We exactly same then. Hmm i get the strapons and i see both actors and animated scene, but when it end it just crash. I try disable vioxis strapons then and see if that is the problem. Ty!

Strap-on was equipped and anims worked with Dallas during training, but did not equip when Norita and Sophie take Mr George; no crash, just doesnt pull the equipment. the les anims with Patty And Dallas in the theater worked fine as well, but instead of using the chair les 3some with strap-ons in the BOS film it used the same triangle floor anim. No crash so its working (mostly) lol.

Yeah, this is because what AAF is doing is hooking the show HUD message game function (incorrectly) when an item is equipped.  They added a static bool to suppress notifications, once the scene is over the hooks is permanently installed and any future notifications will cause a CTD because the suppression flag is turned off and it tries to call the original game code which is the incorrect part of the hook.

It's odd because this appears to be wholly unnecessary as the game engine already has a mechanism to suppress notifications for this particular use case.  It's also odd to hook game code this late during runtime, most code I have seen hooks it when the f4se plugin loads or when game data is ready.

Thanks alot for so detailed info!! Best is just to give up as a noob until aaf update and fix this yes? No workaround if not downgrading no?

Hey yall! Sorry for the post, and I absolutely love the mod. It's my first time playing through it, but I'm stuck on a quest. After asking Kaiser to take you to Diamond City during the Apollo quest, every time I try to enter Diamond City, I CTD after a bit of loading. I've downloaded basically every recommended/suggested mod on the Nuka Ride modpage, alongside the "A Storywealth" modpack and a decent bit of mods from the AAF install guide. Is there a way to fix this? And, if not, is there a way to skip this quest? Thank yall! ❤️

may i ask if there is a PRP patch at all..  I get stuck in the bottle when you meet Keiser with prp if a disable prp my game crashes so i cannot seem to get any further on for some reason i only have the base goty with all the mods listed and required for nuka ride so any help advice would be welcome because the crash log only lists precombes as the reason

I fixed the makeup and eyebrows, followed above with the thing that has replaced mentats? somethingtint= true (change to false) initially no working but I was also using 2 black face fixes that well dated back a few years ago. replaced them with Rustyface Fix and all is now good on that.

Yeah, downgrade AAF if you can or wait for the update.  There might be a workaround there if the plugin delivering the equippable item doesn't exist, but I would take a look at the AAF thread to see.

Buffout hasn't been updated in 3 years, and Addictol does what Buffout and X-Cell do, plus a few extras.

I made the change, and found no downsides.

This is probably your problem.  But what I can tell you is your crashing in a Havok behavior graph, so perhaps animation related.  I saw that Creatures & Monster's unique NPC's plugin on the stack with a "flee animation", so perhaps related to that somehow.

I would check page 1, and follow the recommendations there with regards to load order, if that doesn't work then often recommended is to use a unique profile in your mod manager with recommended/required mod list to avoid conflicts.  Otherwise you would have to figure out the cause and create any integration patches needed.

hello im having an issue on texture map, how can i fix it?

Looks like a Previs problem to me.  Make sure NR is at the bottom of the LO.  If your using PRP, it's recommended not to use it, although there is a community patch out there (judge007 posted it a few posts up ^^).  I don't use PRP.

Previsibines Repair Pack.  More than likely you probably just needed to adjust the load order (LO) of Nuka Ride.

Check your load order and if you have other mods modifying Nuka World, you want Nuka Ride at the bottom of your load order.  You can google for a video on how to modify load order with your mod organizer.  For Nuka Ride, you want Nuka Ride.esp at the bottom, then followed by any of it's patches like Facegen, World patch, etc.

You can attch your modlist.txt & loadorder.txt if your still having problems and see if someone can confirm.

Honestly, I'm surprised my mod even works. You have Ivy Nuka World, which needs a vanilla Nuka World. Then I see several diamond city mods, and my mod needs a vanilla diamond city, or at least one that doesn't delete things I use. I don't usually look at or respond to people who send me kilometer-long lists of mods, but that's the best I can do right now. I recommend creating a new profile with my mods and their requirements, and not piling on a ton of mods that do different things.

I'm leaving you an image that I usually leave for those who play this mod with too many mods.

With this plugins.txt nothing should work at all.

First you need to do this

And then correctly place the mods in plugins.txt . In any case, this list should end like this

Spoiler

*Nuka Ride.esp
*Nuka Ride High Heels Sound Patch.esp
*Nuka Ride - Start Me Up Patch.esp
*Nuka Ride World Patch.esp
*Nuka Ride CWSS WORLD Patch.esp
*Nuka Ride - aBitPrettierNWRaiders Patch.esp

And if you use Diamond City Expansion and Pole Dancing, then next

*Stm_DiamondCityExpansion.esp
*Stm_DiamondCityExpansion Pole Dancing.esp

"Ivy Goes To Nuka World" works very well together with Nuka Ride. Only need to put Ivy before NR. Ivy adds some holodisks, one suit, and one door. Moreover, "Ivy Goes To Nuka World" will still not be able to start with Nuka Ride without a "kick".

