Just a heads up for anyone having trouble not having this mod work.  If you happen to have vault girl interface/hud mods in your load order, they maybe the culprit.  They have loose files that will negate the mod ENTIRELY. 


 

Yeah its pretty weird. I also used it for ages. It just suddenly started with this nonsense. Highly recommend people install this aswell following the instructions on the page. Its got an offsite req xdi.dll replacement. This is what fixed it for me

@izzyknows Now I was able to replicate osculim's bug. Clint spawns on the apartment COC marker (the light blue one). You moved it further out and that's why the conversation can't trigger.

I also enlarged the trigger in this version so that the player does not accidentally turn its back on the gateway.

In Nuka Ride 6.6.1 - none of the males have genitals. And I checked a bunch...

Previous build, I had no problems. Commonwealth Slavers has no problems.

Preview of the male body in bodyslide is perfect.

This is continuing a previous run with 6.6.1 installed. Could something unfortunate be baked in the save?

Open to any suggestions. I am running out of ideas.

I was wondering why everyone spawn over there instead of the front door. Keyshan also popped up there.

  • Countermeasures in case Clint and Monique's dialogues fail in their respective quests. If the scene does not run, you can approach to talk to them. 
  • Corrected a condition that prevented further flirting with Brett if the protagonist isn't a virgin.
  • An old bug. One of the scenes with Billy in the movie "The Plumber", in the vanilla route, did not advance from stage.

@JB. The scene with the OB in the hallway just after choosing Sophie's clothes for the party keeps repeating. So he will talk you give him BJ and then it start all over again and loops.

Was playing 6.5, saw the update and thought hell yes!

 

Some feedback for you, apologise if any of this has been mentioned before.

 

Firstly on 6.5, when the PC was kidnapped and taken to the underground bunker from bunker hill Baldwyn didn’t have voiced files (the other scientist and the PC did), but I note the voice files have been updated in 6.6 so perhaps that fixed it.

 

Then had an issue with Sis in that she killed all the Gen 2 that entered the lab, but then put the Gatling laser away and stood there.  For some reason a load of Gen 2s had stormed the lab and the remaining ones were too far away for her to detect, from what I could make out.  Killed the 2 left with console command ‘kah’.

 

Since I installed 6.6 (now upgraded to 6.61b) I have an issue with the face.  There is an option for her to change her face when she orgasms, the face seemed a bit strange in that it was pretty much frozen and it stayed like that through the rest of the animation.  I switched the option off, it still happened, but her mouth would open a close a bit after the orgasm, if that has been changed in 6.61b, again ignore me.

 

Been reading through the forum and couple of questions, Kellogg gets mentioned does he have to be alive, reason being I tend to have killed him and the BoS have arrived, as that fits in my mind to the Maxson being at NukaWorld.

 

I started the play through and been playing for a while before starting NR, so the PC is a vanilla character, not a young girl, you mention that can be buggy, is that because the person you were talking to used console commands or is it an issue and I should roil back to 6.4?

 

Finally when I changed to 6.6 I also installed the NR patch by izzyknows for CWSS and I was worried that it would cause issues as I had already been the NW and it just looks fabulous.  One strange quirk though was there are more disciples and operators than before on the way to the Parks.  I use MTO and the raider black male mods and they are all white men; kind of bizarre.

 

Anyway thanks, for your amazing work; if I need to go back to 6.4 just say.

Oops sorry one last thing, for 6.6 you mention that RohZima's animations are a hard requirement, I have been using 1.15 as it works with Animation addons etc.  I have downloaded 1.61 is that the one you need or is the animation used in 1.15?

Go virgin mode for a little moment:  

 

Set _NR_Virgin to 1

 

Repeat any other non-advancing dialogues to refresh the dialogues.

 

And once you advance the dialog, get non-virgin again. :grimace:

 

Set _NR_Virgin to 0

 

I will fix it in the next update. 

 

I can't say anything about Dunmore Farm. I haven't changed any of it. Maybe it's your load order. 

