I'm not knowledgeable enough when it comes to bodyslides or outfit studio, in my case when i was wearing the modular vault suit all animation were misaligned, i did some testing and notice that when wearing it compared to a regular vault suit, my character was taller, exactly like the misalignement, like the scaling was changed. modular vault suit got different boots, sneakers, gum shoes and even barefoot variant, they are not HH, but when i'm wearing them i get taller and it mess with my animations. It"s probably fixable in xedit or outfit studio, but i dunno how.

It is still something to do with your AAF installation or a load order problem.  I had the same issue.  I have been testing this mod almost since it came out.....I had the same issue as you......one version it was fine then I would update to the next version and I would get the 68% issue.  There is one other thing to check.  Make sure that Nuka Ride is last in the load order......it should be Nuka Ride and then any Nuka Ride patches after.  If you are using Vortex look on page 263 and I show how to do it the right way.  Good Luck

Sadly, it didn't solve my problem....but learned something new :) ...thanks, teach.... :) :) .

I have the funny feeling it might be a version problem of the dependencies. Sadly vortex does not give me version numbers of LL mods. Do you need to add those manually?

I guess that the fact that i can run the "f" version without problems with AAF, but when i switch to "k" it breaks AAF is just bad luck, then ?

Are you using UAP or playing without patch?

Look for the AAF.ini file under DATA/AAF 

And modify these values


[DEBUG MODES]

debug_on = true        
api_debug_on = true
troubleshooting_level = 2

Load the game and tell me what errors come out.

It works, load the LL collections after the Illuminated Billboards and you get Illuminated Adult Billboards everywhere.

Here is a quick screenshot of walking into Lexington at night.  I don't use Wasteland Illumination(the plugin) but all the other billboard lighting mods with the LL textures installed at a higher priority in MO2.

Today I completely reinstalled F4.
All AAF mods downloaded and installed today, which means that all mods have the latest(at this time) versions.
And NR-5.0.4K works without problems.
My point is, if you are in doubt about the version of your mods, just download the latest versions.

I guess when saying to follow the "fucking guide" we have to say to redownload all the AAF files and install them again....not check to see if you have it installed....I thought that was implied.  When I did it I had deleted everything first and then followed the guide.  I will include this from now on...lol

Question on the newer quests Heart of Steel and the Rescue.  When I got back to Nuka World after Night Fever, Heart of Steel didn't start automatically.  I went to Charlotte, and she only gave me options to film.  I'm assuming I missed a triggering event somewhere, but I couldn't find it.  I used SetStage to start Heart of Steel.  Before I re-started after dumping a bunch of mods that caused weird conflicts, I had no problem starting Heart of Steel, but I never saw where The Rescue kicked off.  Anyone?

It starts when you go to bed to sleep. There is a notification in Miscellaneous that you should rest after the trip with Adolf.

I know you've beaten your head against the wall trying to make it compatible.  Might just need to note on the main page that Dangerous Nights is incompatible

"Dangerous Nights" can break any mod that has its own locations.
If you use this mod without knowing its specifics, it creates a lot of problems not only in F4 but also in Skyrim.

The difficulty is that there is no direct incompatibility of "Dangerous Nights" with any mod. But the events that "Dangerous Nights" generates can break anything.


If you want to use "Dangerous Nights", you have to learn how to use it to avoid problems.
The basic idea is this:

When you run any story mod -> disable the "Dangerous Nights" activity in МСМ.

When you're just exploring -> you can turn on "Dangerous Nights" again.

 

If you follow this simple rule, you will be able to enjoy the work of both story mods and "Dangerous Nights".

I think you should write a note that it is better to disable "Dangerous Nights" while playing NR.

Tell it like it is: there is no direct incompatibility, but the "Dangerous Nights" events can interfere with NR and cause problems.
There are mods that allow the player to sleep anywhere, you just can not make all locations safe. Your mod affects locations that are not safe by vanilla game. You can't make them safe, it would break the vanilla quests.

And there are a lot of people, and someday someone will decide to sleep in the wrong place, and will write you again about the "Dangerous Nights" problems.

