That you have to make a pie there is so many roasting anyways, something like you can ask for meat from a meat girl or ask Simza for help to harvest pc fillet. If you win you can chose to ask Simza to make more of pc or regenerate.

Lianger Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Also my idea/suggestion was (writing it in English for now): I find it a bit sad, that serving the customers is not something that happens all the time. You are in a restaurant after all, but it is just a quest with the same weight as the others. I would find it cool if serving the customers was an ongoing quest and you would receive some kind of reward maybe? Maybe it could lower the death chance in the event or you need to serve a certain number of customers to enable expansions in the building or maybe the kitchen getting an upgrade with the furnace. Or maybe to allow you to get another clone to accompany carnificia to the event. There are all these elements, like different leanness of the meat and different customers preferring different races that Carnificia talks about in the beginning, that there is quite the potential to create a basic gameplay loop in serving the customers the correct foods and catching the right meat in the wilds. In the same way, I‘d love there to be a lot more dishes. Like more basic dishes like pies or soups or sweetrolls or Idk and some more special vip cuts like breast or so. But honestly this all feels quite ambitious, but it is what I‘ve been really missing in the mod. 1
Evelynith Posted January 15 Posted January 15 @Delzaron If you are still looking/asking for ideas on more quests, I have a couple of thoughts which I am currently writing up to present. For now I can give a brief overview with some quick test examples for one quest and and if you are Interested I can give a basic synopsis for the others. I have no idea on how easy it would be to implement the quests in terms of making the quest or using other mod dependencies. I was using 3BA body while I was testing so I am not sure how that would affect making the mod work with/without it. This quest has similarities to your own idea. Quest: Butcher and cooking class. (I am using ToastGuro Outfits/poses for testing and using multiple Custom outfits with increasing zaps built in Bodyslide, see screenshots) Description: Carnificina holds a class for students/VIPs who want to learn how to butcher and cook a meat girl. Carnificina will randomly choose to butcher a random meat slave (she asks the pc to get one from the cells) and the PC will assist with the class. If the PC clone is available she will promote her prized meat and butcher the clone, while the PC assists with the class. ( Carnificina tells the students they can order the PC meat later.) Lastly if the meat slave count is too low and there is no clone, she will either butcher the PC or Simza. ( the other one will assist instead.) Quick quest stages: ( I will put the Text and sample screenshots into spoilers so the don't flood the page.) Spoiler Carnificina tells PC she is holding a class to teach students/VIP how to butcher and cook all the parts of a meat girl, she orders you to get [butcher target (Slave/Clone/PC/Simza)] and to meet her in the class room. ( where ever that may be.) PC tells [Butcher Target], they are needed and to follow her. Or tells Simza they need to assist Mistress in butchering the PC (Simza is happy and cant wait to help cut pc up into parts) PC and [Other] go to classroom where students and Carnificina is waiting. Carnificina gives introduction to class and shows them whom she will be butchering. Carnificina leads [Butcher Target] to the (fingering stump) execution spot to kill the meat girl and give students a quick show. Carnificina kills the [Butcher Target], then hangs them up for blood to drain and to start demonstrating the butchering process. ( This part i'm not sure how easy it would be to do, I was thinking of doing some sort of fake death/decap as needed for the next stages.) Carnificina starts butchering the meat and explains what each part is used for and how to cook it. ( Starts with gutting.) (fade to black and equip gutted outfit.) (if you don't want to write out all the details you could just but in quote brackets something like ["Mistress Carnificina explains to the students how to make the cuts and mentions good uses for cooking each part."] ) ( If PC is assistant put Human Guts and Fillet in inventory.) Carnificina moves onto next part of the arms and explains what each part is used for and how to cook it. (fade to black and equip arms outfit.) ( If PC is assistant put Human meat/flesh x3 and tibia bones x2 in inventory.) Carnificina moves onto next part of the legs and explains what each part is used for and how to cook it. (fade to black and equip legs outfit.) ( If PC is assistant put Human meat/flesh x3 and femur bones x2 in inventory.) Carnificina moves onto next part of the breast and explains what each part is used for and how to cook it. (fade to black and equip breast outfit.) ( If PC is assistant put left breast x1 in inventory.) Carnificina removes all the remaining parts. (fade to black and equip full outfit.) ( If PC is assistant put right breast x1 and Human meat/flesh x2 in inventory.) Carnificina finishes the butchering by removing the chest/ribs leaving only the rump half hanging