It's been given up on. For reasons explained a page back. Same with Deerfolk, Taurkin, and Ponies (though the last one was more because the author threw a shitfit when someone merely asked, but the fact that it would not have been possible to make Pony Pack compatible anyway only adds to the irony.)

I honestly wasn't aware that it's not even possible, but honestly it just makes it more comforting.

I'm sorry i have to mention you about this, but this kind of stuff is what's leading me to leave an other message here.

I've been receiving threats over my original response. I know it's not happening here and that this place has a no drama-rule, but I feel like this is the best place to talk about this.

The truth is, I really don't care about pony porn. I refuse to allow support because of the worryingly high amount of seriously deranged maniacs that contacted me about it and their deranged reasons.

Because some people got mad at me for using the word degenerate; Let me explain what I mean by "seriously deranged maniacs" and "deranged". While asking me to add or allow sexbound support; These people either explicitly described and/or posted images of: rape, gore, zoophilia (I'm talking about people having sex with animals they randomly picked off the street at night, not furries), necrophilia and pedophilia (I'm taking about people who actually described and/or gave me actual images and/or videos of themselves having sexual intercourse with children. Not just the average stuff you find constantly on places like /b/). The fact I've had to contact the authorities a non-zero amount of times about this is concerning enough for me.

The first request for support I ever received had me signal the authorities. The request included a worrying amount of CP. The authorities I contacted recommended that I make notes of anyone else who asked in case something like it ever happened again. As far as I know, that person and many other people I've reported are still at large. Ever since I've always simply noted down the username, said no and blocked anyone who asked me about sexbound support.

When I saw that someone had publicly asked for sexbound support in the steam comments, I saw an opportunity to do something big; Something that would help reduce the amount of vomit inducing content that would land in my DMs. I decided to so something big because simply saying "no" to the 530 people before them clearly didn't do anything to prevent others from doing the same.

I don't intend to do anything with the messages and usernames I collect other than cross-reference the username of the worst offenders and providing the list to the authorities if they ever ask for it. Threatening someone with blackmail wasn't be best idea, not because of the obvious fact that blackmail is a crime, but because it's completely unwarranted when you consider the fact that request was pretty tame.

This whole thing has clearly gone too far and It's time to put on the breaks. To say that I'm not pleased that people are now sending me death threats over this would be an understatement.

To anyone who is displeased with my decision: You have the right to dislike my decision, but please consider visiting a therapist if the idea of threatening to kill me or my relatives over this come to your mind.

I know this place a no-drama rule so I'll leave it at that. Hopefully this won't get deleted...

TLDR: The only reason why I'm never allowing it isn't because ponies are for children; It's to prevent a worryingly high amount of seriously deranged maniacs from getting what gets their rocks off.

I understand what you mean, I don't force people into my fetishes nor would I practice zoophilia irl (I mean, I like the 2D cartoon model, not the real thing) but knowing that type of thing actually happens is kinda sad and disturbing and puts a bad image for the community as a whole, I'm very sorry to hear that all of this happened, wish things hadn't escalated that much.

May I request for the Crylan / Crylik race to have support for SxB?

Crylans are commonly described by Humans to be "wyverns" or "bat bird people" (despite their complete lack of relation to any Terran creature). The description of "bat-bird" makes sense, though, given their relatively large ears and birdlike wings and stature.

I am also happy to announce that I have been granted permission from Crescent. They are happy to have their modded race be compatible with SxB.

Oh wow, that's a really pleasant surprise! I was thinking about asking for this race but I was scared of a negative response from the author. I really hope they get the good support they deserve. ^^

its a half dragon reskin of the draconis but the wings are actually on the back like a proper dragons and not on the arms like a wyvern


As the creator of this reskin, whoever wants to make a sxb support for it has my full permission.
I'm not doing it myself anytime soon because I'm lazy and have a bunch of other mods I need to focus on-

Just a reminder, support will only be worked on and published publicly of said race if permission from the race author has been agreed to be patched with SxB, just to be respectful to other modders so we don't have any arguement coming from them if their mod assets have been used without their permission and please do it on a private messaging.

I'm not sure if this is too far off-topic but what exactly is involved in providing race support anyway? Just for very basic support I mean, nothing to do with furniture and the like. Is it mostly just the spritework, dialogue, optionally sounds, and then a pile of respective entries for positions and such to point them to said spritework and dialogue? Maybe some entries in pregnancy so it knows wtf?

 

Not to trivialize it, I'm just thinking of doing my own thing with one of the races which are basically just human clones and maybe setting it up with a spritesheet based on a different body type with every other asset otherwise just being copies of human assets, so I'm trying to figure out what all would need to be done. And also wondering if there's a discord to lob questions at people when I try to custom-make some race support anyway even if it is ill-advised

The bare minimum is artwork, and assigning the values properly for the race. That's all really. After that, all the remainder is optional stuff. Dialogues, if not present, will default to the basic default dialogues, same for sounds for moan and climax.

Oh, so if default race is set to human every asset set that isn't outright defined (dialogues and sounds etc) and such just default to human? That is...hugely helpful for the many human-adjacent races, actually. Should make it much easier to play with, thanks a bunch!
