I can't seem to find any Asian preset mods anywhere for skyrim se, and it's disappointing because some of my best looking characters were on Fallout, using oni's cute Asian faces/body meshes and Textures. Since they're made for cbbe and unp for Fallout, what would stop it from working on a cbbe or unp body on skyrim?

The implementation for body/face models is quite different between games. Some mods sharing name and basic functionality between these games doesn't make everything compatible or easy to convert. So it's not worth anyone's time to attempt to do it. You would probably have a better result if you commit to use SE mods and learn to use their features.
