Apparently the LE meshes I got arent for LE, someone uploaded the correct meshes a page back

I was, but I disabled it afterwards and the carriage driver started working again. Also when CFTO was installed I hit a guard and selected SLUTS to handle it, failed to create SLUTS events. Disabled CFTO and it fix that issue for me.

I don't know if you are taking suggestions, but how about if after several deliveries with pilferage the SLUTS company assigns an escort? To make sure that nothing get stolen. Of course the escort would need to be paid, which would come out of the PCs cut, and if anything happens to them the PC would have to pay an insurance fee, but they would defend you. And maybe they could get a little handsy. And if something does get lost despite the escort, well the company is more likely to believe them over you.

I am having the same issue with the large white !.. I see you say I need to download the LE Resource Package... first I am ever hearing that... where do I find that?? (There should be a link or something if it is required by this mod, in my humble opinion).

You are certain that you are running the latest version (3.0) as that sounds more like a behaviour many people, me included, got from the older 2.x versions. If you are running 3.x, did you add that (or update) to an existing game? If yes, does the problem also occur if you try it on a new game?

I use lastest version of mod and install in current game. It hard to test on NG

Unfortunately even with the Le resource pack, the exclamation mark appears around the player when is restrain

Okay... first... thank you. I downloaded the resource package, ran bodyslide etc and it worked... played for a little while, saved my game... loaded it up the following day... and I once again have the giant white exclamation mark!  I tried reinstalling the resource package... I re-ran bodyslide... nothing... No reason why it should suddenly stop working. I don't understand.

i tried to give version 3 a go but I do use Better Fast Travel on LE for my carriage overhauls and it seems maybe the mod doesn't work with that one.

 

I can ask for the Help Wanted from the Inn's just fine and even talk to sluts specific NPS to advance that quest and then get informed about asking for hauls at the major holds, but when trying to get a job from the whiterun carriage driver I get no dialogue for it.

 

Again I do use Better Fast Travel, and while that one doesn't change the NPC it does change the travel dialogue options. I can add version 2.7 of the mod to the load order and that one does work correctly with BFT, so who knows what's going on.

 

Maybe actually getting jobs directly from new SLUTS NPC standing near carriage drivers would help with compatibility issues with carriage drivers from vanilla and other mods such as CTFO and BFT. I feel like there really no need to actually have the vanilla carriage drivers involved.

So, some kind of "equerry"? ?Sounds like an elegant solution for me. On the other hand I can see, why the cart drivers were chosen in the first place, as they already manage carts.

Try move resources pack to bottom. Yes, but organizer working with this as if is.

Did you sort your mods list by priority? Look at priority numbers, the LE resources should have highest number since it's at the bottom.

After that is done, run Bodyslide again.

Again, I'm using BFT not CFTO but I also had this show up when I tested the rehab event.

This occurred to me after seeing the carriage guards leaning against the cart, which are NPCs added by inconsequential npcs which means they do nothing but just lean against the cart all day. But they do add to the flavor and feel like part of the cart stuff.

 

SLUTS already had their own cart NPCs around, I think there was one in falkreath, though I can't remember offhand if you could take quest from that NPC, but just adding an NPC on foot or on a bench around the carts who will be the sluts questgiver would probably help solve all the carriage mod compatibility issues.

 

Like I understand the reason why the cart drivers where initially chosen by the first author of the mod, but Scrab seems willing to optimize and it would hopefully also be less work than trying to create a system for compatibility with currently existing or future carriage mods. Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships - Overhauled is the one I use and that's a mod for LE from 2014, I doubt there's even an SE version of it.
