Aroused Creatures will auto-tag some animations that come with SexLab (which are the one's you are likely seeing) but you can also select other aggressive animations in the Aggressive Toggles page of the Aroused Creatures MCM to increase the variety. Alternatively you can disable Restrict Consensual Animations in the PC/NPC Settings which will allow other animations to play during forced engagements. Some of these will not make sense in a non-consensual context. I have a wide variety of animation packs installed. The thing is, only two animations from Anubs creature pack are being played. I did play around with the animation settings before, but it didn't seem to make a dfiferent. I will try the other suggestion when i play later today and will update this post if it helped not. Thank you! Edit: Didn't change anything.
Skymud Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Hi. I have been able to get other actors to partisipate through SLAC and I have been a to get the Bull netch to animate though other mods (Matchmaker etc), And the "Humps you lustfully" Dialog box will come up but no animations start. and the animation do not show up in the list for "Toggle aggressive" could there be an animation limit in your mod that stops all the animations that you can have in Sexlab from being recognized?

I'll need to see a papyrus log for a session in which this issue is encountered. Enable papyrus logging and enable the Debug option in Aroused Creatures MCM -> General Settings. Try to engage the creature then post the log here. 1 hour ago, Skymud said: Hi. Looks like vanilla Netch are missing the ActorTypeCreature keyword. Other mods are likely working as they don't care if the actor is a creature or not where AC needs to be very specific and will skip non-creatures. I'll take a look at alternative means of identifying them.

I did change the .ini in the modorganizer, but i forgot to also adjust the custom.ini. Now i have the logs folder, but after enabling debugging on this mod, the folder remains empty. Edit: Nvm got it. I don't know if the sexlab log is of any use for you, but there is the papyrus one which became quite big despite only running for like a minute SexLabDebug.0.log Papyrus.0.log

As you can see from the log here the only required tag is "FC" which is an automatic tag used by SexLab to group Female + Creature (male) animations, and rejecting tag "Oral" which is applied by Aroused Creatures during PC invite. "Non-specific" means that Aroused Creatures tried to find either explicitly Aggressive or Non-aggressive animations, came up empty, and tried to find any animations at all to fill the gap. We can see that SexLab generated a new cache during the operation which suggests this is not a caching issue. The only thing I can suggest at this point is to reset the animation registry in SexLab MCM -> Rebuild & Clean. You may need to re-register SLAL animations afterwards. The other thing I can see in the log is a bunch of errors from a mod referred to as PAF. Not sure what that is but if it's not working correctly you might consider removing it. This is not likely to affect the issue in hand, though. 1

Weird that it doesnt detect all of them from the start

TheMrWick Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 Never really bothered noticing during my playthrough until now, but creatures simply dont seem to be chasing after npcs with their arousal requirement met, I have pursuit enabled, so this is strange.

There are a lot of options in Aroused Creatures that could be preventing engagement. Enable papyrus logging for the game and the Debug option in Aroused Creatures MCM then post a log here and we'll be able to see what's happening.

Yep, Pc engage is off and NPC engage was on during that. which is why im confused.

Try pushing the engage radius all the way up and take meeko to a city cell with lots of females like Whiterun. Edit: And check the NPC gender settings to make sure it's not excluding the intended targets.
TheMrWick Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 @Sailing Rebel I seemed to sort it out with some testing around, thank you anyways.

kotamaku Posted July 26, 2019 Posted July 26, 2019 I seem to have be having an issue that is causing creatures trying to engage to make the game crash.
Guest Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Started a new save and now I can't get anything to work. Tried just about everything I can think of. Creature animations are enabled, the log isn't showing them as hostile. I have no idea. Any thoughts? Papyrus.0.log

FNIS has all animations installed, hkc comp was patched and no errors or warnings of any kind. I have found it might be creatureframework causing the issues in logs Edit: I have found the issue, turns out my creature animation fnis download was corrupted.

Looking at it again the distance failure is for the automated scans rather than the direct invitation. There is only one situation in which invite would fail with no error code (in the current version) and that's if SexLab is not fully installed via the MCM or the wrong version is installed (anything other than SexLab SE Beta). Edit: Oh, and if both PC and NPC engagements are disabled in PC?NPC Settings, this will result in silent failure in some circumstances.
Guest Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 I was able to resolve, though I don't know what I did. I noticed that my arousal state was stuck at 49 permanently. Reinstalling Sexlab and SexLab Arousal didn't seem to work, so it must have been some other setting. The weird thing was that when I did resolve it I wasn't aware of fixing it because the wolf I was standing next to did not engage. Went a bit down a road and found one that did. Went back to the first one and it engaged. I believe the problem must have had to do with me needing more sleep and alcohol. Thanks for the help and for the fantastic mod.
