SCARS VR Loading Screens View File SCARS VR Loading Screens Survival - Creatures - Abuse - Rape - Slavery My current play through is of nubile yet strong adventuress in a very dark and brutal Skyrim. I wanted to create a set of loading screens to reflect this gritty world. This is a loading screen mod meant for SkyrimVR. I will work on adapting it to SSE toward the end of development. In VR there will be sets of 2D panels that wrap around the player. These panels will tell "stories" of life in this oppressive Skyrim. Current Status: Working Alpha V.3.3 (see proposed versioning below) No tool tips 100 loading screens - stories are triptych panel configuration - containing multiple images for each panel Next update: I NEED A HERO! I have the 16X9 nif in the download section called HELP.nif - I have several 2 panel stories that I want to release be need the modified mesh. Hopefully someone can help with the mesh work (I need a curved mesh for the diptych panels. The aspect ratio needs to be 16:9. There will be two 16:9 curved panels to give a 180 degree around the camera effect. It could look like a panel with four 20 degree bends equally spaced. I have never used blender and I assume someone can do this way faster than me.) DM for the flat mesh I need modified. Installation: Download the .txt file. It will show the DL link for AnonFile where the mod is hosted. (This gets around the 200mb limit for LL) Download the mod and install as usual. HOWEVER YOU MUST CHANGE you skyrimVR.ini or your loading screens will be miniature. Skyrim has a max size for the loading screen Nif meshes. These will need to be increased to allow large images that surround the camera.   2. Ambient Slaves SE/VR View File This mod adds Frostbite Clan slave dealer branches, at the outskirts of all five of the Skyrim Capitals. In two cases, where the branch facility is not located directly at a main access road, i.e. Windhelm and Solitude, it also adds a market stall at the palace district (Windhelm) and at the marketplace (Solitude). Please note: Since this mods adds quite a few exterior structures, it is very possible that it will clash with other mods which do the same. Even if the structures aren't in the same place, just the changes in navmeshes can cause CTDs as far as two cells apart. This is as much my fault as much as that of the authors of the other mods. The simple reason being, creating a navmesh which will prevent this issue is an extremely difficult and time-consuming process. It would easily triple the number of hours that go into this, so I just can't be bothered. TLDR: Features: - 5 non-interactive slaver outposts near the Skyrim capitals - 1 outpost at Solstheim: Raven Rock - 2 non-interactive marketplace stalls, at Windhelm (palace district), and Solitude (marketplace) - roughly 200 NPCs - all slavers and slaves are female (this will have a backstory reason) Planned Features: - more outposts, including Solstheim - mines, quarries, brothels... - caravans - more factions Requirements: Sexlab Framework Devious Devices 5 ZAZ8 and their respective requirements! (A Perilous Maze, my previous mod, is required for version 0.1 because I was too lazy to recreate the factions and actor templates all over again, what ended in a train wreck. I'm still leaving 0.1 up for the time being, just in case I broke something else in 0.2, as it was done in quite a haste) Details: The purpose of this mod is to provide a slightly less over-the-top alternative to Hydragorgon’s Slave Girls (which deserves the credit for being the inspiration to create this mod in the first place). The goal is to populate Skyrim with slaves and slavers in a non-intrusive way and to create an atmosphere that slavery is a natural part of Skyrim’s life. Another purpose of the mod is to provide a stage for another future mod of mine, which will be a slavery campaign, in which the unfortunate enslaved player will be shipped around between outposts and worked hard and/or sold. It will provide a framework for various enslavement mods, like A Perilous Maze, and slavery mods (like quarries, mines, brothels etc.), but that’s still music of the future. Right now, the mod is non-interactive, simply providing the visuals. The only interaction you can have is a hello-line the dealers will drop if you come close to them. All the Frostbite Clan members have rudimentary AI and most (some guards and most slaves always stay in one place) of them will be on a schedule. All the branches feature highly detailed interiors, but stuff like ownership of all the multitudes of objects is still not completely finished. As said, the main purpose of the mod is to give you the impression that slavery is a commonplace thing so that you are not the only slave in Skyrim (if enslaved). Future versions will improve upon the detail and features of the current locations (I would like to make the dealers actual merchants able to sell you accessories and sell or buy slaves), Add more outposts in some of the smaller towns, add, as mentioned, various mines and quarries and othe places of slave employment, add one or two more slaver factions, and similar to Hydragorgon’s Slave Girls, some slaver caravans, but much fewer. This mod, like my previous as well as any of my future mods, focuses on the utilization of VR. Though this makes no practical difference, as of now, the future slavery campaign mod will be best experienced in VR (in particular things like slaving in the mines with realistic mining – you will sweat. But that, too is the music of the far future), though I will try and maintain support for SE, too, with some compromises. The Branches: Riften: The smallest of the capital outposts. This is due to its vicinity to the Frostbite Clan Fort over the exit from the Perilous Maze, which is a major base of operations with training and storage facilities. Slaves are transported from there, by boat, over Lake Honrich. The outpost is located right at the south-eastern gate of Riften. Windhelm: The Windhelm Facility is the main hub for the import of dark elf