Yep, you can.    Every one of us, including @JB. and other knowledgeable troubleshooters have made those simple "missed something" mistakes.    I forgot to check "Protectron" in one of the AAF mods during install and that took me forever to find and fix it because I was too sure that it was something JB did.     Oh and for anyone else who has learned that coding (esp. FORTRAN and C) doesn't forgive simple mistakes, always remember:

@JB.  Small issue with dialogue (I didn't see it reported before, but I haven't been looking that closely to all the messages).    After you shoot the first scene (Mrs. White), wait 24 hrs and go back to help get the bike, one of the dialogue trees has nothing to do with the film scenes on the bike but was the response to the PC asking "Hey do you own that truck that brought me here too?"   The original response was "Wow, Kaiser was right, we are dealing with an Einstein here."   While I don't doubt that motorcycles could transport nuclear warheads (mini nukes), I think that this tree needs to be edited to either delete that line or change it to the original "Wow......" line.

I am using NR 5.0.4k

It would be interesting to add some of vanilla minutemen quests as an addon to this mod.  So they send the porn star to check out sanctuary with someone with her.  She kills everything, and whoever they send takes credit.  She took a couple shots while hiding behind me.

 

Also, after I completed the main part of NR, I was doing depravity and minutemen stuff, and found that gunners would not shot at me.  Neither would the fire using raiders by the finch farm, Except for the final battle.

 

SO, I suggest that the scooter trip to sanctuary, adjust that setting, and the trip back reset it, ie who is friendly.

 

I really like this mod.

Well.....I gave JB a lot of headaches early on.....he kept saying make sure NR is loaded last.....well I would change the index number in Vortex and it would put NR last.....well....Vortex lies....it was never last....Vortex would show it as last, but the buffout log showed it in the middle of the load order.....that is when I really put in an effort to figure out Vortex and how to make something load last......JB went so far as to make patches just for me to try......when I discovered that it was my fault the whole time....well....I think he has finally forgiven me....lol....maybe.  So all is good.....there is just so many different mods we have to have to make everything work.....and now we have a new modable game comming out this November in outer space.....just think about AAF in space...lol  JB will have to port this over.....Porn Stars in Space.....Spac.....Spa......

Yeah, really looking forward to that one too...I'm just hoping this modding community is able and willing to pick it up as well.

New ideas for this mod.
 Maybe it possible ,that Snow bunny(playable character) can perform a free sexy show in Diamond city and Goodneighbor at Halloween and Christmas for all citizens.It would be nice to see a christmas pole dance.
And maybe later she can wear something sexy(like Red Ribbon),handcuff herself and visit raiders to Corvega plant and Libertalia , Dunwich Borers. Because raiders like candy and gifts to much.

After Testing for awhile I agree, but my original report was never that DN doesn't work, it's was just that the apartment was flagged as "Commonwealth" according to the DN sliders.  I tested with each up to 100 and the other 3 disabled to figure out that the apartment wasn't flagged as in "city" or "settlement" or "dungeon".  So it was effectively flagged as outdoors.  I'm fairly certain it is still treated as "Commonwealth" where if you turn that slider all the way up and the others to zero an encounter will occur but if you zero it out, and even max all the others to 100 it won't.

 

That's all I was ever asking, can it be set as "City" or "Settlement" as it's not supposed to be a "Dungeon" or the "Commonwealth" since it's your safe apartment with literal armed guards walking right outside all day and night.  Overall a Note about recommending it be disabled until NR is over is probably best for most folks, but it's usable if you understand the mechanics.

@JB. Question, is there any console command that we can set for an NPC to not be a "fan".  I constantly get my prostitute slaves in DC being fans, but nobody else.  I already do something similar with them to make them ineligible in Sexual Harassment with this command "setav fpsh_noteligible 1" but is there something similar for the fan approaches that come in NR?  I love them, but slaves I own whore out naked in the middle of DC should probably not be my biggest fans ;)

Hmm, there isn't. The only feasible solution is for those prostitutes to have a vanilla faction (say, "CaptiveFaction") then I would take it upon myself to put that faction as a faction to avoid for fans.
