If you use DarnUI, when setting it up you can choose to have no quest added pop ups. You just hear the noise that happens when a quest is added. Other than that, not really sure.

Kk, so I tried doing that, turns out it was already done by Me a couple years ago (1.5-2ish). I have gone over and updated everything that needed it tho before beginning a new game.

 

I'll add a few more screen shots of the various examples both with and without the console being open if that'll help...

Ok, so it seems so far that if progression of the quest is through dialog then the games freezes completely as first mentioned and doesn't allow progression, however there is a UI quest pop-up, the it sticks for a couple minute but if I either click  while pressing Ctrl and/or (should there be one) clicking the mouse on the choice, or simply just close or continue then opening console and typing ClearAllMenus, then the quest will progress, I'm not sure why it works this way, and I have not changed anything with My game. I just killed Mishrak bfore he even saw Me then, the quest-line progressed to take Me Leyawiin and become enslaved by the Countess. This went right through with no issues, I was very happy about it  

 

 

Also, on My way to Leyawiin with a wee lil pit-stop in Cheydinhal looking for Advanced Acrobatics training (heh ) I was mislead into a creepy basement with mutts, drugged and forced to birth puppies!  Also went right through with no issues, I was very pleased

      

 

 

On My way out of Leyawiin (or so I thought) I got in some trouble,

    

, because of the pop-up quest UI I was able to click My choice and use the console to CloseAllMenus and the quest (in-town anyways) played through with no issues this time, which also made Me smile  

 

However, when I was leaving Leyawiin, exhausted as I was, I fell asleep just behind the Temple near the western gate and was very rudely awoken

 

by some bitch trying to pimp Me out that seems to want a dialog response, which is when it freezes and doesn't let Me click through dialog to progress, when trying to CloseAllMenus, it does but she re-initiates the conversation to the same point that it stops the progression of any kind, for some reason (I have tried countless times), it doesn't let Me take a screen shot of that screen (I use FRAPS.com free version).

 

Iif anyone knows of a way around this or an actual fix I'd really appreciate it. I love the concept of this mod and what has been working so far, I'd really like to play through all it has  

 

I'll continue to provide some more screen shots of the issue, if lets Me and persists.

I'm having a problem with the Sibling Rivalry questline.

 

 

 

I can't find the countess. I tried looking in Leyawiin and Chorrol. I waited for over four ingame days in Leyawiin for her but see never apeared. I believe she might have died. Does anyone here know a way to work around this part in the questline or am i stuck forever unable to complete it?

 

She can't have died, she's marked as essential.

She might have gotten stuck somewhere, try forcing your character to move to her position with the console command "moveto RefID", where her RefID is 00035334

 

I heard she loses her essentialness after completing the theives guild.

I did finaly found her, but i had to move her to me. When i tried to moveto her, nothing happen. I did have a weird glitch cause of this. When she enslaved me, my character would not follow her around. I could still move around freely but had the slave walk and a helmet on my head. i had to wait two days and use the "moveto"' again so she would free me.

 

Once a month (in-game month) the Countess of Leyawiin travels to Chorrol to visit her mother

(AFAIR! i tried this quest only once, quite long time ago)

When you become able to leave your "room" (N*fucks, then submissive answer to Mistress), go to the ground floor and then to the basement; meet there the Orc and behave friendly with him - he'll promise to defend you (he'll also give you lockpicks, to get access to your inv.sack, in the other room of the basement); then one or two mistress' guards will arrive in the basement (or they must be lured there?), and the Orc should defeat them (you could heal him and give him their weapons and armor to improve his abilities); next step - you and he go upstairs and kill other guards, and the Mistress too (some other girls could be involved in fight and die). As usually, if some quest stages will not progress properly, you should keep some earlier saves and try them again. Boring.

 

I tried talking with the orc and "behave friendly" and nothing happens. He does his thing and there is no prompt afterward.

Hey I'm having a couple of problems, everytime I get a quest added while enslaved I can't click the continue/make this my active quest button, I can highlight them but that's it. Any way to fix this?

Have you tried saving through the Console? Better yet maybe try pausing and then saving though the console? Also make sure your load order matches the example one provided on the site. It would help though if you posted the things your tried. I'm not an expert at the game but I'm sure somebody can tell you when this thread gets another reply a year later.

I am able to save on this current V0.694 and prior V0.691 with no CTDs. 

