What would cause Ivy to loose some of her voiced responses.  She speaks when engaged to talk, when agreeing to talk, "Yes mistress" and the like, but anything beyond that is subtitles only.

I initially thought it was LIGA causing it it, but after removing that mod and starting a new save, it started happening again a few hours into the new game.

There's a voice pack for Magna Cum Gaudio that broke Ivy's voice when I tried it.

what are the correct dialogue options i dont want to redo the quest a 3rd time

From the documentation, about the Nuka World quest:

Spoiler Filled Tips Read these if you tried the quest, had a bad ending, and for the life of you, you don't know why.

This is not the player's quest, but it is Ivy's quest. It's not up to the player to tell Ivy what to do, or how to approach this. It is not up to the player to decide how this quest ends, whether Stein lives or dies. This is not the player's conundrum and life challenge.. It is up to Ivy. The only role the player has is to be there for Ivy, support her unconditionally and when the time comes, jump into her mind once again to break the firewalls present that block her psyche from fully developing. In other words.. 'always choose the 'positive' response' (e.g. 444444444)

i was sure i picked all the "good" options, checked the terminal and said mental "stauts:stable" as well, i will retry today maybe

*oh ok, its just 4th option is best, i read that options matter so i though theyd be moved around, didnt think it was "wrong" to be more inquisitive about her memories and the tapes

Hey,

Finally got myself a second hand vr headset, has anyone played with Ivy in fallout vr? If it doesn't work with Ivy then I'm not gonna get it, she's become a hard prerequisite for me (pun not intended)

She works fine in VR. You will find a small VR patch as well for Ivy, to easy traversal in her custom areas.

HELL YEAH! 💪

Thanks man

(it'll be a lot of RE-downloading all my mods for vr now but) that's awesome and has convinced me to shell out the ridiculous price so that I can hang out with our favourite girl in VR

(I might wait for the 7.0 update and the far harbour release so I can start a new playthrough)

You don't need to unlock the terminal. I think you mean Medtek, right?

It's just on the second floor, easily accessible.

To progress HyperCombat you shold look on the second floor in the room with two "sleeping" ghouls. MacCready's quest doesn't overlap with Ivy's

Hey, I'm having the issue where Ivy complains about me altering reality her affinity dropping, but IDK what mod I have that's changing her scale, if any. is there any other effect that causes this to happen maybe? For example, I just downloaded Gun For Hire to try it out and I know it has additional follower mechanics which I don't plan on using but might that have something to do with it? Or something like Pack Attack Companion Edition? Basically, I don't think I have anything that changes NPC scale so I'm unsure what is causing Ivy to hate me. Obviously, if this reaction is tired to her scale changing, some mod is doing it without me knowing and if so, any idea how I find the culprit so I can get rid of it?

AFAIK, Flashy's mods don't affect scale. I've been using them with Ivy without any conflicts. They may hit system due to heavy scripting but I haven't experienced anything major

Looks like a clothing mod or 'diverse NPC' mod of some-sorts. I'd recommend trying to disable those type of mods until you find the culprit.

Oh, okay, I think, I did that one mistake in the process.

Spoiler

At some point, finding Stein´s tapes, I suggested, we can still kill Stein, if it doesn´t work out.
Was that the point, where I lost Ivy?
Damn, that was weeks ago...

edit:
another save from just before the end of stein´s construct saved her.
I walked back to the terminal from the beginning and was able to fix her.
If I had given her the correct answer every time, there woud´ve been no need to temper with that terminal at all, would there?

Anyways, I have her back. Fallout4 wouldn´t be half as touching without Ivy.
Thanks for the awesome mod!

Hello, @Reginald_001

I would like to bring a small project to life but i am not a modder my self.

I am in a search for a modder to help me create a new sex mod.

I can write all the stories and characters/npcs but my computer skill are way to low to bring it into the game.

Would you be available to help me create that project ?

Is it just me (it probably is), or does Ivy not come with CBBE support? Maybe I installed something wrong, but it seems like she comes with the vanilla body. Is there anything I can/should do?

Ivy uses whatever body you have installed and built for female actors in your game. If you are using Unique Player, then she will use whatever body you have setup for all females but the player.

Well, that's odd- I have CBBE installed because I'm basic, but as I said, she seems to be using the default vanilla body. Does anyone know what's going on?

You likely have an Ivy patch for something or an install from a non official location (e.g. she came with part of a modlist or something). In any case, something is overwriting something in Ivy, if she isn't using the default body.

If I do, I'm not aware of it- the only Ivy-related material I didn't get from here is a fix for Ivy and the Extended Dialogue Interface (that is to say, a fix for Ivy-related issues related to XDI), which I only installed after I noticed the whle body issue. Otherwise, it's just the main Ivy archive, and her Nuka-World add-on. All my outfits are CBBE too. I'll take another look at my load order and see if there's anything I missed.

SO!

After a good night's sleep and few hours before and after futzing around with my modlist, I think I found the issue- apparently an outfit mod came with both a CBBE and Atomic Body bodyslide/preset/whatever-the-fuck-I'm-too-bothered-to-be-bothered, and disabling that re-enabled Ivy's CBBE body. No idea if that was actually the case, or if I just somehow tickled my machine spirit's pickle in just the right way, but the issue's gone now and I'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth. Thanks for the help, everyone!

Happy Halloween guys! Sorry for the repeated question, but does Ivy have a preference for Nuka-World's resolution? I'm planning to side with the raider gangs, and I'm wondering if there'd be any conflict. Thanks in advance!
