In older Versions it would add the trait in the species-creation screen, now it's added after game start. (together with a new Situation)

This is my current game, playing Nomads. As you can see it was added no problem.

Also I think the popups that "assimilate" other pops is gone (could be a change from a while ago, haven't played in a few years - but it got obnoxious fast, so not a bad change) - but my observation seems to suggest it happens in the background.

What Civics did you choose? Maybe the problem is hidden there. And which other mods do you use?

Just noticed that the popups still happen, just not for the female version of invasive breeder? Started a new game as futa (previously futa-female) which got me the "aggressive adoptive reproduction" and now I just got my first popup telling me 100pops have been assimilated.

also what version? i did it in 4.4.6

Should also be on 4.4.6. Can't run the game right now to check, but it's the current stable version. (I think 4.5 is beta-branch, so 4.4.6 sounds right)

Was playing with fanatic spiritualist Nomad Megacorp. No crazy civics like criminal heritage or others that fundamentally change stuff. But I did get the LV Civics for branch offices later.

If you tell me your exact configuration of traits, civics and origin, I could check later today if I have the same problem. (you said RnC and Fleshcutter, but let's make the test truly meaningful)
