Still don't understand what went through Micalov's head... Hope he's not using a mod's power to ban people just because he has a bad hair day. Playing as a child is something some of us would want to try. Also, what's wrong with running around naked? The game does give us that option. Sheesh.

Micalov's on automatic mode when he goes on a banning spree in the chat. I got banned for saying "So I puked on my girlfriend's shoes on New Year's Eve and it was yellow" while answering to a dude.

So the guy posts that (clearly an attempt at humor) and some pedo-bear sees it and posts something worse. Like I said, there is a reasonable expectation that it could get out of hand. And the reasonable solution is to delete the guy's post and PM him with your concerns and ask him not to do it again. That would take just as much time as going through the process of banning the guy. (Though, knowing how Nexus is now they probably have an insta-ban feature on the control panel that fast tracks the process. If they don't they're stupid, since they ban so frequently and for no real reason.) Banning the guy outright is just dumb, but look at the staff we're talking about here. They are not know for common sense.

Still I don't know why people are using the chat room. That is the best way to get an instaban.

I once saw him threatening to ban someone because he said something that micalov deemed rude and offensive while the rest of the chat was dying of laughter (me included). It was some funny pun that wasn't even rulebreaking. I also often see him correcting people where it wasn't even needed. And uh.. "enforcing" the rules (in his head). Edit: The comment about british standards isn't meant to be racistic, just in case someone feels offended or whatever.

That's not entirely so. you can run NV from nvse if steam is already running, if steam isn't already in the system tray clicking on NVSE will start steam and the NV launcher. exit and clicking NVSE again will start NV. Same goes for Skyrim. F03 is a different story as is Oblivion.
