Works for most RE games, along with a few others.  Install it, read the instructions.

Anywhere it says "RE2" just make that "RE3" or whichever game you're trying to mod.  Process is the same.

Find the settings (for the mod manager) and in there somewhere is a way to manually tell it where to find your re2.exe file.

 

Sometimes, if you install it in a "weird" place (or if it's not a legal version) the mod manager can't figure out where it's installed.  Once you set the path to the EXE file and save the settings, it should work fine.

Ok, I told to the mod manager where was my game (games/Resident Evil 2/re2.exe). Then, I put all mods manually. It appeared in the mod manager. I installed it. So, I launched the game. But... nothing has changed. News outfit don't appear. It's a problem if my version is not legal ?

I'm honestly not sure.  I only ever used a legal copy.

 

You DID remember to ACTIVATE the mod(s) you're trying to use, not just install them, correct?  (there's like a toggle switch on each mod it detects for each game - need to turn them ON)

 

Also, if you don't mind telling, maybe list a few examples of which mod(s) you're trying to get working?  Not all of them still work.  The official game version had various updates which broke lots of mods, then of course a lot of those mods were fixed for that version, but that means they won't work with older, non-official versions, etc.

 

Most of the stuff on the nexus and over on the RE modding forum (SFW stuff only there) will work with the most up to date official RE2R, but may very well NOT work with various pirate copies.  As I said, I have no experience with illegal versions, nor does this site allow me to even attempt to provide help for making those versions work.  Anti-piracy policy in effect and all that.

I will try with another versions. I don't like official versions because we must activate games in steam or any platform. We are depending of a platform to play to the game. I hate that. Normally, I just need a computer, electricity and the game to launch a game, as 10 or 15 years ago.

Your problem with that mod (all those are modular parts) is you do not have the BASE mod installed.  None of those will do anything without it.

Download the VERY FIRST FILE (called simply Modular Classic Tank Top)

Once installed, be sure all those mods are DISABLED, and enable this one FIRST.

 

You also can NOT use all those addons at the same time.  Some work together but some will just overwrite the others.  Like if you try to use Bikini Barefoot AND Bottomless Crop Top, you'll probably end up with whichever one loads LAST.  But you COULD use Bottomless Crop Top + Greased Up together for example (one of the greased up, not both).

 

Hopefully I'm making sense here, but basically there's the base file that ALWAYS must be enabled.  Then there are lots of various body size/costume mods, only ONE of which can be on at a time.  Addons depend on what they do, some can be combined, some cannot.  Just kind of need to read them and sort out what works.

Also remember the base, default mod should replace the "Classic Tank Top" outfit, but some of the others are specifically designed to move to different slots like the Elza Walker skin or the like, so again, you need to read to know what does what exactly.
