It does change the outcome as you skip the whole sex part, and the dialogue changes a lil.

I use SH in tandem with NR. The thing is you really have to turn off most of the options with SH*, and highly limit when it's actually allowed to scan for approaches.

Eg:

If you are in the middle of an NR quest, make sure SH approaches are turned off.

When you are just running around, with some 'free time', then you can turn it on.

 

*No shock collars, no DD approaches, and if you do have DD approaches, make sure they are removed after ever scene by the one who put them on you. Stuff like that.

 

Just use profiles, then you don't need that cruft at all.
