It was the Fear stat, it shows up as -2 with the slave info spell and it was during any activity and on all of the I put in the Lakeview manor dungeon cell.   It was the trainer and the trainee.  Thank you for the quick response.

So I downloaded the newest patch and when I run FNIS I get this warning: >>Warning: \character\behaviors\FNIS_DiaryOfMine_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim compatible<<

I'm not an expert on FNIS and don't know if this is a big deal or not and would really like some help. I'm on oldrim but I did select the correct options when installing if that helps.

That's expected. I could only process the behavior file for SE since I don't have oldrim anymore.

 

You could try to reprocess the FNIS behavior file by launching GenerateFNISforModders (in FNIS directory \tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Modders\GenerateFNISforModders.exe)

then click "Generate Mod Behavior", navigate to \Diary Of Mine\meshes\actors\character\animations\DiaryOfMine and select the FNIS txt file.

 

If you are using mo2 you might need to set up the GenerateFNISforModders tools in your "launch" list, just set it up like SKSE but with the correct exe.

 

If it works you can post it here, I will add it to the LE installer. If not, you might need to replace the animations with LE ones from BaboDialogue and MiasLair before running the FNIS modders tool. Let's hope it works.

-2 means the faction rank was not found. Actually the Fear training faction is behaving weirdly.

 

Could it be that this slave was put into HSH before the last PAHE update? The Fear training faction was changed by the last update of PAHE and slaves outside of PAHE will not be correctly updated.

 

I would suggest you pull back all your slaves from HSH before updating. Then save, update, save, reload.

FNIS warning >>Warnung: \character\behaviors\FNIS_DiaryOfMine_Behavior.hkx not Skyrim compatible<< when playing the mod on LE. So FNIS is blocked and every NPC is in T-pose.

And I noticed maxed out slaves (100 everywhere) started to run away for no reason. The new dialogue didn't showed up as well.

resignation handles slave runaways in diary

troll needs to update the resignation and humiliation migration from submission for the latest update changes

It was always based on submission (in DoM resignation) with a cap at 60 and this value can be set in the PAHE MCM, well at least it was a configurable value and still should be.

 

Then in PAHE you have one more factor, the last time since punished and now in DoM an extra mood factor. So angry slaves will have a higher chance to run away than a sad one. And broken slaves next to zero.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I remember that periodically slapping new slaves in PAHE would keep them from running, but it was also just a binary thing for submission; at 60 you were totally safe and they wouldn't run, is there a set value like that in DoM?

 

Also, I've been doing a lot of testing lately, I tried to have a "normal playthough" with DoM, AYGAS, and HSH all at once. So I'll put the findings of that in a spoiler so I don't spam the page with my nonsense :)

First two captures at Fort Greymoor and Redoran's Retreat, (of course lol) and everything went really well.

 

Before I get into the actual report, I gotta say that this mod Nonseen linked a while ago is AMAZING: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/41728 It adds so many really cool looking female bandits, and some of them actually even have different scales, so some are 10% taller or shorter than normal. I was lucky enough to find a tiny bosmer dryad and a towering snow-elf looking altmer in my game, very very cool stuff! 

 

Anyway, the first two slaves had pretty manageable personalities, and almost everything went as expected. Resignation rose at an appropriate rate, as well as submission, fear, and respect. The only two issues I had for these first slaves were:

 

1. Sex training is very very slow. It looks to me like it rises by about 1 per sex act, 2 if they are ashamed. I know you put in sliders to adjust training gain amount but I just wanted to confirm those numbers were intended before I tried it. I'm also not sure how much of an impact the "touch yourself" command has on sex training, maybe I should be using that more often? Touch yourself also still cancels out the animation after a couple seconds, could be on my end though. (Oddly enough, this is only for the highest trained animation, the one where they put both of their hands between their legs plays until the slave properly cancels it herself.)

 

2. Anger training is still somewhat of a mystery to me, I can raise it somewhat, (around 50 is the furthest I've gotten) but more often than not I end up lowering it back down to 0 somehow, maybe that's my fault, or maybe the personalities I've seen so far are just like that, either way could you explain anger training a bit more, like how it gets lowered?

 

Aside from those issues, I was also a bit confused about the "in love" and "loyal" moods. One slave was in love, and another was loyal, but after a while both statuses went away and the slave's mood was just "OK." Is it intended that those moods go away? I was under the impression that loyal was a permanent endgame state for a servant and love was the permanent endgame state for a sex slave. Does anger training affect this? Anyways, I wasn't sure if that was supposed to happen so I mentioned it.

