Edit: as i sad in my previous post here, i think the problem comes from SexiS core with april version there is a lot of incompatibility between sexis and lover´s comfort or even sexis working girls or XLV compodium (LC work a little bettre with sexis february core)

In the sexis forum someone said that this problem was fixed by "ceaning sexis" form its menu.

If that does not work try the following.

REMOVE sexis. (uninstall mod in NMM)

Load a game

Try to same.

If the game crashes you need to make a clean save the following way

Install the mod again with the manager but unselect the esp from the list (so the mod is installed but not active)

Load a game and make a new one (normally it will not crash now)

Exit and Uninstall Sexis in NMM

Load last save and make a new one (this will be the clean save)

exit and install Sexis again in NMM

Load the clean game and make a final save.. notmally everything should work now

Remember to run FNIS where applicable.

Is it possible that Lovers comfort does not run correctly in verion 1.8.151 ?

Updated everything to the latest versions. Hopefully bessides the sexis error msg I will not have any problems..

uuhm.. What exactly is the selected follower? I think it had a follower in version 1.8 but it is empty in version 1.9

I also just found that the "i need some comfort" besides not working only appears to my two followers. None of my numerous spouses have it.

Maybe it conflicts with having more than one spouce ?

Anyway up until now the only think that it does is to initiate an animation after sleeping. None of the other features work . Any ideas?

I've experienced the second problem. I've tried reinstalling, performing clean saves and creating new characters. From what I can tell on the initialization of LC, it would work fine. Went on to do other things for a few hours, and as I came back and started up skyrim again, I first loaded an old save before loading my present play save- ( i use a old save where I have just created the character with Alternate start because sometimes saves wont load but just CTDs. If i first use a old save which doesnt CTD before switching to my current, then I wont CTD)

However, "n" key didnt work (only showed RND info, earlier it had showed both) And while Status "looked" ok, all was not well.

I couldnt learn new positions ( i think..) and Arousal never lowered no many times I had sex, it just kept getting higher (as I was seeing the partners naked body). Neither with Working girl, nor with Cupidspells.

What is a good way to get your companions arousal level to raise?

Seems like npc's arousal levels raise at 1/3rd the rate of the pc.

I ended up going back to version 20130413 which more or less solved all my issues. It still took some trial and errors to get working though (i.e. clean saving LC and Sexis a few times, also made new characters). All the functions eventually started working again without the "blank status page" appearing. You can try this but I'm not 100% percent sure it'll solve the problem. I could have just been lucky.

Hi,

i have a problem with comforting dialogue, i see it, i can clic it but nothing happen, i tried to sleep 1h then 2 .... then 24h and nothing happens, i tried it with 3 followers (dismissing them rehiring them) but nothing happens even with the spouse....

edit : i have recently installed vilja patch that we can find in the 4th page of this thread. maybe the problem comes from there ? (i have also the vilja addon for solstheim installed)

and also even if npc are aroused and if i have the message on the top left unfriendly gaze and i sleep in that era nothing happen...

Now something else (but this have nothing to do with this mod but hopfullyoneofyou can help me ) the bright side, now the rape session (with sexis defeat plug in) work properly and the down side, i do not know what happen but the mod (sexis) seems to not recognise that my skyrim is patched with 1.9.32.0... every time a load a save (any save) i get a message saying i´m on an older version of skyrim and it´s the only mod saying that.. this is crazy! since i have other mods that need at least skyrim to be at 1.151.8.0 or 1.9.29.0 are working properly and they recognize that i´m at 1.9.32.0... did i mess up with some thing ? because i had several times installed and reinstalled older and newer version of Sexis to get the defeated plug in to work

Edit: never mind for the last problem, i saw on the sexis thread that the problem of the version of skyri comes from the core of the 1 april update... i guess, now i have a choice between this one or the previous one but both of them let me and do not let me use some fratures of other mods like sexis working girl (for the old core) and LC comforting (and unfriendly gaze) for the new sexis core

any help would be appreciated

Followers need to be a little aroused to agree to comfort.

At some Dawnguard and Dragonborn locations comfort can be triggered only then going to sleep.

Try enabling bed animtions at MCM menu.

Or try to go to Vanilla locations see if it will work correctly.

A request. Is it possible to implement "seeking comfort" based on an NPC's disposition?

I had tied to implement it a few times, but still can not figure out how to make NPC to start conversation with PC.

SexiS message is harmless, just annoying.

Selected follower is NPC that is going to have sex with PC next time PC goes to sleep, if both are in the same cell.

