No State: Stopped Current stage: 0 Priority: 97 Is this required so the Spriggan quest can be repeated ?
vexered Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 So I have a slight problem Which could be because I missed a step, but for some reason SD did not uninstall correctly. I've attempted to use the original install that i already have to reinstall it and everything was fine again. Originally i tried the "set_SD_uninstall to 1" command and it said it could not find it so i tried lookin in the SD MCM menu and there was no uninstall there either. So I browsed through the SD forum and saw there was also a bat file sd_reset, but it is no longer available which now leaves me in an unpleasent spot of trouble. Can anyone suggest what to do? stopquest _SD_mcm_001 stopquest _SD_watcher stopquest _SD_controller stopquest _SD_enslavement stopquest _SD_snp stopquest _SD_arrested stopquest _SD_crime stopquest _SD_naked stopquest _SD_sprigganslave stopquest _SD_enslavement_tasks stopquest _SD_thugslave stopquest _SD_bountyslave stopquest _SD_dream stopquest _SD_whore Throw that into a text file and save it in your Skyrim directory as "sdreset" ( or whatever you prefer ). Then in console: bat sdreset Remove SD, Load, Save, Install. The resetting of global vars will happen on the reinstall. Thank you very much Solved my problem, I also think i figured out the problem which was mis reading the uninstall directions for which version i had. Which in turn when i though i uninstalled it correctly i did not resulting in some leftovers from previous installation when i tried to upgrade it.

Noone give me a comment about my appaerence to unlock the spriggan location and I don't find the book anymore in the arcaneum. Is there a console command to fix my pb ? Can't take my previous save since the version of SD was different and i don't remember which one it was... Edit : gonna try the SDreset solution to see if it solve my pb. Edit 2 : Pb solved, thx anyway ^^

I see he rather work than delivering me Mine likes to walk around in circles and say "What now?" over and over again... noticed that the thugs (any of them 3) just worked good up to the enslavement part, all mistwatch (yes I ran there) hated them... and me, (also there's a quest there) also when enslaved the other two go away to I don't know where, the one that stays just walks around (goes though the front door to the other door) and just stays there, he doesn't seem to sleep and likes to mine ore if there's no ore nearby they just go to one side to the another side of the road get bugged in the road so much fun... though they just behaved as regular "masters" "mistwatch bandit"(s) is not slaver faction I assume... so... didn't work for me I'll kill them all *tired* me too. two tf the thugs bugger off after I get enslaved,the last one (master) is not intrested in taking me anywhere, likes to mine ore, sweep the porch ,dig the garden and sometimes rape my character. sometimes when it was realy late he went off to the nearest stormcloak camp and went to sleep. the rest of the time he stands around or moves up and down the road, sometimes (if the other two are nearby) he and the other two draw their weapons and say to my already well enslaved character "this will teach you not to take things that don't belong to you", then put away their weapons and carry on walking up and down. seems to be just like regular enslavement. tested just outside whiterun near the brewery. samething happened to me, tried with 2 different versions, the 26 and 24 one, anybody have any idea? Is that fact normal? Zaz MCM Menue seems to be ok. Does a Video exist wich shows the mod work correct, so i can see if there are realy bugs or if is just imaginagen?^^ And i have searching several hours to find some kind of bug list with this or other problems, but i can't find such a list. And i have to say, that this mod is awesome!^^ Sry for my bad knowledge about the englisch language I think this is not my last post..so i have the chance to train!^^

Had the same problem with thugs, in a fresh clean save (from lvl 1, alternate life), installed SD before doing anything in the game. Is this "fixable" by killing the thugs and reinstalling SD maybe?

The group which held me captive, seems to be obsessed in killing harmless animals. The whole group chase one little rabbit. Can anyone confirm this problem and share some ideas on how to solve it? Two last questions... Is it possible to make the whipmarks last longer? Is it intentional that there are no bukkake textures, or did I somehow miss some files?

