

Just more info, running most recent version of AAF, NR, and the patch.

Well, it's a bug that occurs because you didn't do the training quests after defeating Ryder. You used the MCM cheat. The training quests are story quests too. For example, it's where the reason why the protagonist calls Nisha "auntie" comes from, among other things.

 

You're the second one who used the cheat and skipped everything, and now my mod doesn't know how to proceed. My recommendation is not to use the cheat until at least doing all the trainings (the bar, the farm, the Overboss, Larsen, Patti).

 

I'll have it fixed for a future update, but skipping the story isn't what I had in mind when I put the cheat in, It was more like "Ok, I've done all the training quests and instead of repeating some of them to get the total score, I'm going to use the cheat." so I'll have to consider removing it or redoing it completely.

 

You probably won't like my recommendation. Go to a previous save and start doing the training quests. Specifically, you need to work for Larsen and he will invite you to a Poker night. That is what originally triggers "Sophie Wardrobe".

I liked the Nora route and played it a million ways to sunday, even choosing various names and making a personality to fit, and despite being called hardcore I actually find it kinda...realistic, fun, and funny overall especially with the way that she has these experiences and near everyone thinks she is crazy and she can't win for losing - as an almost 40 year old woman with an irl Daddy and a society of humans who pretty much attributes any paranoia or concern I have with a mental breakdown,  it's almost too realistic for me but geeze I freaking love it!  I didn't think I'd enjoy the more softcore version with Norita but it has become an obsession at this point.  I super hope to see Auntie Nisha's Bakery in future updates because I think we can go places with this and I'm all for reintroducing edibles to the wastes!!!  I actually prefer the storyline over anything else, and even enjoy the maid quests more than I probably should.  They're soothing

 

That said, I always have the same commentary every time I play as Norita, and am doing my farm chores...there are two chickens...a chicken at most can lay 1-2 eggs max per 24 hour cycle, and in studies of how radiation effects egg cycle it reduces it to 1 egg every 24-48 hours.  I have a rooster rescue and raise poultry, and chickens are my favorite animal so I am just grateful to finally have a mod that forces me to collect eggs - as it should be! - but this always bothers me XD there needs to be at least 2 more chickens so I can stop my headcanon that the others just wander too far from their coop please. Though I do understand for game/PC efficiency this may not be possible, but I just felt the need to mention this so maybe it'll stop bothering me even if you can not 🖤

Thanks! Your post made me laugh. Well, I don't think there's a problem with adding two more chickens, it's not something that's going to cause a performance problem, but I'd rather keep it small. I don't think the farm really has the capacity to feed all those raiders and make sales to the Hubologists.

 

If you want a couple more quests tailored for Nora, you can test them by writing

But well, due to complicity of the mod there are bound to be some bugs. Mine started with mistress quest: after arriving to nuka town, she would not walk to her shop after dialogue. I manually advanced quest seemly without problem, but then i cant enter her shop without CTD.

at that point. Attempts to advance quest to vertibird result in inability to talk to Music, on bench in harbor or in shop later. Can't talk to bug in shop either at same late point. Several mods on my list isnt activated for not to interfear with Nuka Ride. Any help appreciated.

My mod heavily modifies Nuka World and thus modifies the navmeshes as well. You are using another mod that creates a conflict with my world and its navmeshes, that causes NPC getting stuck, or even CTDs when NPCs want to walk somewhere. Unfortunately, those kinds of conflicts are not usually fixed by just uninstalling the offending mod, as its changes are still latent even after being uninstalled. As I point out in the main page, if someone really wants to play this mod without headaches, they have to create a basic mod setup with my recommended mods and some cosmetic mods. No "Super Mutants Suicider Festival.esp" or the ever-charismatic "I screwed up the precombines, good luck catching me.esp"

Just so you're aware, I haven't cheated my way past any of the content. I don't even have cheat mode enabled. I've spent over 17 hours on this playthrough. So, what could be the issue? I also have a secondary quest marker, pertaining to the same quest, that is in Nuka Town right near the entrance in front of the market. I used the TFC command to clip through the floor and see if maybe the overboss went to the underworld, but he wasn't there.

