I've found an error in two of your animations:

SC-FMM-SuperMutant-SMBed01-07ClimaxLoop
SC-FMM-SuperMutant-SMBed01-08Finish

 

You can see the weird clipping in the attached image file. I looked in the folder where the animation files for this specific two animations are sitting and have noticed, the two files have the exact same size. I guess you accidentally copied the same animation on both SM-actors

Should be fine to just install over the top of the last one but to be on the safe side, it can't hurt to delete the old version before installing. Really depends on your game.

I might just be dumb, but i had the older version and just updated, and all the new animations just seem to send the actors into a idle stands infront of the object they try and interact with, while also being inside of eachother. Could this be an issue im having cause i dont have the latest update of AAF that was released in september? Or did it just not install proberly? :x

Are you using animation patches (for example, UAP)? If so, you probably need to wait until it updates to support the new version of this animation pack.

Turns out it was just a load order issue, so pretty much just me being stupid. Thanks for the help tho! But no matter what i do, i dont seem to be able to get the shower animations for CWSS to work. They simply dont showup in the animation location scan. Know if they only work with specific showers? Or?

You can look in the furniture data XML files to get the list of supported form IDs, and then use the console to spawn them by ID in game or use something like Better Console to be able to see the base (form, not reference) ID for an existing shower if you're curious.

There are 3 kinds of showers in the game, vanilla (non-functional, but animation will work with them, in the 'stat' category, not the 'furn' one)

CWSS and BYOP (two mods with similar functions).

It is possible that the shower you are trying - from the BYOP and not CWSS, if you have both mods installed. 

With a correct kind of shower animation works.

A good idea would be to use console (there is a plugin for F4SE called 'better console') and with it if you point and click any object in the game  it will show you what the object in fact  is. Some items have  douplegangers in different sections, for example the traffic lights animation will not work with the traffic lights generally found in the city, but it will work with specific codes like 191F34 ( or 35 or 32 in the end)  

 

type in something like 'help shower 4', then pt given code of the time and test it. I believe the vanilla are in the 'stat' category

As the upgrade notes indicate, if you're using mods which patch or extend this animation pack (for example, UAP), you may need to wait for them to be updated first.

FO4CK use info says you can find one in cell RailroadHQ01. There are no other uses reported in the vanilla game data.

Get assistance with your AAF installation in the help channels on the AAF Discord (the AAF file page has an invite link to it), or check your installation first using the AAF_GFV.exe tool (available for download from Moddingham, the same place you get AAF), or consult The Fucking Manual for a more in-depth setup walkthrough.
