patrox6 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 I turned it on and off a few times to be certain, every non unique npc, for example dc guards don't greet me, i can't interact with them. Sometimes when playercomments sends them a random greet they will respond with a flirty commonwealth reply. Except for that it's complete silence.

Unfortunately I don't really know what the cause would be. Maybe someone else will be able to offer a solution.

V0.72 Changelog - Lots of small bug fixes and adjustments - fixed in issue with the stocks class where the student would leave the pillory and the class would end before the event played out - fixed bathhouse quest crashes and progression issues - fixed Shakira from Shake Shack randomly tracking you down (Hopefully) - Added scripts to Shake Shack approach scene so it progresses now - Fixed items not being placed in Spire room when contact sends you to your room for casino expansion - Added Athena event to spire - Added Items to Room A3 in spire that trigger an event - Added Chapter 2 for Westwood Manor maid story - Intro to Quirks Q.U.I.R.K.S is an experimental drug that another contact under your employer gives you upon leaving the ship and entering the island. The way it works in theory is it deploys nanites into your bloodstream that edit your DNA, body, or mind to make you better able to handle the challenges you face. How it decides to change you may not be in the way you wanted or expected. There's no way this could go wrong right? So no quirks are in the mod yet but they will be gained either through prolonged exposure to something or possibly from one off events. So maybe after 100 blowjobs the drug realizes that its better for you to use your body to solve problems rather than getting in a conflict and getting hurt, and so gives you the Cumslut quirk. The implication being that you will now choose to resolve things with your mouth rather than your fist going forward. Or after working so many shifts as a cow it decides to modify you by giving you the Lactation quirk so that your body can do the job easier. Or the Roleplayer quirk would be picked up after being hypnotized so many times or playing too many VR games. Your character will sometimes be confused and be easily persuaded to be something else. A couple quirks I had in mind are Bimbo, Lactation, Cumslut, Roleplayer, Exhibitionist. I'm thinking having a quirk will do a three things. One there will be a perk associated with it. So say you have the exhibitionist quirk you will have a small debuff when wearing clothes and buff when not. Two there would be an approach event associated with it. So if you've got the Roleplayer quirk then maybe an event where someone walks up to you and calls you a dumb slutty bitch, which triggers your roleplayer quirk and you take on the personality traits based on what the person describes you as. So since he called you a dumb slutty bitch you get on all four's and act like a dumb slut. Third there will be a compulsion associated with it. So if you have the cumslut quirk once every 8 hours or once every 24 hours when you talk to a guy instead of normal dialogue you would instead get dialogue begging them to let you swallow a load from them. In addition to this maybe there would be opportunities for special dialogue in event/stories if you have the quirk. Tr_veller Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Quick idea to add to the University: you could change the food available in the canteen to only be the pink paste and use it as a means to increase 'empowerment' basically drug the students with it to make them more amenable.

Except for that it's complete silence. the same thing happened to me, when the mod is active generic npcs don't talk to the PC, when the mod is deactivated everything goes back to normal, I was thinking that the bug was caused by aaf Hardship, but I didn't care because it doesn't it was breaking nothing in the game so far, but i noticed that this bug was causing some fusion city rising quests to stop working. the strange thing is that I've used other versions of this mod and had never had this bug before. Is there a trick I'm missing? Oh, and while I remember: does anyone else experience the issue where you need to repeatedly reselect the npc to continue the conversation? Got plenty of comments from non unique NPC's. Any chance you could test the new update and see if the issues still persist? Maybe try it on a new save if just updating it doesn't solve the issue. The two in the back can be a little tricky, for the back left you have to aim your swing slightly to the right and slightly up, and for the back right pan you aim a little up and a little to the left. You can also just snag the food out of the pan if you want to keep it from getting in the way. It's pretty easy when you find the sweet spots. You could just save before the mini game to practice as well. The scoring is pretty forgiving so you don't have to be perfect. For the conversation issues do you have specific instances where its a problem or just in general? I can maybe go through all the dialogue and have branches that aren't supposed to end the conversation loop back to the start. 1

Not sure if this is a one off or not but after doing the bound to serve FIRST mission SECOND customer where he tests B&D outfits on you, when he takes them back off my pipboy was floating in the air. So I thought, "hey thats mine!" and grabbed it. It somehow unequiped the pipboy. Sorry I did not take a pic of the floating pipboy, these were taken after. The customer in the background is the 3rd part of the mission as the previous guy had left.

DeadWabbits Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 OK so tried it a few more times. Trial 2 I just stayed in first person the whole time. No issue. Trial 3 I zoomed out again to watch what was happening and had the issue. It happens during the phase where he takes stuff off so he can buy it. (Random items moving on their own about the room and in bedroom) Trial 4 - Tried staying in FP again. This time I did not see anything about pipboy being removed and it was not floating in the air but it was still gone. (Random items moving on their own about the room and in bedroom) Trial 5 - Removed all DD items I had equipped before starting the mission (Had slave heels on). Floating pipboy was there again. (Random items moving on their own about the room and in bedroom) Trial 6 - Restarted the game. Did not remove DD heels. NO random stuff moving on its own. At the end of the 2nd part, no message about pipboy being removed but it was still floating in the air. Trial 7 - Left the building and came back in. Started the mission. Same result after mission 2 so this time I let it play out through mission 3 to see if it would be reequiped(I did pick up the floating pipboy). No luck. There was stuff flying about the room on its own during this process. Is this just me or are there others having this issue? Hope this testing helps.

You have something (another mod, bad install etc.) that's messing with your charterer/Pip-Boy. AAF can knock things around when joining/exiting IF you're close to things during an animation. It almost seems like your PC is walking around during the scenes instead of stopping. You "might" be able check this by starting the Blue lagoon quest and standing directly under the shower before hitting the button. The water will show your PC while the doppelganger is masturbating. Not saying that is what's happening! Just a thought.

I think it's 140.. maybe 100.

I've sometimes had this happen as well but I can't find any reason for it happening. While it looks a bit odd it seems harmless so just going to live with it for now. For your other issue I tested that bondage scene myself and didn't have any issues. As Izzy mentioned it sounds like a pipboy mod you have. Maybe it changes the item slot associated with the pipboy that results in a conflict with one of the Devious Device items that are equipped during that scene? If it is showing up but just not working it might be the result of updating from the old version? I basically copied the shake shack quest into a new form to clean it because it had some odd issues I couldn't pin down. I just tested it and it worked fine on a new save but maybe if you updated from the old version the properties might not have updated correctly. If you don't care about losing progress you could probably fix it by going somewhere where no assets from the mod are loaded > uninstalling the mod > Load your save and and wait a minute and save again > load new version of mod. 1 hour ago, Tr_veller said: Thanks for the heads up For the record: the spire is... inspired. (this was written using google translator, it probably has translation errors.) ?

Might be due to a difference in screen resolution.