on the hook. (fade to black and equip rump half outfit.) ( If PC is assistant put Human meat/flesh x2 and ribcage bones in inventory.) Carnificina thanks the students for watching and learning the butchering process and now they will be moving onto the cooking part. ( If the PC was Butchered, end quest here, could do another fade to black and spawn a table with various food items on it to show that the PC was made into food. Otherwise continue with PC assistant part of quest.) Carnificina tells the PC to show the students how to cook all the parts ( PC should have in inventory Human meat x10, Human Guts, Fillet with bean/My own fillet with bean if clone was butchered, Left and Right Breast, Tibia/Femur Bones x2 and Ribcage bones in total.) PC needs to go to the cooking station and make Cooked Human Steak x4, Human Meat Pie x3, Human Stew x3, Cooked Breasts (new item), Cooked Fillet and Human Bone stock (new item using the bones). PC then hands the made items over to Mistress (removing them from inventory) who then places static items on a table for the students to sample. ( Can have a pantry/cupboard next to cooking station which spawns the extra needed ingredients to make the food.) The Students will then "sample and eat" the food ( removing them from the table.) while remarking how wonderful everything smells, looks and tastes and that they will be sure to order a whole meat slave/PC to butcher for their selves or will place an order for some food for catering when they host parties/guests. ( References other quests where the PC needs to deliver either food or them self as meat.) Quest end. Not every outfit was used in the above images. Also please ignore the changing bodies, I was playing around with Obody at the same time.) Spoiler Final notes for Butcher Quest: I was using the Soul gem Machine room as a quick test location, I just disabled the Gem Zapper and spawned the chopping block in game. If you make the Chef Cooking quest and make a new room for that then you could use it again for this quest. I have a minor expansion idea for the quest where Carnificina uses her special Butchers Knife in the demonstration for the purpose of selling them to clients. After doing one butcher quest ( and not being butchered.), a new quest unlocks. Carnificina orders the PC to go and collect materials to craft (smith) and enchant a new knife to be delivered to a customer ( how the PC collects the materials is upto them but Mistress would need things like either a Greater/Black filled soul gem, a human skull and some rare ores). The PC takes the new Knife to the customer who then may or may not want to test the knife out on the PC ( no killing), they proceed to slice a part off the PC to test the sharpness of the blade (i.e could remove a breast or the fillet) For a suggestion with Roast meat competition, you could have a secret chef Balagog gro-Nolob ( The Gourmet ) appear in disguise looking to expand new dishes for a new book and is using this competition to test new ingredients. If the secret chef is selected he will never lose as all of the judges love his food. For the quest itself how easy would it be to make things have a number associated with it and how easy is it to check conditions like crispy and burnt with Pamas oven/spit. My idea would allow the player to choose from a list of options which would reward points, the contestants would be allowed to make 4 choices. One choice must be the method of cooking and the other 3 are ingredients, the Chef with the lowest points would be the looser. each choice would have a risk/reward factor, so for example if the PC chose to use the oven it would be a safe choice and only reward a random number of 5 - 10 points, but if the PC chose to use the spit there is a greater risk as it would rewards 1 - 15 points. For the ingredients you could have a list of 6 options ranging from very safe to very risky, safe options would have a narrow but consistent range of points while risky would have a wide range but with the possibility of getting high numbers. The reason the player would want to pick risky options would be due to who is competing. Each competing NPC chef would have a level which determines how many points they get, another example is a level 1 chef simply called "Novus Chef" will be awarded 10 - 15 points total, which would make it very hard for the player to lose against this chef, all that the PC would need to pick is safe options and they will have a very good chance of not losing and being roasted. How ever a level 5 chef might be rewarded 25 - 40 points and a level 4 chef might get 20 - 35 points, now if the PC was facing those 2 they will need to pick risky options in order to not be cooked. The reason I asked about checking conditions was if the PC burns the meat then their points could be halved, almost guaranteeing they will lose. Once all the meat has been cooked and presented (no extra points) the Judges will taste the meal and then give judgment saying how many points each contestant got announcing the winner and loser. Again I have no idea how easy or hard it would be to do any of this and all numbers are just randomly made up for examples, I hope the idea itself is easily understandable. Please let me know if you would like more details about the butcher quest or would be interested in some other quest ideas. 1

