Did you turn off Naked Falling in the MCM "Extras" page?

Hi,

 

I really like the potential of this mod, but I can't get the public punishment to kick in.

I stripped naked and ran around the guards, even talked to them, but nothing.

I tried adjusting the sliders in the MCM menu for the weighting for the punishments, but still nothing. 

The defeat scenarios work, although no ghosts or animals when there are only humans (I attacked a bandit camp). 

 

Not sure what I am doing wrong here... I have only a bare minimum of SL mods, such as the DD ones and a few animations, basically to make things work... have installed as far as I can according to the instructions.

1. enable INFO MESSAGES in the MCM System page (orange color). they can help you fine tune Public Punishment. 
2. if that does not help, I need a papyrus.0.log 

Did you enable NymSpawn/NymSpawnService (something liek that) in the MCM System?
I rebuilt the spawn system, so not ruling out that I missed something. 

This is an advanced mod that uses basically any SLAL pack out there on Loverslab and has soft dependencies for lots of other mods. Does not hurt to get more SLAL packs and check soft dependencies too. But none of these should be relaed to your issues.

This happened to me as well. 

 

Don't have a papyrus log to hand, but can get one next time back at my computer.

 

It failed to work with any human, giant or reikling defeat. It did however work with undead and if I set the search radius high enough it picked random uninvolved npc villagers to do the raping.

 

Using sexlab 1.62 or whatever the current version is.

get the 5.01 hotfix and if it happens again, please upload the papyrus.0.log.

Was with that, not tried it without unfortunately.

only try WITH the Hotfix. I cannot support earlier versions.  thx :)

Yes fortunately this is rare, as it took a few days for this to naturally happen again.  Unfortunately the Unstuck Player function didn't fix the problem. It did get the character off the horse onto the ground, but not able to move, draw weapon, etc. after that.  Hotkeys and the ability to pause the game still work.   Thanks for the efforts, I had not thought of the debug menu, so that was worth a try.

I ll keep an eye on it in the code. Dragons and Mounts were handled somewhere... somehow :D
Should ride horses more to test. And the other way round ^^

Hi Nymra, I have never used 'naked' (because I lack understanding of coding work, so I dare not try it easily), but I am particularly interested in it. Meanwhile, I am also looking for more possibilities for my mod (which is here:

I am still playing on LE and I use BHUNP not CBBE, so sadly no way to test for me. 
Not sure which body is "state of the art" in Special Edition, tho.

But maybe I just do not see the respective files?

Does your mod offer only armor/outfits or also furnitures?

Or idle animation using furnitures? (I see a pole bondage there)
Especially when it has struggle anims I would indeed be very interested.

I mainly use soft dependencies for such things. Is your mod also meant as a modders resource?

In general I like most of the stuff, while functionally it doubles alot of what already is in the ZAP Framework and partially Devious Devices.

Although it is feasible to create a version of bhunp, I did not notice the difference between the versions, which is indeed a problem. It's a pity.😢

Soft, yes, I hope the clothing can exist independently of DD and have both DD functions, automatically wearing it after "defeat". To achieve this, I used the VSU framework script, which has been implemented on "Practical Defeat". I also hope to implement the corresponding function on Naked. But compiling scripts is really difficult for non professionals😅

Naked Defeat does not care much for what happens afterwards. 
If your mod has a way of equipping stuff to the PC and a struggle game of some sort I could add an outcome for that in Naked Defeat. 
All I need for that is a modevent that I can send to your mod with whatever details you need.

Please allow me to refer to it as "ND" for short. I have not used ND yet (even though I have heard of its name for a long time), but I have read about its future plans, including "bad end", "furniture compatibility", and "afterlife", which particularly interest me. So, can we combine the two together in the form of ND patches or any other way. I don't understand coding work, so I'm just exploring its possibilities.
I missed a previous question: if you are interested in my meshes, you can call them freely. At the same time, I manually made some binding meshes for exclusive clothing, aiming to replace them with exclusive binding clothes when the character wears a certain piece of clothing. It would be great if it could achieve the same function in ND as in PD.

If it's not possible yet, perhaps in the future?

3BA (technically CBBE 3BA) is the clear leader currently, by far the most popular body mod.
BHUNP has its diehard fans but is in general less popular and as a result somewhat less well supported.
UBE is the new kid on the block and rising in popularity, but it has still a long way to go to catch up with 3BA in popularity (and hence mod support).
I don't think either 3BA or BHUNP have and advantages over another, it's kinda like Betamax and VHS, one won out, for no clear reason. UBE does have some advantages over those older bodies, but far as I understand comes at the price of some additional complexity for mod authors.

For what it is worth, I'm in favor of it. Guli does some amazing work that is completely underutilized so far.

hi there Nymra,i started new game not much mod running atm ,annyway i get message while going around naked i nany city "not punished for crime in empty" no idea what does it mean,the mod work against bandit if i lose combat,they gonna rape and punish but i ncity nothin happen with guards

I cannot work with that :P

1. the message is harmless, just a left over message I used for development. will be fixed in next patch

 

2. you want to be fucked in the cities too? 
- do you have Public Punishment enabled?
- do you have NymBETA enabled? 

you can enable "InfoMessages" in System MCM to see what happens in the background while in the city to see whats up.
