I'm getting some kind of strange error. Well, when I talk to Elda Early-Dawn to give me the license quest, but the task doesn't start at all. 

Ulfric and the steward don't even have dialogue about the licence.

 

I checked the sqv command before and after the conversation but the status has ‘Stopped’

 

startquest, setstage 0/10 doesn't work but completequest completes the task but of course I still can't work in her inn claiming I don't have a license.

 

I have completed virtually all the quests from Vanillia and DLCs and have sided with Ulfric.

I have a bug in my list that the Windhelm license quest doesn't work properly if you've already won the civil war on the side of the Stormcloaks before you try to do the quest.

Hi Ruddy.

 

I love your mod, and have been using it for a while in many different playthroughs. it blends so well with vanilla Skyrim and you can interact and get involved as much or as little as you want without being intrusive. The dialogues are mature and believable, they don't feel out of place at all, this mod is definitely one of my favorites.

 

My favorite part of the mod is the succubus system, as it gives you a reason to engage in sexual activities. However after a while IMO it goes from a nice way to compel you to have sex, to feeling like a chore and needing to do it every 20 minutes or so as otherwise your stats can be severely diminished. I understand from a lore perspective it makes sense, as it's the price to pay for being as powerful as a succubus and benefit from all its perks, but from a gameplay perspective it can be tiring to manage, specially when you add other stuff like hunger, thirst, fatigue, vampirism, etc.

 

I changed the stage transition delay values from the TAPQSuccubusScript.psc to about 7 days for each stage on both levels for each so I can have some breathing room, but I'm not a modder, and for the life of me I just can't figure out how to compile a script into a pex. Be it CK, PCA, or VSC, every program I use gives errors when doing it and I've given up after trying for a few days.

 

I don't know if it even is possible, but would you consider making it an option in the MCM in a future release? It'd drastically improve the qol (at least for me) if we could adjust the delay between stages so it's doesn't feel as restrictive.

 

Whether it's possible or not, thank you for making this amazing mod and for being this active in the thread answering questions and such, I can't wait to see where it goes next.

Yes, this should be possible. I don't know right now if it will make it into release 16 or if it will be fully customizable, but I'm planning to make some adjustments to succubus hunger at some point anyway, because I'm not satisfied with the way that early progression gets faster as you grow more powerful.

Type coc TAPLicenseCell and put lincense there and you can work in the Inn but idk if this also allow you work in Dibelian garden Windhelm or inside city.

It should. All license checks should be based on checking the chest in that cell so you don't have to carry it with you, and because for some reason I didn't use factions for this.

 

I offer no excuse for that decision.

I was actually not able to reproduce this. Do you have the unofficial patch, and if not is Captain Lonely-Gale dead in your game by any chance?

Could I get you to check a few other NPCs, especially whether they are dead or disabled?

 

Captain Lonely-Gale again to see if he's disabled - ref ID 000a05d1

TAPWindhelmGuard1 dead or disabled? - ref ID xx0e4d3e

TAPWindhelmGuard3 dead or disabled? - ref ID xx0e4d4b

TAPJuliusPropertius dead? - ref ID xx0d08fc

Hjornskar dead or disabled? - ref ID 000becec

 

If any of those are "yes", then the quest won't start. Alternatively, if you're comfortable editing things in the Creation Kit, you could open TAPQWindhelmLicense and set all of the aliases to optional. Then start the quest in game and tell me which aliases aren't filled.

Hjornskar: Disabled but the place where it was ‘disabled’ there was 2 hunters and the usual tents

 

These NPCs were in some room with other NPCs like Sassa, Vani.... something.

TAPJuliusPropertius: Alive but Windhelm guards kill him

Thanks, that should help me fix this problem. Strange that I didn't see it myself, because today I tested not even installing TAP until after I had won the civil war for the Stormcloaks, and the quest started for me with no problems. I'll have to look and see if Hjornskar is enabled in my game.

 

Edit: And even stranger, I tried it again just now, and now the quest won't start for me because he's disabled.

Yes, this should be fixed in release 16. I appreciate the help. I can really only know for sure I've fixed something when I can pinpoint the cause and make it happen myself, so responding to my requests for more information has been very helpful.

Hi, great mod so far, I did run into a little bug where after I finished the first Dibella quest the temple is forever stuck in the communion phase where all the priestesses are praying to the big ball of light in the middle. No way to start the pilgrim quest and it seems to force the weird visual effect onto my character that I cant get rid of. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

Fjotra should be in the middle of that ball, and they should start talking to her when you approach. Is that not happening for you? If not, no, that is not a known issue.

 

Just to check: do you have The Sisterhood of Dibella installed, and if you do, are the temple quests for this mod disabled? The two mods are not compatible together without doing that. It should happen automatically.

Please change the bed for Siarra, her used of player's bed is very disruptive for normal gameplay... i'm tired of waiting for her finish banging random dude to use the bed...

So Fjotra is not there at all, and when I use move to player to move her to the center nothing happens, I do not have sisterhood of dibella.

You can turn off those scenes in the MCM settings. I don't plan to edit the inns to add beds for the prostitutes, and the rentable bed is the only one that won't otherwise be in use.

I've never seen this happen, and you're the first to report it. The more information you can give me the more likely it is I can find and fix the problem.

 

Do you have any other mods that change the temple in any way?

I do have yps installed which adds a person to dibella's temple. I also picked up a dirty deed quest for temples. I also did the sansa quest and had her rejoin the temple. Other than that I dont think any of my other mods should conflict. I also check templemainquest01 and its at stage 100. When I talk to hamal I cant start the pilgrim quest.

When you enter the Temple of Dibella, TAPQFjotraGoAway should advance to stage 100 and start a scene, which should start with a flash of white light.

 

I don't know what templemainquest01 is. If you mean TAPQTemple01, that quest starts at that stage when you install this mod. If you are talking about something named templemainquest01, that isn't mine, and it isn't from Skyrim itself, either.
