I didn't try it myself yet but there is a diffrence between "add" bodypart and "attach" bodypart. one replace and one gives you a extra, maybe thats why it looks off?

 yes i turned it off, butt it seems not to fix. the game keep spawing guinee pigs. I know becaus i selected them all to hunted. after some days half of the wildlife list had a red X. So i guess those spawned new. And no other animals species.

Ed86 is in charge of accepting (denying) MR, no idea if hes going to accept it, next RJW update will break submods again

I feel like Bestiality has been broken for years.

Is it currently non functional?

Everything is enabled. Colonists have the Zoophile trait. Th Plenty of animals in their pen. Zoophile is enabled in their ideology.

Colonists are still walking around constantly horny (I have masturbation turned off). Female colonists do not initiate or get initiated by any male animal.

What am I missing?

So, sort-of-kind-of. 
Sexneed and animal breeding pulses are going to limited the animal-on-human interactions you get. 
Your colony sounds like the humanlikes are getting horny, but what about the animals? 
In RJW -> Basic settings, change animal settings from 0 hours to 1 (if you already haven't). 
That may seem counter-intuitive, *but* beast sexdrives are somewhat-to-very buggy right now and will probably be buggier next big patch. 

If you don't mind 'cheating,' the other thing I'd recommend is assuming direct control and having colonists you want to interact force the interaction. 
Do it a few times to get the 'curiosity' paraphilia up and running on animals. 
After that, the problem should fix itself. (You may, or may not, benefit from setting the 'animal breeding designated' and 'animal breeder designated' paw on both Zoo+ colonists and animals, respectively).

I think the idea is that you're supposed to 'train' animals on prisoners, but if you're doing a loosey-goosey free love space hippie commune -

That approach doesn't make sense.

1. Is there a way to see the current level of curiousity?
2. The paw is missing. It used to be there with previous versions but I currently don't see it.

I changed the animal setting from 0 hours to 1 and got one interaction. But it's been several in game days and that looks like that's all I'm going to get from that change.

Okay, that means your install is borked somehow. 
I know it's a pain in the keister, but gimme your modlist.
Ideally, this is just a load-order thing, but to give you an idea, I'm running about 200+ mods and a few in-dev of my own. 
Both the 'mark for animal breeding' and 'designate breeder' are still there. 
So I'm thinking there's either a load-order or a mod conflict.

Okay, this is my suggestion for right now. 
I'll be back with a more detailed suggestion later. 

For now...
 

  • Backup your save. Do this in general, but before we do anything at all. Put it somewhere else.
     
  • Remove Interaction bubbles, ElToros, RJW Sexperience + Sexperience Ideology, Dirty Talk. Reload your save (don't save! Running saves without mods breaks them down, we're just seeing if this causes the interactions to return to vanilla). Did it? If so, add mods back until your save is borked again, so we can figure out which mod(s) reacted poorly. It's probably one of these. If not...
     
  • Next, remove animations and re-add them back one by one. Yes, animations shouldn't have any affect on UI rimworld is weird like that.
     
  • Next make ABSOLUTELY SURE you have the latest version of Humanoid Alien Races and Vanilla Expanded Framework. 
    Sometimes, these are the culprits though, again, it's mostly due to rimworld being rimworld rather than either of them

Finally, coffee's lazy installer is and was great, but you should probably use Libidinous' now, if you can swing it.
Or manually update your mods, like I do. More work, but means you're 100% sure you know what you're inputting. 
Anyway, that's where I'd start. Let's see if that gets you back the designations; though I'll warn designations just give you more tools, don't necessarily get more interactions haha.
Either way, should give you a good start. 
Also, I'd recommend using Rimsort to quickly edit/mess with playlists/load-order.

This is the dll for the current version of RJW with the Meditate check removed.

I had to change the ending to upload it.

Rename it and replace the dll in your current RJW 1.5 assemblies folder with it.

 

I never had issues using this but i give no guarantee that it will work for your modlist.

This took 2 minutes since ive done it a few times already and so knew were to look.

like the nipples don`t show on some pawns, they are lifted up so a bit above the center on some.

I probably should have been a bit more clear, as far as I can tell everything works fine it's just the Xenomorphs seem to be ignored. I'm not sure if it's a load order or a incompatibility because the Yautja get the generic sex parts but the Xenomorphs don't get any of Sex stuff, lore wise this makes sense. Best conclusion I came up with is that the Xenomorphs are just coded in a way that the system seems to ignore them. Also, first attempt at writing a reply, hope I did it right.

In the mod configs for Pregnancy, it shows a "Max inherited traits from Mother/Father" How does this work and when do they get these traits? I turned on "Phantasy Pregnancy" to speed it up and they've hit 13 and they don't have any traits. Also, do kids get any passions for their skills or does one need to assign that manually?

Most likely only effects RJW pregnancy system, so if you use biotech i doubt that setting does anyhing

Will there be a patch for compatibility with Archotech++ for 1.5? The problem is simply that when using the archotech metamorphose item, the pawn retains its body parts (breasts, anus, and genitals) and adds 4-6 Archotech analog implants.

I seem to have an issue with Menstruation cycle mod where despite any amount of vaginal sex it seems fairly random which pawns generate cum or at least menstruation mod doesn't seem to update the list or icons for them.

loading a pawn with char edior or similar causes that reroll genitals with the sliders or size hediffs