 

Edit: Also wanted to add, I wasn't able to do the truck stop quest with Sophie at any point because she never said OK on the 4 times I attempted, each time wearing different outfits, because I though maybe that mattered. My character calls Nisha, "auntie Nisha", is that what you mean? I really don't know what caused this because, like I said before, I haven't even enabled cheat mode.

If you didn't use the cheat, then it means that you didn't do Larsen's quest to clean his apartment/sophie wardrobe/night poker (it's like three quests in one that give a lot of training points). At the end of that quest the truck stop is enabled. 

 

I was looking at my setstages guide and this shouldn't cause any problems. I understand you are starting to do the Apollo quest.

The quest itself is announced by Patti and hints that very strong sexual things can happen, I think that's why players usually don't skip Larsen's quest. xD

I'll make it mandatory for the next update thanks to your report (Dara shouldn't end your training until you've done that quest).

Ok, I see where I messed up. I did the Larsen training, but I never tried to trigger the truck stop quest after getting the new outfits. I also thought it was strange when Mason said something about meeting Billy for my audition outfit, and how I must have pissed him off. I never met Billy and didn't even know he existed until after he said that. I guess on my next Nuka Ride, I will take it a little slower and not use the chair so much.😃 

 

I don't know if overusing the chair to quickly max stats has caused the problem, maybe the player could be limited to one use per exercise a day.

Hi, I have problem with the quest Lucy in the Sky. Bulldog takes me to Andrew Station, he order follow him to the scenery with other raiders... and that'ss all. he walks around the stage pushing agains other NPCs raiders but the quest don't progress, if I try to talk with him only responds with "just follow me" and electrocute. I search the same problem in this forum and only found teleport to him to the gallow, but I only see a ztec - XCross.

 

I'm in the QuestStage 230. if attempt skip to 240, I can talk with him but next teleports to other site, plays an animation and collar kills me for go far away.

 

Any idea how can I continue?

 

Edit: OK, after trying several options, I got it. So, I explore the tunnel next to the stage with various teleports (to avoid kill my PC with the collar) Bulldog to me because he don't moves.  until I rearched the ring and finaly I saw the gallow, teleports him to PC next to the gallow and the quest continues normaly.

Hey quick question: Does anyone happen to know why i have such fat wrinkles on my hips? Because they only appeared after the Dolled Up mission and the fat filds get bigger when you adjust the butt but the butt alone doesn´t change?

I think there is no more quest of that type (“follow me or die”) or there might be one more optional one, but you can always use TGM to activate god mode and not get killed. When an NPC can't walk to a place it means there is another mod editing the navmeshes. Glad you figured it out on your own.

I have not heard that report. I presume it's about the morphs, which are only available for CBBE and FG in my mod. You can go to Nuka Ride's MCM, cosmetic surgery section, and reduce the morphs to zero to see if that's the source of the problem.

 

I also recommend this mod to completely remove all morphs.

Nora has to visit Sanctuary too so yeah, the frat house has to be there. The idea is that Nate is sick and can't sleep from the frat house noises, so Nora will go and ask them to turn down the volume.

The quest is a bit more complex, however. The fratboys should just see Nora as a boring housewife. But in the present time we can get the "Sigma Phi Alpha" outfit and go back to the past, so this time we can solve the conflict.

 

My plan is that we can travel back in time whenever we want, thanks to a device that will be given to us by the Institute and placed in the apartment's garden.

Lol, if you're talking about my Nora and the fratboys quest, I got it straight from Literotica. The sick husband, the wife getting down on the boys. The story was much more straightforward and somewhat simplistic, but the plot was solid.

Yeah it is, love this whole idea to go back to pre-war Sanctuary and weaving these stories.

 

In the meantime, I am playing with CBBE on Fallout NV (Tale of Two Wastelands), and thinking about attempting some outfit conversions for it (1/3rd of the way through Ciraeyna's tutorial on Outfit Studio and editing meshes, and it doesn't even cover the BodySlide bits).  Ugh so much to learn there with Outfit Studio, meshes, and all that.  But the knowledge required to single man build out a mod is quite extreme, I can see why many mods just use vanilla assets or fail trying to be overly ambitious.