I would also suggest some kind of ‘Hunter's Instinct’ for a while, because I would say that finding that one NPC will be difficult in such a large area. 6)I forced the scene in the kitchen show, but I didn't have the option to lie down on the table, and the decap head and neck overlap (you can see this in your screenshot). 7) PC get only 1 arrow. 8 ) Tipo have selectec in CK "opoosive gender anims" so he move like a girl 1

What did you met ? the scene refuses to start ? 2) some of my pad touchs are dead, specially d, e, z, s, r, etc... if i use it, there is chances I got nothing, or two or thre occurences. typo fixed just now. 3), ok fixed just now. 4) and 5) ah... yes, that quest is very complex. An hell to develop, an hell to test, and an hell to fix. About the packages function : it's resetted every 20 or 30 secs... so, they execute a package, once theyr rech theeir markers, they stop moving... and when they receive anotheer one, they move. Same for the huntresses. I'll play it again, to see... for me, the player as preey works fine, until the cooking phase : if someething inteerrupt the scenes, the loop is broken, and you need to usee the debug to relaunch it... and use also the debug dialogue to kill the victim supposed to die. The stump scene was a source of major problems due to the pama linked script : when the victim activate th block, the scene consideers it's done, and trigger the incrementation of the loop. If the loop call again the stump scene, you see the problem : the not yet dead first victim is still on the bloc when the second one will interact with it. So, you loose the executionner, you break the scene, the loop... and it's a mess. For player as huntress, it's the same, in worse, because as player as prey, in both victim or executionner, you have better control... as huntress, you have none, so it's a full head one in the loop. 7) not a bug, it's intended. In your test was it letting you fill the meat girl slots in the main area, as from what I could tell in my test it wasn't doing anything with the ZaZ furniture in the main area at all.

The quest exhibition use this one, here : I usee ZAZ 8.0. Here the ZAZ version I use. If you use a lower one, some assets will be missing...
Delzaron Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 I built a new quest : Customer is always right; For simple, you turn a client into a meatgirl. Accesible if you have 15 occupied slots or less. I also integrated Hunt and sharp into the random and message quests choosing scripts.

So all the furniture was physically there and I could interact with it, I have 8.0+ for ZaZ installed and never previously had an issue with it, I was getting the no more space message when I hit 12 meat girls, so I assume it was the script that interacted with them being an issue. When you next put a version out I'll do some more testing an let you know.

killer905 Posted January 18 Posted January 18 @Delzaron I think it would be better to move the tasks that start Rep (after completing the thread) to Talk Activator. I wrote to you about it once. Alternative Start has something similar, where you use Mary's statue to choose where to start your adventure. In my opinion, it would make more sense, because currently you start the task, the dialogue breaks off, and then you still have to talk to the mistress about the task she just gave to the PC.

If I drop a npc in jail, does your prison mods will handle it ? I think about FTD, I put a npc named Mirae in Solitude jail during the quest line... and I don't wish she die until the appropriate moment. Also, if the event is callable, how I can do that ? thx in advance

Mynote Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Another bug, this time with the delivery quest. Khaless' cooking show outcome doesn't work. after her dialogue about sending the payment and my gear back to the mistress she goes quiet, doesn't do or say anything anymore and the quest just stops.