 

At a minimum you will need to post your FULL Load Order, proferably in spoiler tags so we can even try to begin to help.

 

If you are using anything, not originating from this site I suggest also disabling them as an immediate starting point.

 

Hopefully you've maintained some sort of progressive backups...

As for what I've tried, I've done just about all i can think of. I've reworked my load order plenty of times, I've done complete re installs of all components that the mod requires, I've tried clean saves, new games, complete game re installs and I've scoured the forums for an answer and so far i've come up short. I've also tried saving in console and so far nothing has worked.

You might consider sorting your mods with guidelines from Fejeenas link

Ditto on what Mem said; LO needs some serious rework.

 

For example DLC's should be much higher up in your LO.

 

And no bashed patch? If you learn to make use of even the basics of WB, you can dump UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp as it can be addressed using WB Tweaks.

 

LoversIdleAnimsPriority.esp and LoversAnimObjectsPriority.esp need to be as close to the bottom as is possible.

SO i've poked around in this forum thread and wanted to ask: are there any fixes going on? Because I know that the current PSE 0.694 has a lot of bugs and errors, but will there ever be realesed a more tweaked version? I saw some users uploading their own tweaked versions too.

Sooooo... I got enslaved by a Highwayman when I was the one who raped HIM, and I tried to get out of it by just killing him with console commands but now I can't interact with anything because my hands are tied and removing the esp file means removing the chest with all my gear in it. Help?

Enslavement by Highwaymans is made different (and way more buggy!) than "common", possibly it's made earlier than "common". Just try to evade those boys. And remember, there's "cleaning" option added to inventory menu: press Right-Control (or mb Left-Ctrl?) for a couple of seconds to remove "enslaved" animations and stuff (if you're not owned currently; else, in version i have, it decreases time before SlaveTrader's arrival). Also, there remains unblocked way to bind "Use" (or "Cast", or whatever) to any mouse's button - i used third, "wheel".

 

 

(repeating N-th time) Best way to improve PSE is to remade it's base part (enslaving framework) from scratch, leaving all quests (including SlaveTraders and their Camp) to additional sub-mods. IMHO.

How hard, do you think, it would be to rewrite PSE eslavement system from scratch, as you said?

It depends.. PSE, as first approach, we already have, and had discussed here a number of its good and wrong sides - so rewriting should be easier than first-time. But, targeting on "framework" demands more detailed pre-planning: which functions to keep as base and which to leave for sub-mods, how to maintain interface with sub-mods, how to detect own (and their) malfunction, which "escape" trapdoors to prepare (such as mentioned r-ctrl @inventory) etc. Also, apparently, it depends on person who will do this work qualities: knowing oblivion scripting (+it's flaws and workarounds), having enough free time and some people willing to beta-test and co-operate. Here were many good intentions what damn RL shooted down(*), and my current rl leaves barely a hour for hobbies.

Yeah, that's true. ANother important thing to keep in mind is code optimizing, since it can have a big impact on FPS and general flow of the game.

 

Wish I could do more for it, but the only scripting experience I got is some C++ knowledge, so I'd have to learn Oblivion scripting from scratch.

Is there still a version of PSE See You Sleep that does NOT need Real Sleep Extended please.  Having looked at Real Sleep Extended I definitely do not want it in my game.

When I get enslaved I can only walk. Is that normal? Can't jump, can't access inventory, can't talk to anyone, ect? I guess not talking may be normal considering the gag and the ankle things would make jumping difficult. Is not accessing inventory due to the hand things? I hate not being able to enter my inventory.

Sometimes you can enter the inventory by pressing F1 key, but it is useless because all your stuff is confiscated and stored inside the little bag that appears when you become a slave.

 

So... be a good slave and just walk behind your master.

 

A little hint: Dont carry rare equipment or that you like very much when you are willing to be enslaved (things can get out of control and items are often stolen from you by the enslavers).

Might try to look into a fix myself but im shite at mods so whatever happens, happens. Uhh i can put my load order in here if you need it but i use LOOT to sort that all out and i use OBMM to install most mods, others i manually install.

If you use LOOT your load order is a mess ( a load chaos).

LOOT does not work with Oblivion.

 You must use BOSS , or sort all Mods manually.  Lovers Mody you should sort manually ( First BOSS , then sort your Lovers Mods manually )
