How do you know you're getting freezes form simple slavery ++ and a combinations of mods?? because I thing this could be related to my freezing problem, SS++ always has been working for me fine but in the last years I got freezes and I starting to suspect SS++ because any time I install DAlternative (original), devious cidhna, SS++, etc, game start to get freezes constatly as you put more hours or levels, to the point of enemys going aggro freeze the game, right now I was using SS++ and Devious cidhna and at first it seems fine but later on game got unplayable, and I dont think is SS++ alone, I think is a combinations of factors

that just sound like modded Skyrim. Have you added or subtracted mods during the playthrough? If so, that is probably the issue -- every time you do that, it creates little cracks in the game that grow over time until you end up in the position you are in.

nop, I have done both, started with everything installed from the beggining=freezze, started with a couple too see wich one is the culprit=freezze and normally I though it was when installed a death alternative, but in this gamethrow with a diferent death alternative everything is fine, so I opted to install ss++ and use the "slave me now" function every 3 deaths and it started freezing again little by little, I though it could be "dealing with daedra" and then "public whore" in the last one I was using devious cidhna and bandit paradise only, and when installed ss++ started again, now Im just starting from the point before installing ss++ and again everything seems fine, it needs more testing but Im almost sure

Game freezes are not commonly associated with this mod (some of the enslavement mods, perhaps, but not Simple Slavery itself).  There's good reason for that.  Until you're sent to the slave market, Simple Slavery is hardly doing anything.

It places one door and a small number of static objects in the world, mostly near Mistveil Keep, unlikely to cause any problems.  Otherwise, it just sits and waits to be notified.  It's hard to see how that's going to cause game freezes.

You mentioned that you use DAYMOYL.  I don't have experience with it, though others do, and they have not reported problems.  It does use an interface to handle its defeats, mostly fade-to-black and a few messages ("The pain wracking your body fades away...") before using the same mechanism to send you to Simple Slavery that every other mod uses.  I can't comment more on that, other than to note that this interface script hasn't been touched for 4 years, so I assume that it's working well.

Have you generated a papyrus log to see what's happening just before the crash occurs?  That would give you more to go on than guesswork.

I recall that you said elsewhere that you've had similar problems in the past ("the last loadorder I made keep freezing and nobody could help me with it").  Have you considered that you might have hardware problems?  When a player reports problems where others do not, it makes sense to look for a cause specific to that player's game/mod installation or hardware.  Serious game freezing is not normal.  A track record of freezing suggests a problem close to home.  Something to consider.
