Sarnaath Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 The creatures are all in the Bravil Underground plugin. They are not in the slave trader plugin. Slave trader is only used for the dialogue and slave command features. Look again. There are a few creatures in Bravil UG (Lily' date=' some goblins, the Hunger Boss, Arena creatures, etc.) but LoversSlaveTrader has slave trainer versions of all the creatures. For example, the Daedroth base editor ID is xLSTTrDaedroth, which is from LoversSlaveTrader. If you load up just LoversSlaveTrader in CS, you can see the slave trainer versions of each creature in the Object window. Yeah, meant CS Extender, sorry. Although when I load it, I get an error saying the Extender failed to initialize properly and to check the log, but the log doesn't change. From reading several articles on the Elder Scrolls Construction Set Wiki, it's my understanding that the vanilla Construction Set does not recognize, or preserve, master relationships between .esp files. (Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong.) Bravil UG requires LoversSlaveTrader as a master. On that hypothesis, I uninstalled CS Extender 6.0, and used the the vanilla* Construction Set to open Bravil UG, loaded up the Breeding Room, then saved. Upon reopening in CS, the creatures were gone, and LoversSlaveTrader was no longer listed as a master in the File/Data window or in Wrye Bash. In the game the creatures were also gone as you describe (but the SpiderDaedra was still there, as was Lily). (*Actually it was the Visual Styles Enabled version of the vanilla CS, that comes with Extender 6.0. I was too lazy to find the original .exe file. I don't think this matters though, I did uninstall the actual Extender files.) I would take the time to get CS Extender working, replacing Bravil UG with your backup, and try editing it again. Or you could try using Wrye Bash to add LoverSlaveTrader as a master to Bravil UG after saving in the CS, but I don't know if that will work. Caveat: if CS and/or Wrye Bash report that LoversSlaveTrader is still a master to your saved Bravil UG, then I'm barking up the wrong tree. Ignore everything above, it's probably a different issue. With CS Extender 6.0 though, I'm not having any problems swapping out creatures in the Breeding Room. I exchanged an Xivilai for a Hunger successfully before trying the above experiment with the vanilla CS.

[/quote'] For CS Extender 6.0, the instructions say: "Download and run the DirectX 9.0c runtime installer linked above, regardless of whether you’ve already got DirectX 9.0c installed." See the readme for the link. You also need OBSE v21 beta or greater for Extender 6.0.
fejeena Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 All training creatures are in LoversSlaveTrader.esp, in LSTBravilUnderground.esp are creatures you meet in the town and quests (e.g. the Goblins in Goblin Den, ogre Sir PenWood, the Hunger, Pick Man, the JuicyBeef Cattle .....). I have no problem to modify the mod, I add horse, pig and sheep stables, and a catacomb with gangchong/Tentacle(from cursed armor) and worms. New creatures must only be in faction [ LSTSlaveTrainerFaction "Slave Trainer Faction" ] to get the training menu. Everything in my game is working fine. I use CS Extender 5.1 and TES4Edit_3_0_26

Found the v21 beta, put that in, no effect. Edit: Okay never mind. Despite going mad and giving the entire Bethesda folder admin power AND setting the compatibility of the EXEs and such to have admin power....It still wanted to be run from C:\Games. Fuck you Microsoft.

[/quote'] I got the same message - newer version installed, I thought that was all that was necessary. Did you try running it with the Launch CSE.bat file? I use my own shortcut to the OBSE launcher: "C:\TES\Oblivion\obse_loader.exe -editor -notimeout" to launch CS. edit: yeah, I have the obse_loader.exe, TESConstructionSet.exe, and TESConstructionSetOld.exe to run as Administrator.
Damoriva Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Right, so after shenanigans, the CS Extender starts now...but new problem! I can't load anything in the render window. I double-click a cell, nothing happens. I click the Go button, the render window's name changes to the cell, but nothing appears in the window. I click the window, CS crashes. Hell, I can just click the render window before loading any plugin and it crashes.

Sorry for the bad info folks. Now, as to CSE - if you have trouble with the 6.0 just drop back and use the 5.1 version and OBSE v20. That is the version I use and it works damn fine. Now just to get in on the action and see what was what, I switched out the scamp with a horse. Other than making the stall a bit crowded it worked just fine and did not cause any issues with the other animals. Just so you know what I did: 1. Find the Breeders guild and the creature I wanted to delete in the cell view window (in this case the scamp) and right click on Mr. Scamp and choose delete. 2. Then I went and found a LST creature, in this case a horse and just dragged him over to the Render Window and dropped him. Then I went back to the Cell View and clicked on him and choose edit and put him in the center of the cell where the scamp was. Saved him and that is that. Course the horse kinda didn't stay in his cage very well......

[/quote'] This intrigues me and I wish to know more. I played the Cursed Armor mod but I don't remember gangchong/tentacles and worms. I get the feeling it would be too hard for me to integrate them though...

fejeena Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Gangchong is from Cursed Armor, the Worm ??? don't remember. The Worm was also in one of Triratna's mods. Both creature nifs are placed in the creatures\rat folder, they use rat-skeleton.nif and sex animations.

I have a old working one, but I forgot to add the ears. In game 5 frames near the statue. Then I add the ears, delete a dildo and some sperm, and have assembled parts of the nif with NifSkope(Combine Shapes)Wow, reduced 1 MB. But the shit nif crashed the game. (OK the statue is old, Ears are broken ) Here the working one, but the nif must be smaller. Is it possible to load it into Blender and reduce the whole nif. 3 parts(MolagBal with 1 woman, the skull, and all small statues) The base can be removed, it's original Oblivion.With base, it would be easier to place.

Do i have to train her on my own? And if yes then how long?

I still hope someone with Blender-knowledge can reduce the 9,5MB nif. Oblivion Chorrol statue is 963KB (with big base) IC statues 280KB. So I hope it is possible to shrink my nif 2-3 MB. OK, I will also use it with 9,5 MB.(1 day work to create it) Update: how can I remove the stupid glossiness of the dildos,spheres and urine/sperm. I set colors,Alpha and Glossiness of all dark stone parts to the same setting, but these parts still shine in the dark. Everything should look like stone. One thing that does not bother me, the nif have no collision. Sagari12 did you asked Onan!!!!!Training tips!!!! "How does one train a Knight?" Do i have to train her on my own? And if yes then how long? You don't have to train quest slaves personally, that is just an option. Every quest slave will need either creature training, human training, or both. How you accomplish that is your choice. Breaking the slave (getting master/mistress responses) is usually not required. You can tell when you have accomplished the quest requirements by talking with the slave. The slave will say a new line, somewhat quest related, and you'll get a quest update that training is complete.

Reinstall bravil underground as well as Slave trader and fix your load order (if needed) and then load a save and you should be good to go without having to start over.

If you used BOSS to sort you load order the fix may be as simple as moving the bravil underground esp file back down under slave trader. For some stupid reason BOSS keeps putting it where it shouldn't be. If that isn't the issue then post your load order as well as what you installed\updated and we can try to figure it out with you.

However what I really need to know is "what" you updated. If you updated slave trader then things get dicey. If you did not update slave trader and updated a different plugin then we may be able to come up with a workable solution. We really need to know all of the facts on what you updated and to take a peak at your load order.