slaves from Solstheim. The facility is located down at the docks, around the corner, to the north. Whiterun: A slave shop on the main road, south-west of the main gate and west of the stables Markarth: Can’t miss it. Right on the access road to Markarth, this facility is the only branch trading in orcs. This is due to the difficulty of subduing and dealing with them. Unlike slaves of other races, orcs are only sold in bulk, to companies, for hard labor in mines and the like. Solitude: Thanks to its deep harbor, Solitude is the main hub for the import of slaves from overseas, mainly Redguards, and, of course, the export of Nord slaves. Due to the local strong influence of the Thalmor, this branch does not trade in high elves. This has been done before ( see VR Specific Guides below) but I thought they were either not up to date, unmaintained, or lacked the readability compared to the SE Compatibility Tracking thread. I may be biting off more than I can chew here, but I am also confident in the help/support of the LL community. I have permission from @tasairis to use a similar formatting for consistency.     SCARS VR Loading Screens Survival - Creatures - Abuse - Rape - Slavery As a nubile yet strong adventuress I want a very dark and brutal Skyrim. I wanted to create a set of loading screens to reflect this gritty world. I think of them as dreams, fears, or tavern stories that serve as a cautionary tale for overstepping my ability or under preparing for a dungeon dive. This is a loading screen mod meant for SkyrimVR. I will work on adapting it to SSE toward the end of development. In VR there will be sets of 2D panels that wrap around the player. These panels will tell "stories" of life in this oppressive Skyrim. Current Status: Working Alpha V.3.4 (see proposed versioning below) No tool tips 100 loading screens - stories are triptych panel configuration - containing multiple images for each panel Next update: I NEED A HERO! I have the 16X9 nif in the download section called HELP.nif - I have several 2 panel stories that I want to release be need the modified mesh. Hopefully someone can help with the mesh work (I need a curved mesh for the diptych panels. The aspect ratio needs to be 16:9. There will be two 16:9 curved panels to give a 180 degree around the camera effect. It could look like a panel with four 20 degree bends equally spaced. I have never used blender and I assume someone can do this way faster than me.) DM for the flat mesh I need modified. Installation: Download the .txt file.   6. A Perilous Maze (SE/VR) alpha View File Please Note: I have reverted back to version 0.6a, as I seem to have introduced some nasty stuff with 0.7, like teleporting slaughterfish. This has probably to do with the extremely large size of the new level of the maze, and its navmesh, during the creation of which some nasty things happened which I thought I have undone, but they probably left a lot of mess behind. This means that I also have reverted the cleanup of the exterior navmeshes, so I'll redo that at some point, but it shouldn't be game-breaking. Please also note that at leas one user has experienced CTDs upon installing 0.6a, so it isn't necessarily stable, as the name might suggest. The path of learning the intricacies of CK is truly a painful one. I apologize for any inconvenience this mod might have caused. I feel inclined to move my main efforts to the Ambient Slaves mod. So updates will be less frequent now. I will focus on finishing the quest starters and cleaning everything up as much as possible. Ambient Slaves SE/VR now works without requiring A Perilous Maze as a prerequisite. Thanks to the many kind users, who have helped me iron out the kinks, and who have provided me with a lot of useful information on how to proceed, this mod is slowly starting to take shape. The mod now features its first, fully voiced, yet well hidden quest. Will you be able to find the quest-giver? The locations are now in a fairly polished state, with all navmeshes complete. If you successfully find your way through the maze, the mod will try and hand you off to Simple Slavery ++ (unless you resist). WARNING: When captured, all your belongings will be taken from you, including quest items, and stored in a chest in the fort. I recommend making a backup save before entering the maze. This is my first mod, so mishaps are likely to occur, so make sure you have a savegame backed up, before using it. For instance, for quite some time, the mod package was missing texture files for the slavers in the fort, what caused the game to crash, whenever you got close to it. That's thankfully a thing of the past now. But I'm sure to make new mistakes, especially, as the more complex stages of the mod's development commence. Description: Rumor has it that there is a hidden maze in the vicinity of Riften, which harbors treasures beyond imagination. Intrigued by this rumor, looking for more clues, you are able to purchase a piece of parchment from a mysterious woman who claims it is related to the treasure. After carefully studying it, you determine that the entrance must lie somewhere in the vicinity of the Darklight Tower. Filled with dreams of fame and wealth, equipped with a rough map, you set out to find it. And find it you do, but soon you realize that that your in for more than you bargained for... Hard Requirements: Sexlabs Framework Devious Devices 5 ZAZ8 and all their respective requirements. Soft Requirements: Simple Slavery plus plus Since it is fairly easy, in the Creation Kit, to accidentally include masters which are not necessary (the column is narrow and many files have similar names), it has happened, and it can happen again, that I accidentally include masters which are not needed. If you notice that this is the case, i.e. if something is required which is not on the list above, nor is it a requirement thereof, this is most likely an accident, please let me know and I'll fix it. For a more challenging experience, please make sure to deactivate all quests in your journal, as