"Wait a while" does not mean time, but progression of the story.
Your character isn't only on loan to Maxon, she also has other responsibilities. She's a porn star and Overboss's bitch.
Take care of other things, and when you move on in the story, the ''Heart of Steel'' will get a continue.

I'm pretty sure "Rising Porn Star" gets updated and asks you to talk to Charlotte about filming a new movie. Let me know if it isn't.

After exausting dialogues, he just walks back and forth near the truck. Sex or caps options does not change anything. AAF is fonctionnal (I can "engage" with him with other mods).  Related to this, when I talk to Duke, he does not give me the pamphlet and I don't receive any quest (the nuka ride quest ?).

 

This does not seem to be a patch problem nor a savage cabage one (I installed and reinstalled all clean among other things, tried with and without patches/new saves...). I did CS without any issue before trying this (great and promising mod btw) so I don't know...

Charon does not take you to Nuka World in two instances: 

 

• If you are over encumbered.
• If you are playing with a child character.

 

If neither is your case, give the mod more priority with your mod manager. There are tutorials on how to prioritize a plugin.

Gracias, yo ya me cansé de la basura tras modear dos años ahi ja. En cuanto al cheat seguro ya le pillaste, es básicamente activarlo una vez y jugar, el mod automáticamente te avisará los puntos en donde puedes saltear y tú le debes confirmar. Avísame si tuviste problemas, puede haber algún bug suelto porque este modo hace las cosas diferentes que jugando.

Any hint as to the direction?  For me, I see the Institute as being at once repulsed by the PC (ugh how can you do that!) but not seeing a double standard as wanting to get into sex synths to manipulate bio humans into doing their bidding (honey pots), that would allow some synths to "break" their programming and become more like Kara (from Detroit becomes Human), 6 of 9 (from "Tripping the Rift"), or Joi (from Bladerunner...ok...don't crucify me since I am not referencing the best one from the 80s).  

 

The minutemen would be the most accepting as the PC will have proven herself as the General.  So they would be more likely to fawn all over her and "prove" their worth as a potential mate.  There are a few of these like Kitiara (from Dragonlance) or Bodicea (real Iceni warrior queen who fought Rome in England).

 

IMO the Brotherhood would be the most hypocritical and hardest one to write, where there is more a desire to "own" the PC, and would match closely with how you have teh Raiders of Nuka World act toward the PC.

 

Anyway, my two cents.

I was wearing a carryweight+55 nuka cola backpack, which automatically disengaged after the kidnapping, suddenly over encumbered at this time.

Neither of the points you said. I use vortex and my Nuka Ride.esp is set as dynamic patch and is last in my load order. How could I prioritize more ? I've search but I'm quite bad at modding to be honest. (I was quite impressed when I did CS without issue from A to Z actually). Sorry to bother if the response is simple.

Dynamich patch should suffice.

 

But now that you mention it, you told me that Duke didn't give you a pamphlet (a script failed) and since Charon didn't send you to Nuka World either, another script failed, nor did you receive a quest (which is another script failure).

 

Can you check that Nuka Ride.Main is installed inside your Data folder? Because your game is behaving as if that file wasn't there, since all the scripts are there.

 

If it is installed, can you type this on your screen and show me what you get?

It's installed (Nuka Ride - Main.BA2 in my appdata>roaming>vortex>fallout 4>mods>NukaRide6.2.4) like a normal mod.

 

And if I type what you said : Script command "SQV_NukaRide" not found.

And I retried with reinstalling with source code checked. Still no pamphlet.

That "No papyrus script attached" is very weird. But basically it tells you what I had already told you:  your game acts as if there were no scripts  I'd love to be able to tell you why the game does that, but this is my first time seeing it and I have no idea.

 

You can try a new save and enter the cosole command again. But I don't know if it will work because it's the first time I see that error and there is not much help if I google "No Papyrus Scripts Attached".

I think i found my issue. After ending the promotional shoot for Corsican, i neglected to speak to him to get my reward.

This apparently caused a bug after shooting The Rescue because it wouldnt prompt Charlotte to speak to him. I reloaded an old save, one quest before Heart of Steel and replayed everything in proper fasion. Now everything is working as it should. Thanks anyway.

I can send this to show where my files are in case they are in the wrong place.

@JB. after Hy2RoGeN's words, I remembered that I also noticed that the quest didn't update for a long time after the promo was shot. I knew I had to talk to Corsican to complete the quest. So I just waited. But if I didn't know that, I would have left too.

It feels like you specified a timer that should start along with the fireworks scene, but in practice it starts after the scene.
That is, when the scene ends, need to wait +/-20 seconds before updating the quest.