If don't redo anything in mod, then possible use the

setstage _Ivy_NukaWorldQuest 10

and then tcl for taking the first holodisk.

But even after that, Nuka Ride continues to ignore Ivy. And Ivy's stay at Nuka-World has no effect on Nuka Ride.

had this bug too, where the gear would get stuck on characters after AAF stuff, even if I switch gear, the old gear was like glued to the body and stick thru the new gear.., would need to quit the game and reload, that would fix it

as for Strap ons, they useally work (if they dont appear, I use home buttton and switch between AAF animations back and forth until the strap on appears, even if there's only one AAF to chose from,  it can like reset it chosing it.., and the strap on will eventually appear)

atm replaying the parts after

like how Noritas route has plenty of alternaive stuff and isn't has HC as Noras.., its nice change...,  but do hope Noras remains HC (doesn't need to be constantly HC, though wouldnt mind it)

the only thing I wished sofar was diffrent in Noritas playthru (just personal pref)

I'd subdivide into a few sections that always take priority in my profiles and I can't imagine playing without them.
None of these seem to conflict with NR (old gen, game version .163), nor its requirements.

And now the important thing: I'm running 444 active plugins coming from 599 mods in total. The list above is just a fraction that I consider mandatory for a better experience and I have it heavily customized on top of it - clothing, hair, weapons, item and environment textures, sounds, music, QOL thingies, all the wacky NSFW shit... You name it.
The load order is key. If you install everything mindlessly, you'll spend days on troubleshooting.

The worst thing that can happen is sometimes encounters with many NPC's will crash my game out of nowhere, but it barely ever happens. Most of the time it runs like a charm. I don't use Quicksave because it breaks. All my manual saves are working even when enabling and disabling mods mid-playthrough. So, save manually or get a mod that does it for you.

And how do I manage performance? Well, I don't. I've capped the game at 58 fps and doubled it with framegen, using a paid option - Losless Scaling, available on Steam at a very low price, for what it does. I think it's totally worth it. The game is so broken to begin with, that I don't wanna fight anymore with its CPU bottleneck, memory issues and ancient systems that lack proper optimization. Yes, I'm using my own custom ENB profile and a custom ReShade preset altogether, but I wouldn't ever revert to vanilla graphics. They're absolutely awful. I can sacrifice the source smoothness for framegen, and it does the job 'cause the game has a rather mild pacing.

If you'd like to have a full modlist - either let me know and re-arrange it yourself, or spend weeks crafting a perfect subjective experience from scratch, or - get something premade from Nexus but I can guarantee that someone else's preferences won't get you the exact thing you're looking for (and it might break, quite possibly). Sounds harsh but it's actually fun once you start adding things intentionally. Thank you for reading. Now I fuck off. I'm empl***d but I keep typing like it's all I do.

I think it would help your games stability if you would start by following a good guide.

Two stand out for me, The Midnight Ride and Fallout 4 S.T.E.P.

There are several guides on LL as well, but none of them seem to advise installation of Steam, Fallout 4 and your Mod Manager OUTSIDE of any Windows protected locations.

After you have that done, pick a version of Fallout 4 to run on. I'm using Old-Gen 1.10.163 as it has more support for old and new mods.

After that, follow The Fucking Manual.

After AAF is functional (my advice is for AAF 1.5.5), then go to the first post in this support thread, and install all of JB's requirements.

Take care to thoroughly install all of their requirements (ignore this for The Fucking Manual's installation).

Then install NukaRide itself.

https://themidnightride.moddinglinked.com/

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74193

https://www.loverslab.com/topic/139374-aaf-the-fucking-manual-~-adult-oriented-setup-guide-~-12february2026/

https://www.loverslab.com/topic/171006-aaf-nuka-ride-a-porn-studio-mod/

Beware if you are going to install other AAF mods, be sure to:

Read through their support posts, as many fixes for them exist only in those posts.

Note: Not mentioned in The Fucking Manual is @Holylokki's EAP

https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/44548-eap-extended-aaf-patch/

Install it as well, DO NOT select the gagged animation support in it's Fomod install menu.

If your going to include Commonwealth Slavers it must be (priority-wise and load order AFTER Nukaride).

i.e.

NukaRide

Commonwealth Slavers

Diamond City Expansion

These three must be as low as possible, priority-wise and load order.

Good luck!

Brilliant it gives me something to go on thank you...

Good luck!

I used the Midnight ride before as a reference, i have been playing a large list from Simpossible XX for quite a long while but i think even with different profiles in MO2 i think something has got broken over the last year of playing adjusting mods etc, so a clean slate maybe would not hurt it especially when playing with 1k mods on different profiles..And to be fair before i used MO2 and LL i did download a few collections from nexus and they all ran like garbage and yet from this site they seem to run a lot smoother for some reason...But thank you very much for the reply i do appreciate it
