Guest Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 being in LE in this age with all the current mods avail is just sad, and due to the fact, this mod has a built-in censor I couldn't remove with its toggle, I'm looking for another defeat mod

Guest Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 Hmm. Reliable, flexible, so many features each user can have a unique experience. Mod author engaged, willing to listen and always improving ND. But we each have our own perspective. I think it is wise for me to continue to use the most reliable and fun defeat mod available. I suppose I will switch when Nymra bans me from using it. 🤣
Guest Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 General anyone questions about settings and one device. On the main MCM page with the customization options, I have tried the spawn creatures feature. Sometimes they spawn. If trolls spawn, they are attacked by my lovely hosts in the 2024 versions of ND, dogs hang around without participating. If it's simply random, ok. Used to love the trolls that joined the party and actually participated. Can papyrus next time if this isn't working right. Spawned trolls were in exterior landscape area and spawned some distance away when this occurs. Dogs spawn close to player. Some fancy roll of the dice probably about the frequency but not sure about the being attacked issue. Rare for creatures to join the party but will pay attention and papyrus next time. If I should be seeing more types of creatures, would be nice to know. Nymra strip function: Not sure about this one. I set the Sexlab strip and it's reliable. Maybe it's locational stripping. Interested to see if others use and what they think. Furniture: When tied to furniture, always works. Always - except the chained on the ground one is weird. PC is several feet away from the device. I can screenshot next time. Didn't think to do this as it is rare. The device has the waist high wooden beam with chains down to the ground. The chains are not connected at the top post, are rigid, and not very immersive. Not sure how to fix or disable. Consistent accross different game versions. Some devices spawn very rarely but love them when they occur. The device where the PC is suspended mid-air with ropes/chains with legs spread is my favorite but only see it once a game if I'm lucky. *more info about Precision and the whipping. I have a love hate relationship with Precision and the whipping. Appears that if the whipping is working correctly (whipper is close to the pc and whipping animation occurs), the knocked loose from furniture is 100% (not off) happens. Save and reload is the only thing that works after you crawl away. Still worth it to me and won't change the precision function but wanted to add to my previous post where I hinted it may happen. This game it always happens. Thank you.

Guest Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 (edited) Public punishment - immediately sent to a boardwalk. Some sexy time activity then transported to a location in Skyrim. Not sure if this was the plan. Never experienced this before. In case you want to see the log. I think it is nice to be sent somewhere and have to find my way back. I'm only posting this in case it was not supposed to happen. Had just talked to the jarl after killing the fisrt dragon, bought Breezehome, then asked the housecarl to have sexy time thorugh SLEN and when finished was tagged with public punishment. Went down, K key and sent to the boardwalk with no terrain around. One of 3 scripted events sexy time events occurred. (ND overlay said 1 of 3 but only 3 occurred.) Sent to a a location north of Whiterun after the public punishment -a standing stone after the first sexy time event. Papyrus.0.log Edited September 18, 2024 by TFor2

Next patch they are just meant to be an alternative to beeing dropped in a city.

The wooden sidewalk/boardwalk floating in a sea of black nothing was creepy but nice. I think it was deadra that spawned for sex. Again a nice difference. Danke for the explanation. I have yet to experience "afterlife". Need to jump off a mountain and try it. I forget about testing once the game starts. (checked the map after my initial post - spawned at the standing stone northeast of Winterhold in Sea of Ghosts. Edge of the map time.

