It is not part of an animation, because the final stage of the hanging is havok, not animation. It is a forgotten leftover, and should be easy to fix (which I would be happy to attempt, but my Skyrim CK is acting up and I cannot compile scripts).

sorry for my poor english, but this mod is quite great!

some private suggests:

1.path from dawnstar jail to execution position seems too complicated, sometimes guard goes upstairs first then through the lobby, but sometimes not, can it be shorter or bug? 

2.seems there are two execution blocks in solitude, but it is quite small problem though. also, if possible, new execution block might be put in the castle ground where soldiers train, the way out of jail is too long enough, and it won't effect the Roggvir's execution.

3.more gallows or execution blocks in skyrim, like other said, can execute more prisoners at the same time (maybe this is a hard work)

4.if possible, when pc is in jail and is chosen, set a switch that can only let pc just be bound nearby, watching other prisoners' executions, then sent back to prison again, like pop, so we don't need to read again and again:D

 

anyway, nice work! can't wait to see any progress:D

A few issues here and there but otherwise it looks good.

 

I was wondering though if it would be possible to add something like this to bandit camps and give the bandits their own blocks,gallows, and maybe guillotines.

Hi, can you please add to the next version the option to cancel the execution and pay a fine?  

 

This option may appear as a dialog box just before execution (the PC has a head on the block or in the noose). 

 

PS: I like the whole process before the execution, but I wish I could survive ?

Download -> Install -> Launch game -> Edit settigns in MCM. Make sure to edit time periods for executions since default settings are weird iirc (i think they are set between 1:00am - 3:00am by default for some reason) and that should be it.

Not exactly clear directions, there's eight other mods required. I managed to figure it out, slowly and with help from a modder. This definitely isn't a noob friendly mod though.

Idk what eight mods are you talking about, i only downloaded what was listed in required and it was fine for me.

I gotta say, the animations (or lack of) when you forget to run FNIS are always hysterical. "I'll just hang myself... wait... why am I frozen in a jumping ja- Oh. Right. FNIS4Users. Derp."

This mod has a gallows hanging sequence perhaps you might take a look at.  With, in my opinion, a more satisfying hanging animation sequence, some nice gasping/gurgling sound effects, and urination at the end, I think it might be a good improvement to the hanging executions in your mod if you could implement something similar.

Its the same one that plays when you use the  gallows on top of the Lost secret castle. Using TaraUltimateFurniturePack mod. 

A more satisfying animation indeed. I would love to see that in bad ends. 

Also there is a nice Garroting Chair that could be used in executions.

Excuse me, I try to use my character to be decapitated in the Soltiude,

but when the executioner's axe cuts the character's head, it always CTD,

I don't know how to do with it.Any advices for me,please? Or fix it,please,thanks.

It's probably not related to this mod, look for "nioverride decapitation ctd fix"

my friend told me a solution,just find Data\SKSE\Plugins\nioverride.ini[Overlays]bEnableFaceOverlays=1,then change 1 to 0.

Any new progress on the mod?

 

PS: Is it possible to execute the execution sequence without having to be arrested? Maybe by using the command specified in the console?

Wow! Buggy, but a lot of fun. Trying to figure out how to keep the intensity of the player hanging scene, but letting it be a bit less... final. I actually got a console Resurrect combined with a Defeat Cleanup and, ultimately, sex in the woods with a guard to get my player alive again. Rationalized it all by the guard sneaking my body off for some illicit fun only to discover I wasn't dead. Anyways, how about an escape scenario where the player body ends up (barely) alive but in that Necromancer den near Riften? Laid out naked on the slab...

Each hold the guard just stands there for me, tried the following;

 

setessential 0000007 0

setplayeraidriven 1

disableplayercontrols   all in different orders, disabling/renabling AI, resetting guards but still nothing :-(

This mod has impalement animation.

 

Could be useful for adding alternative execution to the other city e.g. Marklath.
