SexoutBrutalRapers

I would believe that it just hadn't been caught over the past few months if it weren't for the fact I have users confirming just days ago that stalkers works fine.

There was 2 versions out .. this version i upload yesterday and the one with the dialog. ( 2 different threats ). Played fallout nv since 5 weeks and downloaded the non-dialog version here.

Think someone mixed the versions before you take over the project. Think the most out here have the non-dialog version, this was the version in the official download threat. The dialog verison was in an different threat.

Hi great mod, but there is something that buged me. Speaking the diference in time of "sleep rape" and "combat rape". Both using endurance multiplayer that you can set in MCM, set on 1 "sleep rape" takes ~5 sec and "combat rape" ~30 sec. After looking in scripts I found what set rape time is.

For combat rape:

set fDuration to Sexout.dfTime * ((raperA.GetAV Endurance * SexoutRapers.durationMultiplier) / 5)

And sleep rape:
set Sexout.duration to (raper.GetAV Endurance * SexoutRapers.durationMultiplier)

As you can see "combat rape" is also multiplied by time set in main sexout, but when I trie to change it so it has same time as "sleep rape", I can't save script.

Anyone able to fix that problem, would be much appreciated.

I was wondering if it is possible to increase occurrence of sleep rape or at least add an MCM slider for it as it is extremely rare

I am not completely sure, but if you increase the frequency of stalking, i think it also increases the fequency of sleep rate. Do not forget to decrease the frequency of stalking after when you wander in the streets!

Plus, there need to be someone close to you when you sleep/wait for it to work best (a few meters)

Whenever I get the pop-up telling me the character is about to be raped during combat rape, if I select a "resist" option once or twice, the combat rape message doesn't show up for the rest of the game session, even if I get into different fights or different saves.

If I "submit", nothing happens, the creatures keep on attacking the player.

i never liked the dialog options in combat personally, but i did use version with the combat rape resist options for a few weeks, from the op, until that post higher up that had the earlier version without it was posted. When i hit submit it all worked as intended, combat stopped and rape occurred, no clue on resist, didn't use it as i have my hp to rape set low enough that the pc wouldn't be able to resist realistically (not much fight left in you when your 3/4 of the way dead).

so I'm guessing that if i did use resist it would work, because submit was just fine for the duration i used it.

I noticed that you will only get raped in your sleep if there are any non-companion NPCs nearby where you sleep. The chances are higher when the bed you're sleeping on is scripted to be used by one of the NPC's (which makes the sleep rape kind of annoying when you wake up because all the rapists are trying to do is get you off their bed).

Is anyone else having the same issue?

Huh... it seems to be fixed.

Here's what I did:

  1. Installed the old version
  2. Played a little bit with the old version
  3. Made a clean save
  4. Re-installed the new version
  5. Re-did everything in MCM

Combat rape works now. The problem with sleep rape is that even though the message pops up during sleep or wait, when I click "What the?" nothing happens, the character just wakes up with an NPC standing next to her.

Stalkers seems to be still unresponsive, but then again, I have not been out much at night.

You probably have your sex duration set too low. I believe the rape on sleep duration is a small percentage of the default sex duration so if you have your sex duration set to the default 15 seconds, the sleep rape is pretty much over by the time you stand up. I noticed when I had sex set to 45 seconds, a sleep rape lasted maybe 5 seconds.

I stopped using sleep rape after getting raped by Arcade Gannon in the Mormon Fort though... that was just weird. ;-)

I'll look into adding an MCM toggle for them.

I noticed that you will only get raped in your sleep if there are any non-companion NPCs nearby where you sleep.

Companion NPCs are not valid rapists, so naturally you need non-companion NPCs to be around.

I noticed when I had sex set to 45 seconds, a sleep rape lasted maybe 5 seconds.

As of the last update all sex run by BR should be using the same duration formula:
set fDuration to Sexout.dfTime * ((raperA.GetAV Endurance * SexoutRapers.durationMultiplier) / 5)

While you are poking with this ZIppy, just a few ideas I had to adjust the chances of rape happening.

If the victim has no weapons epuipped?

Has a weapon drawn should be a definite no-no?

I'm having the same issue with stalkers as others with the Dialogue popup version of this mod (from download page of op). So I did some playtesting using the Goodsprings Coyote Cave.

I setup BR to allow only Player to be stalked, set it to 100 chance, and set Creatures to Female to 1,2, & 3.

Using Debug menu the results were:

Coyote is stalking Coyoto Pup, Aborted due to 9.1

Coyote Pup is stalking Coyote, Aborted due to 9.1

Did this for 10 minutes, none of the coyote's ever viewed me as the victim. So I went and got Veronica, turned on Teammate Stalking and got the same results. It appears the stalkers are choosing victims from the wrong list and somehow getting thier prey from the banned list.

I should note I'm also using the latest Alpha of Common Resources (5/10/2013)

Hmm the Coyote pups should be on the banned for sex lists, I thought rapers checked that, the possibility of course if SCR isn't adding them for some reason, I haven't done any changes in that for a while but will look into that, I didn't think creatures stalked other creatures either, don't think there are creature/creature animations  :)

Some Coyotes "Den Mothers" are female in description and are in the banned for sex lists.

Whoops. Jallil is right, the Stalkers are currently picking their victims from the Stalkers list and not the Victims list. Whether a potential victim has a weapon equipped is now taken into effect. I will admit I don't off the top of my head know what function to use to check if an NPC (or the Player) has a weapon out.

EDIT: The messages should now be optional. Let's see if I didn't break anything this time.

EDIT 2: Download removed.

Thanks, I'll add that in as soon as it is determined whether or not the current version is working.

Glad I could help there. (Just downloaded new version so will test it out, starting new game anyways to test NVEC patch with SCR Alpha)

Might I suggest a victim.IsInCombat check as well, and Toggle for the weapon equipped. Otherwise checking for an equipped weapon would force a player to run around completely defenseless.

Perhaps for sake of realism. You could forgo the check for holstered equipped weapon and instead due a second check for IsWeaponOut after the message warning the player they are getting lewd looks passes. IE, you the player have a feeling someone is after you and as such you prepare yourself by drawing your weapon. Stalker sees you draw weapon and decides best not to chance it. Or as the player, ignore the threat warning, not pulling out your weapon and then getting "pounced on" so to speak.

An equipped weapon doesn't completely stop stalkers, it just lowers the score so they're more likely to pick a different target. I will probably base whether or not a stalker stops on a drawn weapon on said stalker's Intelligence score.

Also since we're talking about weapons let's discuss one of those engine oddities: Binoculars are technically weapons. Inconvenient, that.

Yeah I would think if the actor is busy looking through binoculars or a targeting scope they would be an ideal target for surprise attack :)

Just spent a little time back in the Coyote Den with the version you just uploaded, same test, Player Only, 100% Chance, Creature to Female set to 1,2, & 3

Nothing happened this time, period. Debug menu showed nothing happening for BR after intiliazing. Only Preg Alpha spam for drugs.

Tried with and without a weapon equipped. (Laser Pistol and Varmint Rifle), Tried naked and with robco jumpsuit (set to reveals cleavage and sexy with clothing eval mod)

Try it around NPCs, not creatures. Creatures are probably going to behave weird until I finish some tweaks; specifically all the checks against clothing eval lists and equipped weapons need to be skipped for creatures.
