Hello!!! First of all, thank you for this ... very ... interesting mod 😄

I am having an issue with the Sister's Honor quest. After freeing Kadalaf from the Whiterun prison and going to the inn in Riverwood, he and Calia seems to be stuck as the quest objective says "Wait until Kadalaf and Calia meet". I have waited hours, slept at the inn, went in and out several times, even completing other quests of the mod, but nothing happens for the last stage of this one. Kadalaf just follows Calia but no extra dialogue triggers. And they are in this state for almost an ingame week. How much should I wait? Or do you have some command to advance/conclude the quest if somehow bugged? Maybe another mod is interfering? I have Immersive Wenches btw and some followers hanging out in Riverwood as well.

You could try setting the stage to 900, but I don't know if that will guarantee clean progression.

 

Have you tried going back to an save before you returned to the inn?

 

Also, is there any combat happening when you enter the inn? And are you on release 16?

Unfortunately, I was never able to complete this mod. I only managed to complete the quest "Sister's Honor", well, because it's a regular quest available to everyone. All other quests are only available to prostitutes, but my character is already level 40, and I still haven't found the motivation to do this craft. Although I really want to look at the quests, but I can't think of a reason why the character should do this. It would be ideal if these quests started somewhere neutral, and in the process of completing them you had to become a prostitute.

 

Maybe someone can recommend some motivation? The character is level 40, she hasn't had any intimate relationships yet, well, simply because I like to crush mobs more, and not this. Going to work as a prostitute while being a virgin is somehow strange. This is the only sex mod in my game, well, except for Defeat.

Ok sorry for the late answer, I couldn not play untill recently.

So, I have a save just before releasing Kadalaf from the Whiterun Prison. For now, same result when paying the fine to release him. He gets out and after the corresponding dialogue we get to Riverwood. I fast travel. He enters the inn after me but still follows Calia without triggering the next stage of the quest. In my previous attempt I (well, my female char lol) seduced the guard to release Kadalaf. Maybe I should try the Nazeem route?

Oh yes I have the latest version of the mod (release 16 as you said). No combat when entering the inn or around Riverwood at the moment. And yeah, besides the Wenches and other followers hanging around, I don't have other mods that could affect the Sleeping Giant or its inhabitants. Oh and I have the "Sisterhood of Dibella", so all Markhart quests for this mod are already disabled. I guess this has no influence on the Sister's Honor quest, right?

As I told you, I am having issues only with this quest. I managed to get the prostitutes licences for all holds and do their respective quest lines, and I will start the Succubus quest.

Why don't you try it in a new save with a new character specifically made for this walkthrough?

That's not what I'm looking for. I'd like to weave this story into the game so that it can exist harmoniously alongside other quest mods.

It is harmonious with the Skyrim environment and most mods. It just doesn't seem to go well with the specific charater you created. If your character is a high level warrior, why would you go after prostitution mods? You could do what I suggested and start a new save with a new character that is weak and starts prostitution to survive and then eventually retire  to become an adventurer later.

That's how I started. I even made the economy in Skyrim tough, deficit, inflation. It's useless, there's always money even for buying houses, a little later, but it's still possible to buy them. So in Skyrim you can never be poor. That's how, looking for at least some reason to become a prostitute, I got to level 40. I think maybe I'll marry her off. At least the virginity issue will be resolved).

That gives me some thoughts, or maybe I should say impressions since they aren't fully formed, about what should happen in the following quests from A Sister's Honor.

 

At some point, though, I think you just have to let go and role play. Even if I weave needing to do some prostitution into that quest line, if you feel like your character must be truly destitute to turn to that as a profession, then as you say Skyrim doesn't make that very easy to do if you want to do regular quests, too.

 

I'm really less focused on making it so that you must turn to prostitution to survive literally in your gameplay and more focused on making it fit if you've already decided that your character isn't capable of kicking the entire world's ass from the start of the game. But realistically, that requires some personal restraint.

 

The only other thing I could think to suggest would be to do something to turn up the difficulty of combat so that your character really isn't a capable warrior to begin with.

I don't have a good explanation for this right now. It's always worked for me regardless of the path through the quest so I'd have to figure out what's different about your game. The more info you can give me the better but in the meantime you may have to console past it.

Wish I had better news. I am closing out the bugs as I test them again, but I have not gotten around to new quests yet. Unfortunately, I had a few months of not even looking at it so I'm having to remember what I was even doing.

A courier should come to you after a few game days. There's an MCM option to control how many under the quest timing section.

Another question, for roleplaying reasons, I use the mods Children of Lilith and Succubus heart. Can I use these mods with the Succubus system of this mod? I consider this mod an immersive way to become a succubus instead of just activating the option on the MCM, but at the same time, I'm not sure how should I configure them in order to not have conflicts between them.

Completing the succubus quest line doesn't force you to become a succubus. It just allows you to get the spell that will eventually make you a succubus if you use it a lot.

 

I don't know what conflicts might exist between them. When I say that TAP is compatible with any succubus mod, it's because becoming a succubus is optional. Once you choose to become a succubus, I can't guarantee anything.

Played all available content. This mod is really well made. Hope you can finish this at some point so i can kill Benjen. 

 

As for suggestions; what you are doing is amazing the quests were fun.

But a patch for integrating PSQ would be nice.

And adding dancing to the mod using some dancing mod as a requirement could potentially add a lot of content to the mod

Glad you're enjoying the mod!

I probably will not make any patches for other mods myself, but anyone who wants to do so is welcome to, of course.

 

I would love to add dancing, but I don't know of any dancing mod that isn't really anachronistic.

I don't know if your mod is using ‘TrackActor’, but it's currently broken in P+.

I'm not. P+ uses an interpretation of the AllowBed parameter on scenes that's different from the way I read the documentation of SexLab to mean, or at least that's what it looks like to me.