 

All that being said, those first two went really well. The issues I'm mentioning are super minor and didn't really mess anything up for me, I was certainly able to manage :D 

I caught a couple more and trained them up, sold them and bought Lakeside. But I kept these first two.

 

Now where things got weird is when I got some more slaves...

 

I captured about seven from Pinewatch, and brought them back to Lakeside for training. I had all of them in a room, and I went about breaking them one by one, getting their resignation to around 80 and sending them somewhere else in the house for later. As I trained one, I would get notifications about a bunch of the others. For example, whipping Slave1 would give a notification that I was teaching Slave4 how to be a good girl, and that I was punishing Slave2 and Slave3 with pain for no reason, and punishing Slave5 with rape for no reason, and then all of the friends of these slaves would freak out as though I had just beat and raped 5 of them simultaneously. (I wish)

 

I think the friend mechanic is cool, but maybe you could add an MCM option to toggle it? It usually ends up dumping a lot of notifications on the left side, and I suspect it becomes script heavy with any more than 4 slaves, although you'd probably know better than I. I think allowing a toggle would be ideal, but I don't even know if that's possible, I'll leave that to you. :) 

 

The last part of my testing journey is with HSH, which I know you're already aware has issues, so I won't bother you with too many specifics. Long story short, they don't really train each other anymore. 3 days' time yields no change in stats whatsoever, except pose and sex. Pose goes up by maybe 10 or 20 a day, while sex goes up by maybe 4. Submission, fear, resignation, and respect all stay completely still. (I didn't try combat training) That being said, telling two slaves to practice sex on each other works fine, it's only training that craps out.

 

The slaves being trained had most of their stats in high 70s-80s (except combat at 0, and sex around 10) and were trained by slaves with 90-100 in all categories (except combat at 0 and sex at ~60). I'm not sure if that is useful information at all but just for the sake of being comprehensive I'll mention it. ;)  

 

All-in-all, this works great so far for small companies of slaves. AYGAS value is solid, poses work and vary properly based on training, tears and facial expressions come and go properly, and the potions perform as expected. Looking forward to future updates.

As Clifton said, if you migrate from PAHE to PAHE+DoM your slaves will have resignation=0 by default and will start running away. Nothing that can not be solved with a whip... I will take a look at the migration for next version.

I moved the training to PAHCore, hopefully it is fixed in version 1.5.0. Also I added a training tip in the mod description page to help find good trainers and good task masters.

Which version are you using LE or SE?

Also remember to run FNIS after installing the mod or no animation will be played.

Ok, I will have a look at that, my experience was more between +2 and +4 percent depending of if they are ashamed or not. Touch yourself gives a small boost to vaginal training, that's all. Also try to use the lust potion and the sex will be better!

Punish them when they are in angry mood. Also tie them and wait for them to struggle. Both should raise anger training. But also hurting their friends and doing nonsense actions decrease anger training. It can be frustrating and need some adjustment. We will see.

Yes they go away when the slave realize it's mistake, but they come back and stay longer and longer. Also having sex with an inlove slave is the best way to increase their sex training.

We should reproduce this to understand. This is really weird.

So version 1.5.0 is out with two major upgrades:

* the 6th missing trait was choosen to be "perversion direction" between dominant (at 0) and submissive (at 100). This only describe the NPC preference not their feelings toward you. Actors will not talk about this aspect of their personality.

 

*Slaves now express their feelings at random according to their mood. Less if they are shy or calm. If you are tired of hearing them you can order them to shut the **ck off, and punish them if they can't help it.

Ok, sounds good. Does touch yourself give more training based on how long they do it or just a flat increase every time you tell them to do it?

Got it, I wasn't really tying them up at all because I was using devious devices instead. But that makes sense now, I'll try it out.

Sounds interesting, how does dominant and submissive play into training? Is it just for HSH utility or does it affect sex training for example?

hahaha fair enough, here's some screens of my first two slaves that I can't bring myself to sell. Please don't shame my Lakeside I haven't been able to furnish it yet :/ 

 

First one is the tall snow elf looking Altmer. I had to set her scale to .9 because with the heels on she was like 8 feet tall, so with these heels on and at 90% scale she's at her natural height before I adjusted it.

Next is the other of my first two, a Nord who also had silver hair and fair skin. I couldn't sell either one because they looked so cool together. The silver ladies ;)
