Yes it is updated for AE, I'm on OldGen so I haven't tried it yet.

Yeah it's Simple Downgrader that I used, that must be the problem. There were several downgraders and I didn't know which one to use so I chose that one thinking it will do the job.

I'm having trouble with starting nuka world every time I try talking with Charon he won't do the animation that It's supposed to do, and he just walks around doing nothing I saw the other post talking about this and about the load order, but I'm just really confused with how I'm supposed to order them and ive tried every other solution like making sure the nuka world and mod config says updating

This isn't a load order, it's a mod installation order.  The load order is on the right pane in MO2 under the plugins tab.  However one thing that is obvious with your installation order is TFM recommends that 

"At least #10 to #31 should be at the VERY BOTTOM OF YOUR MOD ORDER IN MO2, JUST ABOVE OVERWRITE, as shown in the image below. This is also your MOD order for resolving mod conflicts."

 

Your Ultimate AAF Patch (UAP) should follow after the animations, because it is patching the animations.  However NR doesn't require it.  But for your load order (plugins tab), make sure Nuka Ride.esp is at the bottom followed by any Nuka Ride patches, you might have to move the patches first since MO2 won't let you move a plugin below any that are dependent on it.

 

Here is my general mod install order layout:

- Engine Fixes (F4SE, Address Library, Buffout 4, Headpart Extended, UFO4P, CFM, a lot of the F4SE plugins, etc.)

- UI

- Bodies (incl Skeletons)

- Textures

- Hair

- Eyes

- Face

- Outfits & Accessories

- LooksMenu Overlays

- Mods (includes Sex Attributes, and other frameworks)

- Nuka Ride

- AAF Framework

- AAF Animations

- AAF Patches

- Meshes (aka BodySlide Output)

- Tools (FO4Edit, BodySlide & Outfit Studio, ...)

I have a lovely bug in "The Flagpole" quest where i cant talk to the overboss. all he says to me is "the fuck you want." i cant interact with him at all

Hi all? i have trouble with truck stop quest. When i try to ask Sophie to come with me to the truck stop, she always says that she is busy, but if i try to star farm help quest, she agrees, despite me litterally done it couple minutes ago. Does someone know how to help me with my issue?

Due to how I had to structure the quests, you must first work for Larsen. Once you've done that, you'll be able to do the truck stop thing. The mod will notify you that you can do that after you've finished working for Larsen.

Do the cosmetic surgery bodyslide settings not work in tye games current version? I've gone through the surgery and even edited the settings in the mcm but it hasn't changed. I've batch built everything, tried different fusion girl presets but the body stays at whatever the preset default is nude or dressed.

That all depends on whether your Looksmenu works (if it's compatible with your current version, etc.). I don't know what the situation is with the new version of Fallout, though.

Yeah F4SE says  it's disabled it's dll for being incompatible with the games current version so that's probably why it's not working.

For LooksMenu, go to it's Nexus site and read the comments, there will be link to Github with a working LooksMenu for AE

Sry to bother again, but how do i progress further after doing every quest in diary? IRather how much points on every stat should i have? Because Dara keeps telling me that im far from enlightment

I brought a couple of assets from Skyrim so I can continue with the cat food quest. Someone suggested that at the end of the quest we should film an advertisement to promote the food, and I thought it was a great idea. So, new gloves and 3 kitty idles.