I used Set _NR_Virgin to 1

 

but it show Unknown Variable _NR_Virgin

Think he just made a mistake it should be "Set _NR_Virgin_Global to 1"

@JB. Ok just finished 6.6 Goto say I really enjoyed that. Bar the few issues I mentioned it was a ton of fun. I can see why it took a while. Even tho there was not a ton story added it felt pretty long. The changes to chores and things was a good idea. It feels more realistic. The dialogue was great too. Lots of options to play the type of character you wanted. People that just rush through dialogue are going to miss some stuff I really like that. Anyway Great work

ok i will share what i know (bear in mind this is user perspective)

 

Kellog = does not need to be alive for main mod route (6.4.7) but is used in young girl alternative start of NR 6.5+ (not sure if original is needed or a clone is used).

 

if you want to play NR main route i would suggest using 6.4.7 as that is the last stable version before JB added the young girl alternative start of NR.

NR 6.5+ (including NR 6.6x) is the young girl alternative start of NR route, and the main part of NR (6.4.7) is not fully integrated at this time.

some quests may not act right in NR6.5+ if you go the "regular" route, which is why i suggest using 6.4.7 if you want to play main (not young girl) route.

 

if you play through the vanilla game for a while then want to play NR you have 2 options

1 - play NR 6.4.7 which will let you play main NR route and can be started at any time (more or less).

2 - do not install NR until ready to play NR if you want to play the NR young girl alternative route (Young vault-dweller)

 

if you want to play CS and NR in the same game you will need to use option 2 for NR to work right.

Duke (NR eyebot just outside Vault 111) needs to be alive to do the young girl alternative start of NR 6.5+

if you play with both installed Gristle/Murphy will kill duke not letting you try the new route in NR6.5+

Funny, I moved it back last night before bed! Will update the trigger box too. Fixed a couple pathing issues (Nuka Town) and a couple things in the bar I hadn't noticed.

Under the weather a bit so kind of slow at getting things caught up. LOL

My issue is\was, the short distance dialogue transitions from one place to another. Or entering furniture animations like washing dishes/ pushups or sitting on Capt's lap (a new one this run). A quick save & load always fixes or avoids the issue.

No worries. I was more referring to the issue me an a few other had from time to time where dialogue will just lock up. You suddenly cannot talk to people or you cannot choose any of the dialogue options. I was thinking that it might have been the cause for your issue too. Seems you have another issue all together.

I need some help. I have been stuck on "Semper Sexy" quest and I think it is bugged. Music goes missing and I investigate the rental house. Then a black screen and I am handcuffed. But after that I am just alone in the room. Nothing is triggered and I don't know where to go. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to talk to Duke with CS installed by resurrecting him. But I would still play the young vault dweller path of 6.5+ without CS installed, as you and JB have noted.

I've had the dialogue lock up before, but, it was caused by a mod like Sexual Harassment when a NPC would start a conversation off screen and then block all dialogue until that conversation was completed or somehow canceled. SA is simple as toggling approaches off.

Ahhh the joys of FO4 bugs! 😜

lol yep I had that too so many times. Mine locked up mid dialogue. Choices would just stop working. That is now like 3 different dialogue bugs lol

I'm having a strange repeatable CTD. During "Sophie's Wardrobe" quest, when the player finished flirting with the overboss and he says "Get your a**moving" and CTD. I've had no issues prior during Nora Playthrough or any other. Just during Sophie's wardrobe.

 

Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF75CF30FF3 Fallout4.exe+26F0FF3(this popped up in my Buffout Log)

 

Edit: I was able to circumvent by not choosing to flirt with the overboss.

Yeah something is up with that quest. Its good that you skipped it. For some reason it goes into a loop if you end up having sex with the OB. He will restart the dialogue just after and it will happen over and over.

Oh. Thank you. Hopefully, they'll all be fixed in the final version however long that may be. I couldn't stop playing.

I'm not sure how it can fail. Hmm, are you playing with the Nuka Ride World patch ?
