Did the Brood Swarm civic dissapear?

Hi, sorry to bother you again. I followed your recommendation, played a bit and was finally ready to start a war, but found that I had no "Breed

ing offensive" Casus belli. So I just claimed their capital and attacked. Started orbital bombardment but again no "Ravage" Bombing stance. There was a "Rape" something something stance, but no "Ravage" Stance. Did I do something wrong? I looked through my policies, and also only found "indiscriminate" or "selective". The species trait is working fine, I'm getting the events and planet modifiers. The civic is only working partially.
1. Yes, my species got the "Brood Parasite" Trait
2. "alien" pops are purged if "undesirable" is selected, tho I think that that's vanilla
3. I don't have the causus Belli 
4. I don't have the Bombardment stance, making "Pod Bondage" partialy useless (Boni are good tho)
5. "Decreases opinion..." Yes, that's working, everyone f*ing hates me (exept another Hive mind)
Is that a me Problem or a bug of the new version ?