So, the last time I touched this mod was....a while ago, a while ago. Like only Nora's route and barely past when you get the Tarzan dude(The apartment garden wasn't even a thing yo). So I remember a bit of playing this mod before and thinking it was really well done. I really didn't have any bugs or issues then(none game breaking) and the voice lines were....okay, the writing and dialouge were great. 

 

So fast forward and well, I'm even more impressed. 

The two biggest pieces of advice I can give are One, build your load order around it if you can. Mostly because it just seems to run smoother and less likely chance of bugs and issues. Not required but suggested. Treat it like a Fallout London level of investment because that leads into number two. 

 

Take your time. It's glitzy, it's glammy, and you just want to see everything and push the story forward. I suggest just taking your time, don't leave areas really fast, don't jump from convos or skip through time too much. You can miss some quest stuff and it seemed like the more I rushed the worse performance got. Otherwise pretty much everything worked out of the box. I liked my own clothes so it was nice I could keyword tag them. The quests triggered with no issue and the like. The only issue I had was on my end and it was a texture issue I resolved with a few minutes in bodyslide. 

 

It's kind of like expecting to find skinemax channel but instead someone ordered a Playboy pay-per-view. Much higher quality than I was expected and definitely a project that has progressed at what I think is a staggering speed for these kinds of mods. 

 

So yeah 

15 out of 10, would recommend.

How well does this work with wasteland of depravity? I have downloaded everything and installed it, however it seems like sophies outfit and the Nuka ride outfits weren't loading in. As in invisible body.  I saw someone had the same problem earlier but can someone give me a quick step by step on how exactly to do the body slide thing you were talking about?

If its instead a mesh issue, I have downloaded and installed all the files for it from the megafile

What body are you using?  You need to download the bodyslide files for your body type (FG or CBBE), FG does appear to come with prebuilt meshes but the last person was using CBBE -- so it's possible it doesn't come with prebuilt meshes and that's why you see invisible parts.  You will need to download BodySlide app and build to your body.

 

I use FG, and I always build to the body since prebuilt meshes are not using my preset/slider preferences.  There are video tutorials on using BodySlide w/ FO4.  This one is decent and somewhat current, you will want to build morphs (so check that box) as the mod does use morphs:

This is a pretty emotional time of year for me, so distractions like this are needed, and you are my hero of the week for this!  I decided to try it both with my Snowbunny and Starlight characters buuuuut forgot I'd had to delete my Snowbunny characters a while back, wanting to do it all over again, which I then had to do from the beginning - so worth it for both of these quests!!  That ended up being my favorite playthrough, by the way, so thanks for this tip!!

 

I did the frat house quest first and am super excited to see how this ties into the story of our favorite little bug friend and where my new nemesis storyline goes.  I also chose to read your advice more as "definitely do not go back to your normal save because this will give you amazing bugs that will keep you laughing for hours - making any CTDs that result soooooo worth it"...you can't keep these delicious wormies from me, JB. I will find your bugs, I will enjoy your bugs, I will not be contained!  There were only 2 crashes by the way, so not too bad overall as far as bugs go.

 

The Poison Heart/Cola Cars quest was exceptional....and exceptionally funny if you intentionally do everything wrong on purpose 🤣 Me, next level bratting and being rewarded with angry and annoyed Daddy is fun time!!  I had flashbacks to the attitude adjustment quest during the movie date with how cranky I made Colter doing this and it was just priceless. Doing everything right the first time kinda gave me an inner thrill, but I have to say it makes me more psyched about Kali's training.  At one point a few months ago I must have been playing around with forcing quests and such that are in waiting because I vaguely recall some sort of training thing with her where I met her by the fountain but I did this with Norita (I forced a few quests meant for Nora on her such as The Way You Say My Name, so this is likely why I followed through, but I don't recall much about it).  Seeing where that will to go though, is super cool!  

 

Thank you so, so much for these!  I had a lot of fun and it distracted me from my irl problems and from the fact that I'll have to tell Henrietta and Roopert at some point that their friends will continue to roost away from the Dunmore farm.  I accept that Flat Earther is just super talented and can help feed 1,000 raiders with 2 mutfruit, a few tatos, and the infinity carrot -- but 2 chickens for 3 people is simply not enough, so I will continue to believe they're coming back to lay eggs and then going back to their super secret chicken hideout 🥰