It clears after the NPC had any sex.

At last version if asking comfort near the bed sex start immediately.

LC does not support multiple marrieges, for dialogue option to appear the NPC need to be current follower.

I ended up going back to version 20130413 which more or less solved all my issues. It still took some trial and errors to get working though (i.e. clean saving LC and Sexis a few times, also made new characters). All the functions eventually started working again without the "blank status page" appearing. You can try this but I'm not 100% percent sure it'll solve the problem. I could have just been lucky.

I tested the 14.04 Version yesterday and got no more "blank status page" problems , the only thing is that i had to use the SexiS Clean Up because the NPCs stand on their Beds at night. Some of the SexiS notifications are sill missing but i think its more an Sexis problem.

The arousal displayed by the "N" Key is not allways correct, but the LC notifications show the right amount (at 5, 10 etc..) and once every 2-3 times the PC wont get aroused by watching NPCs.

I also found one way to break my status page with the earlier (08.04) LC version if i fast switch locations, done some Quests and Sold stuff in Whiterun, went into Houses and back to the City 5-6 times in a few minutes and at the end the Statuspage was gone.

I skipped the update to 20130414 because I already had that version (unless you have thrown in a minor bugfix after that but hasnt changed its name)

Did the other things and it worked like a charm. I got the "caught a unfriendly gaze" so i decided to rest another hour and got raped by one of the men at the inn.

That taught me a new position, my arousal went down. Status and the "n" key works, and i now have first stage of lovers victim.

edit: just minutes after I ran into some bandits and got killed.

I reloaded a save and soon afterwards I noticed the "n" key had stopped working.

But again, using the "stopquest/startquest" advice from above I got it working again..

upon firther checking, this seems to happen every time I load a save

it breaks, but the above commands repairs it.

so i made a BAT file so I can just open console, type bat "lccleanup" (which is what i named it) every time i load a save.

at least until youve done another fix for it.

As check I noticed too that sometimes saving the game and then reloading, or have an auto reload after you being killed, should corrupt the mod and the "N" key, the arousal raising/lowering system and the learning system don't work.

But I found out that using the suggested commands stopquest and startquest makes it working again.

I do have the latest version but the arousal lvl of all NPCs is stuck to -2

you need at least 2 arousal to start the comfort animation for me i use the old sexis core everything works fine also about the npc stuck to -2 have you tried removing all you char armors since when your PC is naked it will only add some arrousal for npc

There is something wrong with the latest 20130414 version because too much users report the same problem: arousal level not working, learning not working, "N" key not working until you open the console and type in sequence the two commands stopquest and startquest for 00_LoversComfortPlayer.

Anyhow, I can confirm, at least into my game, that this has something to do with save/load processing.

Every new game session needs the console commands to "activate" the mod. A reload after kill needs the same. A save and reload the save by will needs the same.

(BTW, it seems there is no need to wait 1 hour and 10 seconds to have the mod working again after the console commands).

I have none of this problems with 4/14. Did the people not having arousal working sleep in the same cell their spouse is in to start the mod?

If not, reload the save, wait for 20 seconds, save, load, run stop/start quest. It is bad timing problem.

I ran into some other thing that might or might not be related to LC, but I thought it was funny so I figured I'd post it here anyway.

I had racked up a fair number of Arousal points so I figured I'd get rid of them with Shanes Sexix-working girl.

And I have the 4th level there, so the new option was to be taken "rough", almost like I was raped. So I got a point of Lovers victim. Which was a pretty nice touch I think.

But instead of losing Arousal, I GAINED a few points instead, so I had to do a new solicitation of the 3rd level to lose arousal (which worked, thankfully)

So I dont know if its intentional that my character gets even MORE horny from being taken roughly or if its just a minus sign thats been forgotten to be added into the code .

Or whether the error is in LC or in WG.

EDIT: that level of lovers victim I got from Working girl doesnt go away, even after 10 minutes real time and 10 hrs in game.

Going to release update soon, that will patch that problem.

Until then ALWAYS verify that you have status page working.

If not, reload the save, wait for 20 seconds, save, load, run stop/start quest. It is bad timing problem.

But the source of the problem is still unclear to me.

Next time this happens please try "GetQuestRunning 00_LoversComfortPlayer" and post results

Now I've installed the latest 14 April version and .... BANG! Blank Status Page! OMG!

PS: The "N" key does nothing.

You could try to reinstall LC in that case (perform a "clean save").

"N" key does nothing if you got blank status page, actually LC doesn't work anymore.

