gregathit Posted December 23, 2012 Author Posted December 23, 2012 You need to get rid of your duplicates(pick one or the other): LoversTrueCrime.esp LoversTrueCrimeEx.esp and IDKRRR_C_Race.esp IDKRRR_C_Race_closed_mouth.esp and Capucines Character expansion-no NPS.esp Capucines Character expansion.esp This one may or may not be a duplicate so check the read me text file that it came with. You need to run BOSS and then hand sort your lovers plugins to match the example load order in the spoiler here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=6133 Last but not least you need to properly install all plugins listed under requirements in the OP (opening post) of this plugin. You clearly did not install MBP 1.4a and then MBP++ v98a, or you would have had double the amount of Beautiful people esp files.
D_devil Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 well I have added in MBP 1.4a and then MBP++ v98a cus I have them were u activate/deactivate em but since Im usin OBM instead of NMM that i did bef ( it kept replacing the mods in Alphabetic order all the time when I reopend the program ) But I remove the duplicates then and se what´s wrong whti the other 2 why the didnt install properly.
gregathit Posted December 23, 2012 Author Posted December 23, 2012 For sure don't use NMM EVER! Use OBMM and just drag and drop your plugins into the correct order. Before doing that you need to run BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software). You can get it from the nexus.

D_devil Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Well I give up now ive tried my best but I just cant seem to get this right, cant make neither this mod or now the Xeo mods that makes all chars pretty to work since I end either up whit pink non faced NPC´s or the game wont start at all, seems I just cant fig out what the hell im doing wrong. Keep reading all the post´s to find a clue to solve the problem but allas seems Im gettin dumber the more I read. sigh

Now I can enter the place whitout the crash or stay in the area for a few seconds NO CRASH! seems when I didnt add xeo(witch is kinda sad cus I whanted all the pretty npc´s) it works like a charm . Seems its good to be stubborn sometimes... If I run in to some other problems I will add it in ^^
juno606 Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 first, many thanks to everyone who helped make this huge mod available and nicely translated. i apologize if this has been covered before, but i've become frustrated at trying to make the lop-ears chocolate elves work and display properly in game. i've got most of the textures worked out, but i can't seem to find the textures for face and ears. in the race menu in the construction set, i see the references to 'LCEheadF.dds' and 'LCears.dds', neither of which are in the sp[ecfied location, and files i can't find at all in any of my archives. can someone point me to where i can find these two textures? many thanks, and happy holidays .

[/quote'] I installed MBP with this BAIN version. The files above are in the various Chocolate Elves skin texture folders of that archive. Have you tried the Chocolate Elves downloads on Nexus? You might be able to get them that way too.

[/quote'] To replace creatures you would need to open up the esp in the CS (make sure you open it via OBSE or you will break the plugin) and then you can switch out the creatures. If you are not sure how to use the CS then it may be a bit over your head.

I was expecting to have to place a vanilla creature, then figure out how to bind the slave training script to them. Turns out there's already LST versions of the creatures. Too bad adding one thing (and not even removing anything else) somehow made EVERY creature in the room disappear once I save then reload the ESP. Thank fuck I backed up the ESP before fiddling with it. Time for EXPERIMENTING! Edit: Well okay...All I need to do to make the creatures disappear is load the ESP, open the Render window to the breeding room, and save. Bam, they're gone on reload.

Nothing is more infuriating as loosing an hours worth of work if the CS crashes....and believe you me, it knows when you are not periodically saving and will punish you for that!

All I did was to use CS (Extender 6.0) and add the LST creatures I wanted (and removed the ones I didn't want). I didn't have any troubles with creatures disappearing. I don't recall doing anything special like waiting for the cell to reset in game. Well it would be nice if I could change ONE thing without breaking it. What the heck would cause the LST creatures to disappear just because I save after loading their cell and then reloading the ESP? Do all the LST creatures disappear (even the ones in the Training Guild)? Is LoversSlaveTrader still a master to Bravil Underground (the creatures are from LovresSlaveTrader IIRC)? My knowledge of CS and modding Oblivion is pretty limited. Sorry if this isn't of any help.
Fiddlesticks Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 I had a similar issue a while back, where I opened the mod up with TES4Edit and changed a single line of text. When I loaded my save game up, all the training creatures had vanished (undead, dogs, etc) and none of the Human trainers had the "Orders..." dialog option. One line of text, that's all it took. I think it's a very temperamental mod. Oh well!

You need to make sure you are using OBSE to open the CS and I recommend using the CS Extender as well. Course, I spent 3+ months opening, saving and closing this damn plugin while I translated it so maybe I am just "used to" its temperamentalness.....

In the original Bravil UG she spins around constantly. Gregathit and I figured out that slightly changing her AI radius value corrected the problem. The LST creatures use a vanilla AI, so the solution was to make a new one. It looks like gregathit created the new AI for the SpiderDaedra, and assigned it to the LST SpiderDaedra, in Bravil UG instead of LoversSlaveTrader. Whether that difference explains a duplicate, I don't know. I doubt that's the issue though. I'll try and edit the new version of Bravil UG and see. Oh yes, tried the Script Extender too, no dice. You mean the CS Extender? Version 5.1 is compatible with OBSE v20.

Slave trader is only used for the dialogue and slave command features. I am trying to finish up some animations work and then I will give you guys a hand.

[/quote'] Wait, are you getting an error when starting the CS with extender enabled or when you load bravil underground. If the first one then check that you have the correct version of OBSE. If the second then I don't know what the problem is.

CS Extender Readme said something about DirectX, so I'll see if I can find it again and see what it means. Edit: Yeah, it said to install DX9, but I think that's because of the year the CS Extender was made. Can't install DX9 now anyway, it whines about a newer version already on the computer.