Edge of the map time. the dark black sea of nothing with the wooden bridge IS the afterlife scenario. Kind of like a hellish dimension where demons catch your soul, torture you and through you back or whatever. I m not to deep into Skyrim Lore, I went for the visuals instead. Dunno where the location is from, it is from the original Skyrim content (I only added the bridge) Edited September 18, 2024 by Nymra
Tylerja Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 any word on sexlab defeat/practical defeat bridge? i only ask because going through some mods it appears they require those ill try to make a note of which are asking for which defeat mods and if its not integrated yet
Tylerja Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 (edited) Follower slavery appears to need Sexlab defeat Also is there anyway to set it so defeat scenes dont start until follower go's down? Edited September 18, 2024 by Tylerja
DerpCake Official Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 Stupid question but what animation pack and animation name and animation pack is this screen shot from?
Talesien Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 (edited) 9 hours ago, Tylerja said: Follower slavery appears to need Sexlab defeat Also is there anyway to set it so defeat scenes dont start until follower go's down? Follower Slavery has no hard dependency on SexLab Defeat, it can merely make use of it to open an extra venue to enslave followers. (Hard depedency aka master = a mod will not work without that other mod; soft dependency = a mod will work without that other mod just fine, but having that soft dependency unlocks additional features). Combat -> Options -> right side, "Follower Protection Options" BleedoutTimer and "Recover From Bleedout". Ticking "Recover" should do what you are looking for. Of course if your follower fights long enough, you will get up again, if you don't want that, set the BleedoutTimer very high. Beware though, this is Skyrim, sometimes NPC to NPC fights can be very dragged out or even go on forever with neither side doing much, due to pathing problems or similar. Practical Defeat is an addon to Acheron, while long term Acheron integration might come, practical defeat will remain something completely separate due to how Acheron works. I can't imagine any mod requiring practical defeat, as stated it's just an Acheron addon. 1
snowmanjj Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 Getting this error every time I'm knocked by bandits. #ERROR Actor invalid (ask for support) HasRaceKey: Humans scene doesn't play and I'm immediately attacked again. on a side note, my surrender animation wont play either. she just T poses, which led me to ask if Pandora is compatible or if I should stick with FNIS

Run FNIS or Nemesis and see if that helps. If it does, run Pandora and see if the problem returns. If it does, we've established 100% that is Pandora and can ask Pandoras author to help. Without that confirmation, we can do very little. 1

rjn Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 In my game the follower will occasionally have a scene where they whip the player. My follower is registered as a follower by ND. After one or two hits with the whip my player is defeated (I have the combat stripping active). She goes into the defeated posing until the whipping scene stops, then after a bit of a wait stands up with the "no enemies etc.." message. The game goes on as normal from that point with no problems. So it amounts to just a disruption of one scene. I looked into solving it. I have "no damage to teammates" on in the MCM for Nether Followers, but I couldn't find a setting there for the followers damaging the player. Am I missing some setting in ND that would stop a follower from defeating my player? Or is there a setting in some other commonly-played mod that prevents player damage from followers? Maybe defeat by a follower could be blocked somehow?
Script101 Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 Mod not working as a Vampire: Hello there, I'm having a bit of a trouble getting this mod to work as a Vampire. It worked fine when I started the game but when I turned into a Vampire it stopped working. I thought it was incompatible with better Vampire so I tried on a new save again and became a Vampire without better vampire mod. Again it stopped working. However if a Vampire defeats me the mod seems to be working fine. Anyone or anything else just leaves me after defeat or surrender. I've the required mods: 1. Sexlab 2. Zaz Animation Pack 8+ 3. Sexlab Aroused 4. Tried both FNIS and Pandora 5. Crosshair-Reference Script Hang Fix 6. Slave, Rape and Fade Tatttoo 7. ZAP - No Collision Furnitures 8. ZAP - Faster in and out of furnitures Game Version 1.6.1170 AE I've Legacy of the Dragonborn, Better Vampire and an ENB nothing else.

The mod I was referring to was Binding. During the punishment "Whip-sub" scene DHLP is not suspended according to the diagnostics in Binding's MCM menu. Apart from that, I am still interested in ways to prevent player damage by teammates.

If it's not suspended, then LazyPalm needs to fix that. As for preventing follower damage to the player, NFF takes care of that for me. If you are using NFF and still take damage you either need to change your settings or find whatever mod is overwriting NFFs scripts and/or (more likely) records that prevent the damage.

Well, I don't know what setting you are referring to in NFF, In my version (2.8.6) there is no setting for preventing a follower from damaging the player. I checked for conflicts with NFF and found none. I'm trying another mod, Simple No Internal Friendly Fire, which does explicitly have a setting to do what I want.
