Look at "Nuka Ride.esp" but not in the mods part, but in the "Plugins" part of Vortex and there you will see if it is activated/deactivated or if you are missing masters.

Vortex whines hard when there are missing masters.

With a red notification.

 

This problem here likely is that the esp is enabled but not low enough in the load order and in part is overwritten by other mods.

Not literally since vortex asks if a file is changed by two or more mods who shall take precedence, though.

 

I had the same error before, in my case it was because I made the mistake to have LOOT order my load order.

No. According to your photo, you are missing masters (those orange bells). Double click on Nuka Ride and check what is missing. Look at the right.

The same problem occurred in 6.22, and the same affix could not be edited,  or it was invalid after editing...

Hope to fix it...

I haven't installed buffout yet, but I can tell you this ...it seems to have something to do with the Nuka Ride bodyslide files. For testing purposes I traveled from Home Plate into Diamond City (with NR loaded, but no bodyslide files) 15 times in a row without incident, but as soon as I add the NR bodyslide files to my load order I CTD every time I zone into DC. Im having an interesting issue and while i might be missing something, i've tried a bit

After Lucy's quest. i am told to talk to corsican, as he might have a surprise for me,

the quest doesn't start, as hes saying "Go!", and my tries to force start the quest with
startquest
setstage

and then i restart the game

reinstall mod

retry

nothing seems to work, so I'm asking for some guidance here

Try giving Nuka Ride more priority, sending the plugin last. And force the quest again.

That "Go!" has me confused. I'm sure he doesn't say that, except when you have a conversation about filming a movie. Makes me suspect that it's another mod interfering, I don't know.

Ok, I think I've got the problem sorted. I had CBBE bodyslide v1.03 installed not the updated v1.04. I wasn't aware there had been an update. With v1.04 installed everything seems to be working fine. Thanks for your patience and I absolutely love the mod. Can't wait for the next episode!

The plugin was last to start, and i did the commands you set in my trouble shooting, but where exactly does a puppy come from? (Apollo, the pup comes from apollo, i've managed to skip a essential quest and spent an hour trying to fix it, (honestly sounds like a shit ton of grunt work just mentioning it but it might be good to label dependencies for a quest to start) ?)

and that fixed my issues for the moment

should not be an issue.  i have Companion Ivy installed and she caused no (and had) no issues on 5.17 total.

no issues with or because of Ivy in 6.2.0.  as far as 6.2.2 or 6.2.3 don't know yet for certain but should not be any issues.

I'd like to see what you get when you try to edit it those scripts.

 

I get the impression that you are trying to work on the basis of an old version, when in the new version many scripts like the one you mention were moved to a single pex file, and not in several distributed pex.

I edited it on ESP-ESM Translator, and it didn't show anything. It just entered the game after editing and the original language remained unchanged ... as I mentioned before...

• BSA Extractor to extract source codes.
• Looksmenu with its source code ( the source code of Looksmenu.bsa is extracted, using the bsa extractor)

• F4Sse sup with its source code

If you didn't find the pamphlet in your inventory, you will still find Charon at Drumlin Dinner. The pamphlet is, shall we say, aesthetic. But I'll check it.

soo tested beta quest a lot 
1 if you chose dance in cage you can go out becouse ob stuck in warios place (i mean im player about 10 times in row only thios variant and 1 time go nicely) 
2 some bug after ob dinner (only 1 point gained ) 
3 some time if you chose ob camera OB just stuck behind glass and no figth he just messing in watcher area 
4 there a couple of small issue like OB stuck in some place or dialoge not go to start 

i know its beta quest but look nice