I've seen that being discussed in the "Prison Overhaul" Thread on Page 32, here's the answer: I have ZAP 005 with modified esm to work with SD. But I never seen marks with with ZAP 004 too. Just see vanilla blood decal on screen. Any way to test marks other than you mod or SD? Maybe a console command? Sure, you can add the whips manually, then go around and beat up NPCs with them. You can undress the NPC first, by (from the console) target them, then type "unequipall". Then add a whip for yourself using "player.additem". You'll have to find the item code for your self, or you can find one in the chest in the test cell (in ZAP). That's one way to test if they show up however... He might have forgotten some options... I use enhanced blood and the config is what I have copied to my default Skyrim config too... [Display] fDecalLifetime=512.000 iMaxDecalsPerFrame=256 [Decals] bDecalsOnSkinnedGeometry=1 Check if you have these options in yours and try again... It might be just a flag set... Also if you do use SD ... Do you see whipmarks in SD ??? Do you see the body turning bukake in SD ??? If not ... You have a problem with your config... Not this mod... I have many lines with "decals" inside my ini, but the only corresponding to your post is: iMaxDecalsPerFrame=0 I have resolution set to medium, don't know if this has something to do. Only decals I see is blood on screen and sweat over the body. But last one should be a texture, not a decal. You have no decalls which should be the reason you can't see them... Turn that value to something higher and try again... If you don't allow decalls you won't get any Also add the lifeline or you won't have them for long Thank you very much, you (and some google search) solved my problem. Just in case, I tried lifetime 9999.0000 and it works Not very long, but good enough BTW - a note for anyone who has the same problem decals settings at zero are default for "low resolution" while "fDecalLifetime=xxxx" must be added under DISPLAY in you ini file Actually, there's more on this on page 1 of the Prison Overhaul thread: If you want to make the whip marks last longer, you can tweak this in skyrim.ini. Under the section [display] add the following: fDecalLifetime=300.0

I used sqv to know where's the "owner" I went to a near location and the "master" walked to the carriage instead to the owner bored of his sillyness I teleported myself to him and teleported the master, the "owner just went away doing his stuff and thugs just wandered around :/

Dont know whats going on. I am pretty sure it was a clean save, form Lvl 1. Sqv to know thug quest is not actived. Then I install SD. That suitation makes me feel like it was the AI problem. By any chance the thug quest AI queue was misoverwrited or in wrong order?

I enjoy both of the mods but I'm investigated some issues related to both.Some how if one or the other are activated no problem occures but apparently if both run together some anomalies are getting created, like some NPCs just turn idle after their act. I have a question about the load order. Which one must be loaded last or doesn't it matter here? As well which one to activate first (and install) as SD requires ingame "install" or doesn't it matter and both can be activated at same time. I did a full reinstall of skyrim, everything is clean. Also I remember that SD only did one animation over and over again with LC activated. Are there things I need to toggle on or off? Like the LC "Control" in order to have SD to work properly?I did a research and saw that some people don't have any issues at all.

Can you read your skyrimprefs.ini? It is in the same folder where saves folder is. Look at [decals] part, if you have zero values you don't see whipmarks. At medium resolution should be: uMaxDecals=100 bDecals=1 bSkinnedDecals=1 uMaxSkinDecals=35 uMaxSkinDecalsPerActor=20 And you should add "fDecalLifetime=xxxx.0000" (xxxx must be set at your favorite value) in [display] of your .ini if you want marks to stay longer. Suggested value is 300, personally I have 9999 Recomended, save a copy of your .ini before you change anything!!!!!

Shift+' just close the console, ctrl+v just puts a 'v' and alt shortcut doesn't work either. Just to be clear: I'm supposed to enter these codes BEFORE reinstalling SD, right? After the reinstall should I do something? Startquest or just go stealing stuff until quest kicks in again? Thanks in advance.

I tried this fix, unfortunately when i did the sqv command the quest had no ref id's for the thugs, so I installed the mod using the in game ui, stole some stuff, bumped into the thugs, got captured....and same results one thug becomes the master and does very little, the other two continue walking off, coming back and threatening to teach me a lesson walk off again and repeat
