Ok, note the scooter is there, cause it is not where I am standing. I thought I could teleport to the scooter but in console commands I don't know the teleport to command, I'll look it up. In the MCM you can only recover the scooter by bringing it to you it seems. I didn't try, should have...

There are too many mods, and I don't even know half of them 😵‍💫

Nuka Ride is ranked 60th in your load order, out of nearly 400 mods. You need to prioritize it more so it can win out over whatever mods are overwriting Nuka World.

If you have Vortex, I can help you prioritize it. I don't know anything about MO2.

I have a problem: I played without installing Nuka-Ride and all the animations worked fine (in mods like Violate, Commonwealth Captives, etc.)... I installed Nuka Ride 7.03,with all the dependencies, and now there are no more animations, neither before speaking nor after meeting Duke... Any ideas?  (this did not happen to me with the Nuka Ride 6.8 or 6.9 version). It's as if AAF stopped working.

Es como si AAF dejase de funcionar.

The only thing I can think of is that you have a very old AAF. Don't you have a number or symbol over there in the corner of the screen?

I am using Vortex, most of the Mods are Clothing, Animations, AAF, and all requirements for the 3 main that I use, AAF, Nuka Ride and MSMA. Otherwise stuff that makes other stuff look sexier

If I knew how I would make NR and MSMA share loading last so they have top priority over everything except mods that yell "I must be last!" (Patches the exception)

Modding Rules from years ago, patches are always after the Mods they patch, whatever you load last in the list will over-ride everything loaded before it. So if you really want something to work as a priority then load it as close to last as possible. NMM used to be able to do that, never learned how to do that with Vortex

You have simsettlements in there that's a massive scripted mod that needs a pretty good bit of loadorder knowledge to make it happy with other mods

JB during the therapeutic flagpole animation, there used to be messages like "right now i think that Overboss is an asshole" and stuff, but they are not showing up anymore, did you write them out or am I looking at a symptom of an AAF problem, sorry if i missed if this had already been addressed.

I forgot about that. I removed it because it's a very basic AAF feature (and I think my mod was the only one that used it), so it wasn't a very well-defined function. For example, I couldn't set conditions like "Norita" or "Nora." And the worst part was, if an NPC from, say, the truck stop used the pole, their "thoughts" would be visible on screen xD

These days I know enough to make Nora and Norita speak during their pole dance! Although the subtitles won't be visible during AAF. So, now that you mention it, I'll see if I can add something about it in the future.

Thankyou so much!! You're prolly lucky you are not in visual sight. I will have to remember that, especially as I have tried lots of "fuck why can't it be plainly simple, meh I giveup..." attempts to change load order, used to be able to do it in LOOT, but Vortex while it uses LOOT applies it's own rules.

I will try the quest again.

Yeah lots of building cause I sometimes like to build stuffs, oneday I will have a Settlement where all the females have accidently died or just avoid the place, and it is full of just guys and me. A girl can dream...

Ok...

Ummm

Nah! lol so excited I got there!! Again thankyou!! Probably fixed a few little problems I was having that I found some repair too, or just reloaded a 100 times till it worked...

Is there a Brahmans Head in the Don's Bed? Can't wait to check it out, blood spoils silk sheets though.

Wait!! Is there gonna be Horses?!? Like not gonna lie, that would be so cool! As you prolly saw in my mod list, I may have a small fetish for animated horses... could be in the next edition!! Western theme, mmm ok I am making coffee and maybe having a cold shower

Not sure about vortex but in MO2 profiles and knowing how to use them is a godsend for multiable huge mod installs it means you can have their very own requirements and saves and the game only runs the mods that are enabled for that profile

Since the therapeutic flagpole uses a unique animation could it be exclusive? Just a thought great job JB!

And that was created by Tannin?

He went from a mod manager that displayed everything on one screen to that?

I have the patience of an infant.

If I had to face that nonsense every-time I made a simple change, I would have long ago eaten my sidearm in a remote location . . .

For me it seems easier, as I have only one thing to look at, if I see to many options I get overloaded and way to distracted. Bad enough I follow in my head multiple things at once, if my eyes send me more crap then that chaos looses its clarity.

I'm just amazed how one person can spearhead two diametrically opposed mod managers . . .

Looking for cosmetic tips

1. Do people know how to dull the reflection in the eyes? Is there a mod for it?

image.png.44add2a8f5400344d3a02a734b7f3b2d.png

2. Can someone explain to me the process to adjust the scalp to fit with hair in Extended Face Sculpting?

Read it a long time ago but I kinda forgot

I think the problem is one was truly his own, and the other was by committee and he was forced into some of it (i.e. Vortex).

I find MO2 to be far simpler and visually more appealing than Vortex, how hard is it to understand 2 list boxes where you can drag items up and down?  No group nonsense, none of the mod dependency graphs/mappings, no LOOT crap unless you want it, no game folder leakage.  It does exactly what it tell you it to do, you just have to know what to do.

Checkbox on the last tab. These fixes should work without issues with the standard ZeX v6. Issues may occur if a different skeleton is used.

Thanks, guess that was added in EAP 1.11 as i had 1.10 (hadn't realised there was an update for it)

Well, technically, everything I put there is the same screen. 😜

I've had Vortex installed since day one, and since I haven't had any problems, I don't see any reason to change it.

Yeah it's a matter of getting what your comfortable with.  My issues with Vortex were with it's fundamental approach with managing the game folder, I didn't like that it wrote to the game folder.  And of course back then I didn't understand shit about conflicts & LO, I remember even getting frustrated with Skyrim mods saying "this shit is broken, what is wrong with this idiot" (turns out I was the idiot).  MO2 was just so much simpler with managing conflicts & LO, and the VFS is what sold me (and Torture Devices not crashing the game).  I was annoyed with Vortex asking me with every single thing is this before or after this thing.

The other thing about MO2 is there is no BS database crap, it's literally text files.  You can completely just use regular file backup utilities to save your entire mod list, load order, priorities, all of it.  Move it to a new computer, no problem, just install MO2, create a new instance, copy the mods, profiles, downloads folder and your done to the new instance root.

Compatibility with EAP and C.H.A.K.S.

  • Nuka Ride doesn't depend on any patches. Nuka Ride already has its own big ass patch. However, if you're going to play with EAP...

I'm really struggling to install the required mods. I only have EAP because I read it was recommended here or on CS pages.

Great if I have to remove it because it's not really necessary; I'll have to find all the dependencies and dependencies of dependencies that I had to deal with. ><

@JB. The body cleaning kits activate but don't remove the overlays, the purse menu still works fine.  After activating it does pop up the message but the overlays are not removed.  This is with 7.05, didn't notice it in earlier versions.  The other thing with the purse option is there seems to be a very long delay from the activation and unequipping the compact mirror & the fade out/in.  Not sure if others have noticed this as well.

(Tried both the bedroom & bathroom cleaning kit, same).  I do have body fluding cleaning kits & skin cream in inventory as well, but I think that restriction was just for the compact mirror.

I don't use that mod and NR works fine