I was forced to reinstall LC and SexiS due to some nasty issues with NPCs that were involved in SexiS scenes. They didn't do their usual scheduled stuff after sex, just idling near a bed instead. Console commands was useless, LC Cleanup spell too, but SexiS cleanup function worked perfectly and NPCs returned back to their lives. But after that LC became unable to play animation on cleaned pairs.

So, for a note, you should NEVER leave the cell while NPCs are having sex until they return to their usual behavior.

I'm having a problem with the latest version. When sexis defeated triggers it activates everyone nearby! Say i'm ighting five bandits i now have five bandits meshed atop each other raping my charachter. They should really take their turn until the gangrape anims are up!

How do i fix this? Was there a new version of sexis defeated i haven't noticed since April 1st? Or is this a loverscomfort caused issue?

I really don't think LC has something to do with this.

But if you're willing to do some testing you could try this: backup these three files first - \data\SexiS.esm, \data\scripts\SexiSMagEffScr.pex and \data\scripts\SexiSSystemScr.pex, then drop files from this archive to your data folder SexiS.zip . Trigger combat rape again. Please report if this works for you.

Heya i tried this and sure enough that worked a charm. Npc's now wait there turns during combat rape and it works perfectly!

However i noticed i have the blank status page for LC as well and the multistage fixes i've read in pages 18-20 here seem not to work for me! The console command works, i wait a few hours in game. Then wait 10 seconds. Then press N and nothing happens. Do i need to reinstall LC? I checked and i am running the latest version.

Also silly question but i forget this reguarly. What is the definition of a clean save in this situation.

Ok, Thanx for the help everyone. I can understand the fackt that a few people are a bit new both in moding and in sex mods more precissely, so in the solutions you/we post you suggest the obvious sometimes.

I have Obviously tried to be naked in front of my followers/ spouse, in front of everybody in the inn, Rented a bed in the inn and sleped there with my spouse/follower (sex worked fine when waking), I have also had sex infront of everyone. I have slept in my house with my spouce/follower. I have sleped in my house with 5 wifes and the conclusion is one. Arousal lvls does not rise. There is something that stops from dping that. I did briefly tried the stop/start quest but I saw no difference. I will try it again and tell what happens.

It is also possible that the mod might not work for the following reasons so if anyone has any of the following and mod works, please report it.

1. The wife/follower that the mod sees is a custom NPC and that is not supported

2. I have multiple wifes and although they are not present they cause the mod to brake

3. It does not work in Soltheim (Dragonborn DBC)

If anyone can disprove any of the above 3 scenarios please step forward :-) (so we will know that thats not it)

I've only tried with one wife, but it seems like you need to do a few things before she kicks in. 1) wear ring 2) sleep with her once via bed/sleep... once you do that she shows up as spouse and desire seems to build. And until she shows up as wife, potential lover field never shows up. That's the way it seems to me anyway.

I hope this gets transfered to the new framework. This mod rocks.... my favorite!

@redneck2x I got the brawl thing to work...... not sure what the problem was the first time, but it works fine now.

Funny, people are having problems with increasing arousal, I can't seem to decrease it, will it only lower with spouse and rape, not a follower's or some NPC's comfort? Sorry if this has been asked, I tried to read the first pages and didn't find anything.

As for a "clean" save you can try to follow the process I've described in SexiS thread - http://www.loverslab.com/topic/15205-sexis-sex-in-skyrim-alpha-updated-apr-1/page-30?do=findComment&comment=366464 , also run FNIS after reactivating SexiS just in case.

And just to clarify what's in that archive I've posted:

- Original SexiS.esm (Feb 22);

- SexiSMagEffScr fixed by redneck2x;

- SexiSSystemScr compatible with Skyrim 1.9 by WaxenFigure.

So now all SexiS plugins work fine for me (not sure about "Random Sex" by ArizonaSteve, I just don't use it and I believe it's the only plugin that actually requires Apr 1 SexiS update since those fixes in it were made by ArizonaSteve as well).

This was exactly what I did.

I confirm that, in my game, every LOAD (could be also the first one launching the game) breaks something in this mod.

The command "getquestrunning" on 00_loverscomfortplayer returns always 1.00 (so it should run) but: the "N" key does nothing, the arousal system is locked, the learning system is locked.

The MCM menu works, instead, so the status page too.

The other two commands "stopquest" and "startquest" solve the problem and everything returns to work as espected (even if I never was raped outside the bed even if NPCs in the room had a really high arousal level, e.g. more than 20.).
