I could also imagine better aiming points for the needles. For example, they could include injections for a (temporary) breast augmentation or punch the holes for piercings.
The way the needles are currently placed, I would rather think of electrodes for electric shocks that maltreat the nipples.
Likewise, interchangeable attachments might be an idea. Suction bells for milking perhaps, balloons for a vaginal or anal douche (I don't necessarily like the end result of an anal douche, but the feeling of fullness is something else again).

Actually, one of the things that I like about this mesh is that it Isn't "graceful". It looks like it could fit into the Fallout world. Perhaps there could be multiple variations of this mesh. A rusted out one like this- that one could imagine a group of particularly sadistic raiders using; and a cleaned up, elegant version that would fit into The Institute's aesthetic.

If I do it elegantly, fans of the series will shout in chorus "this is not lore!" So the machine was originally conceived to be rough, in the style of the first industrial robots. By the way, if you noticed, the design is modular. It can have as many main manipulators as you like, and each has 4 direct manipulators. Balls? Well, here, for example, there is a huge plug for the ass, And there is also a ball-gag and it can also be shoved in the ass.

Regarding the texture - if someone takes up the model, for example, makes a skeleton for it so that the grave animators get down to business, then I will make other textures as well. Including pure chrome-white for the institute.

But this texture will look different in the game. Since I didn't want to spend 40 minutes rendering each screenshot, I made the simplest render.

You can create a preset in LooksMenu, and that saves a JSON file which you can then do whatever you like with.
