thexelx Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 sry for the delay work n stuff...I couldn't really play that long but i've noticed that some of the breasts and butts take up the whole screen and keep resetting a lot..like they just jolt back into place and flop everywhere and when I look away from certain times and come back the breast or butt takes up the whole screen shrinking ever so slowly to their original size. no crashes on graphics changes but now it's doing this wacky "taking up the whole screen", breast shrinking insanity slowly back to normal multiple times. I've got this issue as well using the test dll... I've noticed this tends to happen when the sim appears from outside the camera view in to the active camera, coming downstairs etc... Spoiler Often I find parts of the sim missing at certain camera angles as well, especially from where the extra stuff was originally coming from... Spoiler If I go in to CAS, then come back out, or shift+right click > Reset Object, the issue with the sim avatar and whatever causes the missing bits of anatomy tends to resolve itself temporarily, but it will reappear eventually when the weirdness returns! Spoiler After the extra bits have cleared off screen, it also causes some weirdness on the sim avatar in bottom left corner as well - How bad it is, depends on what happened with the character the last time this occurred, but I have had the entire avatar covered previously. Spoiler It's not just female characters either, just spotted this happen to a penis as well, but it cleared off screen before I could grab a screenshot.

I have a couple ideas on why this is happening. I'll look into it this evening.

I was testing something a few days earlier and changed a couple of constants in the code and forgot to change them back. Please try this DLL and let me know if the problem goes away. The butt bones are created at runtime by modifying the mesh data. Basically all the vertices that are close enough to the two reference points near the butt cheeks are altered. I might need to change the points the breast simulators simulate around. Currently, they are approximately where I think the centers of mass are, but that could be incorrect. The math is kinda complicated and I'm learning as I go. You might be able to get the breasts to behave like that by increasing the mass, max length, and perhaps the power variables. I'll play around with the GUI tonight and see if I can find some values that work for those of you that like the extra bounce. 2

The cleaned up source code is included with this release. I haven't gotten around to fixing all the issues that people have brought up, but I want to get the source code out there. Not sure which previous page it was on, but it might be conflicting d3's. The current Mod works so far due to the removal (SAVED) of the d3 and RT files in BIN.

Unfortunately, it offers no hint at what the problem is, other than indicating that the problem is most likely related to the butt simulator. I'll examine the code tonight and see if there's something I missed. You might be missing MSVCRT.dll, which is required for RTBP to function. Try downloading and installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable.

Yes, at this time only "normal" butts are detected. I can add support for other meshes, though. Tell me what mesh mods you use, and I'll see what I can do.
