Guys, the latest version is not 1.5.4 beta compatible. It is IN FACT 1.5.2. Maybe someone published the wrong archive or sth,
I had a clean install, put CE ONLY (with required mods in the latest version).
EDIT: Just tried 1.5.3. Does not work either.

I can confirm this is not the case. I just downloaded CaptivityEvents1.5.4.1022.zip from this file page, uninstalled my existing one, installed this one, ran bannerlord. It loads without issue.

 

Try running with only CE and no other mods; CE does not have any hard requirements. In my experience Butterlib reliably causes bannerlord to crash on load.

Is there a hotkey to toggle the event text on/off, to be able to see the pictures? (they are mostly blocked by text) Alternatively, to set the text 50% transparent, or something similar?

 

Also, is there a list of console commands? (trigger events, manipulate stats...)

1.5.3 version and 1022 version of this mod:   My character was taken captive and enslaved by Derthert (yep, the Vlandian ruler) and ended up in a slave marriage to Derthert which placed him into my character's clan.  How does that affect his ruling Vlandia and the fiefs he holds?  I've never been able to figure out how that works if he's in my clan.

I'm actually not sure about that - I'd honestly prefer it if it would force-ally your clan to theirs instead of adding them to yours, but there's not a way to do that so far.

 

I could make the marriage virtual, and not have it use the in-game marriage system, but that would complicate things when BL adds a way to reference a spouse. Hrmmm.

AFAIK TBCE 0.2.2 should work for CE 1021, so if you install the 1.5.3 version of CE and the latest TBCE this crash should go away.

Sorry, I should have RTFM. I altered wrong location (documents not game dir).

About the mod:

Like in Raizen 7: PUK (not: Ryzen) - space opera, grand strategy and multi-generation family (TBH game is over after 1-3 generations): 1. MC's daughter, sister, wife could be abducted by enemy. Either while being in MC's party and captured or because she was in other party and captured.

2. Seducers - fight a duel with seducer or face your SO banged by him.
 
3. Tournaments with girl bang, impregnation, virginity, marriage, etc. as a top prize.
 
Especially MC's
 

So MC could share his SO for money and go as contender to fight to both have a money and protect the lady.

 

MC's woman (incl. legal age daughters) could be banged and released. There could/should be options to share woman for freedom or cash.
Captured woman could be in forced-marriage like MC mentioned post above.

Another potential issue:  When you have a female captive from another realm who's past childbearing age, you may get an event that offers only one option - having her join your clan to "watch over the children"  There is no other option that allows you to release her back to her original clan.  This could potentially mess things up for NPC female rulers who are past the age of childbearing if you take them captive.

I have an issue, I installed the mod correctly but the events do not trigger. If they do, they disappear in a second. I can hear the event sound as if it would've triggered but nothing shows up.

How to trigger even that? I cam stuck with 4 captured females and no progression.

Hello, looks like I have issue other people dont have

In game, If I got captive, after the event hero will get released(or you can say not get captive or kicked out) immediately.This bug kind like in original game if you defend a settlement as a third party, you will get kicked out like this.

Because I use this mod from very beginning so many version, not sure this is a mod issue or 1.5.4 bug

Will be adding a new option of make an alliance in kingdom options (extending the join faction option that is already there)

character age has been detected as under the 18, if you play around with the age slider for cosmetic purposes via another mod, it will break.

That works for the most part, but there are some events that cause crashes, like a captive becoming too old to bear more children, which creates a party that crashes the game when I try to interact with the party.

Every time an event pops up, picking any option gives me

I have no idea what's causing it- maybe a mod conflict?

Yes, if you try to load 1022 on 1.5.3 it straight up says it detected the wrong version.

At what age does you're character start again? I'm hoping that someday someone makes a mod that let's you choose your age because it's pretty much just guessing with the age sliders to set it to 18 in the Detailed Character Creation mod. It's pretty annoying.

Bug report: if you prostitute yourself in a brothel long enough, it seems to trigger a ransom event kicking you out of the brothel  and freezing the prostitute flag  on your character which in turns halts random event popups. And the prostitute flag is difficult to clear so random events can resume popping up. 1.5.3,  1021 version.

Using the 1.5.3 1021 version, I've been getting an event that reads "One of your men brings one of the prisoners to your attention, a filthy bedraggled young man. The soldier reveals that the 'man' is in fact a woman, a scion of a rival house... What you wish to do with her." 1 - This changes nothing, Keep her captive. 2 - Offer to let her join your banner. 3- Order her execution.

 

Choosing #2 gives you a "companion" that doesn't show up in the character window to allocate focus/attribute points, doesn't show up in the clan window to determine location or give a party of troops.  Is this event from this mod and is it a bug that I can only guess what skills they have based on what they can or can't use?

you can console command your hero's age.   campaign.set_main_hero_age or something like that.  Alternatively just type in "campaign.age" and the console command should come up in a list.  I typically set my hero's age to 20 to avoid glitches.  The default age is 30, judging from looking at my character's information after pressing N to look her up.   I normally remove the underwear from adult women in the skins.xml file for Detailed Character Creation...you can tell if she's underaged just by moving the slider...if she gets underwear on, she's underage as well as being slimmer.
