From time to time I have to clean up the plugin. It gets lighter and any dirty edits are cleaned up. I have even noticed better performance with a clean plugin. But the downside? 

 

It messes up all my dialog priorities and I have to correct them manually. It's like you say with Billy. Instead of saying his quest-advancing dialog, he starts saying his generic dialog.

 

The problem is that there are 💢 so 😵‍💫 many quests that it's going to take time to sort them out. Anyway, if you want, continue it, I'm already writing down which quests are giving problems so I will know which ones I will have to correct in version 6.6. But the best thing to do if you simply want to sit down and play would be to play version 6.4.
 

Isn't this the point of test version 6.5? I already did the entirety of the mod with 6.4. I'm not gonna do it all again with 6.4.

 

Another thing to ponder, after getting permission to ride the scooter to the Commonwealth, I can immediately choose to report back and end the permission, But if I go to the Commonwealth, then return, no option to initiate dialog with Colter to say "I'm back" and end the permission. The timer eventually expires, with a message saying something like "You did not fulfill your obligations as a bitch." So far, no consequences for that, and no option to initiate dialog with Colter.

Regarding development of this mod, as the author says, he's just one guy. And regarding testing, none of us are paid QA testers (well, maybe some of us are in our jobs, but this is not our job). Which is why I try to be careful to not say conclusory things like "Your mod caused my game to crash," but rather "Here is what happened under these circumstances."

Did you download this?  https://www.amd.com/en/products/software/adrenalin.html

It is a driver update for AMD. 

Then try again, spam the Y or jump button from the time the vid starts till you get through it. There is a marker toward the end that allows you to forward through it but that is where it freezes up with AMD, That is how I got through it.

You should check your inbox daily.

@JB. Thank You for this bit of information, I was getting issues I had not had in 6.4 and thought I had screwed things up, again.  

I think I am going to uninstall all mods not related to NR and Saya Scarlett's "Manual" and do a playthrough.

all mods that some or other way make change in NW will conflict in one or other way with NR .tou can mix some mods by yourself but this need time and some skill. In futery JB shoud describe that NR replace NW content from DLC and all stuff that made change in NW shoud be disable or patched.as for SS2 users same thing SS2 contact with many same location as NR .Even Ivy have some problem with NR but some moves easy fix it )

Yeah Thanks, don't have any mods that alter Nuka World. I have read sooo many pages in this forum and there is a wealth of info there to be had if one takes the time required to read it. Lucky I am Retired, some do not have the time for such things and that is OK too.

I hate IVY what a complete waste for a mod character to put out for everyone but the player! Waste of a Mod if I were asked, which I wasn't. 

Reading those pages is where I saw another say they spammed the Y or jump key to get through the bink vid that kept crashing my game, and others as well.

Check the guide and use the setstage. Stage 230. Keep the guide handy because you will need it again.

update drivers and start game via window on minimal seting /if you have crash log share it. i think that not mod problem .but you always can skipp those part via console

regarding Ivy and NR

i have played Ivy with NR 6.4.7 and i was able to play through all of Ivy's quests without a problem. the only points i had to dismiss Ivy was

during the quests "Lucy in the Sky", "Made in Heaven", and "The Special Girls" as she kept winding up in combat which was messing up the quests.

other than those 3 quests i was able to keep Ivy with me the full run.

 

i do agree it was/is a waste for Ivy to not put out to the player by default.

 

some mods that can fix this issue (depending on playstyle) are:

Autonomy Enhanced

Sexual Harassment (takes little mental gymnastics) but can be fun if she is a hypno master, shock collar master, or blackmailer

Boston Devious Helper 

Violate (get to see her getting banged alongside you when you lose a fight)

Sex Em Up (if you want to manually start fun times with her)

Yeah you are correct there, but there is a ton of dialogue to get her to have sex which gets tiresome really fast!  

If there were some adjustments made there in the mod she could be lot's of fun!  

This is how I want to initiate with her...

I consider this more of a story mod than a sex mod. There are other more straightforward options if you simply want your character to fuck. I'm definitely not going to "tweak" my storytelling style for anything in the world. 😵‍💫

That is exactly how I feel. I end all the sex scenes after they fire up because I find them pretty boring. Every instance of "animation sequence xyz" is exactly the same as every other instance of that sequence. Whether my character sucks Colter's dick or he fucks her in the ass is irrelevant to the story.

 

NR is a story mod with sex in it. Thus I do not gloss over the sexually explicit interludes. They further develop the story.  And if the sex were all fade-to-black, the story would be just as good.

 

When I was done playing Commonwealth Slavers, I continued on with the game in the Commonwealth and the Wasteland (probably because CS takes place in the Commonwealth and the Wasteland), NR is a very Nuka World-centric mod because it tells a story about Nuka World. I have no desire to go out and explore the Commonwealth and the Wasteland during Nuka Ride.

The setstage is to skip the video stage, it is not that writing the setstage will fix your problem with AMD.

 

Have you followed the suggestions of other AMD users? I really don't know what else to suggest.
