Your load order should be a text file. Anyway, the load order is kinda visible in your pic. Nuka Ride is in position 29. And you have 93 plugins. As I said, Nuka Ride doesn't have priority in your load order. Either use Google or follow 4nIn415 advice:

#1 priority is the wrong way.  Here is where to change the load order in MO2, but looks like your in the right place.  You might need to move the patch plugins to the bottom first, since MO2 will not let you move a plugin past child plugins that is dependent on it.  If you move Nuka Ride.esp to the bottom and it doesn't move, then the plugin just after it is a child plugin that has to be moved first.  You just click on it and drag it down, or you can right click and send to bottom.

The best way I have found to prioritize mods is to disable the main esp of mods you want to have priority, use loot (not the one in MO2 but the current downloadable one) and sort the load order.  Reactive the esp's in the order you want them to (in my case NR then Collective settlement cleaning) and all the patches will automatically re-order themselves after the esp as needed.  This way you know the ones that have to be after the esp are correct.

Also if you use workshop framework don't forget to move script override back to bottom of plugins tab after this

Man, I don't even know what workshop framework does other than it's needed for SS2, which I don't use with NR.  :)   So much for me reading the mod description. 👀

It seems like I’ve placed it just like your photo but it still didn’t work, maybe it’s quite hard to understand because I’m a beginner :(

but is it really a loading order issue? because I had previously completed Nora's route and it was fine, there were no problems throughout the mission, but when I played the Young vault dweller route [AKA Norita] and only in the night fever mission, meet detective, that's where the problem is

Okay. I started a new game. I hope to have the mod fully translated before I get to the new missions. It's a shame I don't speak English (my mom used to tell me to learn it at school, but I didn't listen, oops). I'd turn off the subtitles and fully enjoy the game without the distraction of reading. Facial expressions, gestures—you don't have time to fully process all of it. Thanks to J.B. and everyone who's been helping you for this wonderful mod and adventure.

Yes it's a load order issue,Fallout isn't consistent when it gets upset,in the right hand pane of mo2 just grab a plugin(esm) and drag it down the list,the same way you would grab a file in windows and move that, NR and it's patches MUST be at the bottom of your load order,700 of the pages here are of people that refuse to do that or learn to use mo2,you need to help us help you and learn a few minor things to do with mo2 and how it works

As I said, I was going to help you once you fixed your load order.


Now that you've fixed it (I hope so), what you need to do is load a save from when you were still in Nuka-World, before you traveled. The detective won't just appear just like that; there are limitations you'll learn as you go. 

 

I'm still waiting for your load order because there are more variables I need to look at; it's a text file that your mod organizer creates and saves. You'll have to Google how to get it. It's difficult to help you without knowing the details.

  • Safe to update midgame
  • New VoiceFile Version 1.2 to cover new lines.

 

This set of changes was at @savantladylilith's suggestion. 👇

  • A dialogue has been changed during Norita's first date with the Overboss in Dry Rock. Originally, she recounted how her cat died, but now she says it was a fish. 🐟
  • It turns out you can make a fish tank using only game assets, including the movable fish. So I added a fish tank inspired by Nexus' Aquarium mod.
  • You can feed your fish every 6 hours. Your Gentleness increases by one point if you've already started the theory classes with Kali.
  • Norita says a random comment every time she feeds her fish.

 

 

  • In the end, I liked the St. Louis Outfit more than I thought I would, and I think I'll use it for some future training too: 
  • Every time Norita wears the St. Louis Outfit, she makes a random comment about the pearl thong. 
  • She'll also say exclusive things if she's Overboss Bitch and if she calls Cassius her uncle.

 

Fixes 🔨

  • You can now collect the bottles in Nate's garden again during "Sanctuary Chores".
  • The enema wasn't appearing in Fizztop unless you were Overboss Bitch. Fixed.

 

Tweaks 🔧

  • The chair where Norita trains no longer requires 60 seconds, but 30.
  • New version of Fusion Girl because the VIP Outfit didn't have the nipple morph. I still need more time with this. 
  • I forgot to include this new recommended soft: Ponytail Hairstyles. This is for Cassius's hair.
  • You can now remove the gym outfit, maid outfit, and harlowe's armor from your inventory, provided you've passed the audition. This fix applies automatically.
  • Other minor adjustments based on user reports.
  • I'm starting to get organized for the next set of quests.

Compatibility with EAP and C.H.A.K.S. 

  • Nuka Ride doesn't depend on any patches. Nuka Ride already has its own big ass patch. However, if you're going to play with EAP, it's best to reinstall EAP and not select the C.H.A.K.S. option.
  • And while we're at it, I recommend not installing EAP skeleton to maintain compatibility with KFT and Peach.

What EAP option is this that we should be saying no to as i don't see one in the FOMOD that is obvious for skeleton

Checkbox on the last tab. These fixes should work without issues with the standard ZeX v6. Issues may occur if a different skeleton is used.

Keyshawn has his hands but Tony doesn't. It's OK. It doesn't ruin it for me. It's easy to ignore.

@JB. This mostly a small nitpick for me. But maybe the Lusty Lady dancers could be renamed from 'Slave' to like 'Stripper' or 'Exotic Dancer' or something. Slave just doesn't feel like it fits the place and time imho.

Sure, I'll change it. I copied them from the girls in Nuka World and the name stuck.

That's a good idea; I can make it repeatable, and we'll earn some points for Kali's training. I'll think carefully about what else to do. Babysit? Pick up dirty laundry? Nate making comments while you work. It's very promising.

From what I've read, PFP already comes with PRP, so if you uninstalled Previsibines Repair, it should have been uninstalled as well. Send me your mod list if you want.

Ok, note the scooter is there, cause it is not where I am standing. I thought I could teleport to the scooter but in console commands I don't know the teleport to command, I'll look it up. In the MCM you can only recover the scooter by bringing it to you it seems. I didn't try, should have...

I have a problem: I played without installing Nuka-Ride and all the animations worked fine (in mods like Violate, Commonwealth Captives, etc.)... I installed Nuka Ride 7.03,with all the dependencies, and now there are no more animations, neither before speaking nor after meeting Duke... Any ideas?  (this did not happen to me with the Nuka Ride 6.8 or 6.9 version). It's as if AAF stopped working.

Tengo un problema: jugué sin instalar Nuka-Ride y todas las animaciones funcionaban bien (en mods como Violate, Commonwealth Captives, etc.)... Instalé Nuka Ride 7.03, con todas las dependencias, y ahora no hay animaciones, ni antes  ni después de encontrarme con Duke... ¿Alguna idea? (Esto no me pasaba con las versiones 6.8 o 6.9 de Nuka-Ride). Es como si AAF dejase de funcionar.