otherwise quest markers will point you to the exit. Features - For testing purposes (also no other objects to point you in the right direction exist yet), a revealed map marker will lead you directly to the entrance - The entrance is in a concealed, (hopefully) inescapable fall pit - Fast travel is disabled in the cell with the pit (outgoing, incoming is fine) as well as at the exit location - Behind the first door is another pit you have to fall into, to get to the actual entrance of the maze - Unlike most other dungeons in Skyrim, this one is almost completely dark, so don't forget to bring torches or equip appropriate spells and/or potions - You will also need a lot of lockpicks (if your lockpick level is low) or an open-master-lock spell (two expert and one master locks at the exit, other than that, movement throughout the maze is unimpeded – the whole thing is one big cell) - Finding the exit should be fairly difficult, so far very few people have reported having found it. - Compass is still enabled for now, as I don't know how to block it.   8. Hey everyone. So today is the day I'll be getting my VR set up and the first thing I'll probs try it out on is Sims 4. As we all know Sims has its 1st Person mode when you press Shift+Tab and if you look up if its possible to run Sims 4 on VR you get some info here and there saying yes and no, a YouTube video here or there,and "Is it compatible with Vorpx?" etc. I'll be aggresively trying to figure out how it works later on today, so once I have everything all figured out I'll be posting here what I did step by step as to help others in case they are curious or wanting to try Sims 4 in VR. Hopefully all goes well and others can use this as a place of reference to get VR set up for Sims 4 if that's something they're interested in.

    This mod adds Frostbite Clan slave dealer branches, at the outskirts of all five of the Skyrim Capitals. In two cases, where the branch facility is not located directly at a main access road, i.e. Windhelm and Solitude, it also adds a market stall at the palace district (Windhelm) and at the marketplace (Solitude). Please note: Since this mods adds quite a few exterior structures, it is very possible that it will clash with other mods which do the same. Even if the structures aren't in the same place, just the changes in navmeshes can cause CTDs as far as two cells apart. This is as much my fault as much as that of the authors of the other mods. The simple reason being, creating a navmesh which will prevent this issue is an extremely difficult and time-consuming process. It would easily triple the number of hours that go into this, so I just can't be bothered. TLDR: Features: - 5 non-interactive slaver outposts near the Skyrim capitals - 1 outpost at Solstheim: Raven Rock - 2 non-interactive marketplace stalls, at Windhelm (palace district), and Solitude (marketplace) - roughly 200 NPCs - all slavers and slaves are female (this will have a backstory reason) Planned Features: - more outposts - mines, quarries, brothels... - caravans - more factions Requirements: Sexlab Framework Devious Devices 5 ZAZ8 and their respective requirements! The goal is to populate Skyrim with slaves and slavers in a non-intrusive way and to create an atmosphere that slavery is a natural part of Skyrim’s life. Another purpose of the mod is to provide a stage for another future mod of mine, which will be a slavery campaign, in which the unfortunate enslaved player will be shipped around between outposts and worked hard and/or sold. It will provide a framework for various enslavement mods, like A Perilous Maze, and slavery mods (like quarries, mines, brothels etc.), but that’s still music of the future. Right now, the mod is non-interactive, simply providing the visuals. The only interaction you can have is a hello-line the dealers will drop if you come close to them. All the Frostbite Clan members have rudimentary AI and most (some guards and most slaves always stay in one place) of them will be on a schedule. All the branches feature highly detailed interiors, but stuff like ownership of all the multitudes of objects is still not completely finished. As said, the main purpose of the mod is to give you the impression that slavery is a commonplace thing so that you are not the only slave in Skyrim (if enslaved). Future versions will improve upon the detail and features of the current locations (I would like to make the dealers actual merchants able to sell you accessories and sell or buy slaves), Add more outposts in some of the smaller towns, add, as mentioned, various mines and quarries and othe places of slave employment, add one or two more slaver factions, and similar to Hydragorgon’s Slave Girls, some slaver caravans, but much fewer. This mod, like my previous as well as any of my future mods, focuses on the utilization of VR. Though this makes no practical difference, as of now, the future slavery campaign mod will be best experienced in VR (in particular things like slaving in the mines with realistic mining – you will sweat. But that, too is the music of the far future), though I will try and maintain support for SE, too, with some compromises. The Branches: Riften: The smallest of the capital outposts. This is due to its vicinity to the Frostbite Clan Fort over the exit from the Perilous Maze, which is a major base of operations with training and storage facilities. Slaves are transported from there, by boat, over Lake Honrich. The outpost is located right at the south-eastern gate of Riften. Windhelm: The Windhelm Facility is the main hub for the import of dark elf slaves from Solstheim. The facility is located down at the docks, around the corner, to the north. Whiterun: A slave shop on the main road, south-west of the main gate and west of the stables Markarth: Can’t miss it. Right on the access road to Markarth, this facility is the only branch trading in orcs. This is due to the difficulty of subduing and dealing with them. Unlike slaves of other races, orcs are only sold in bulk, to companies, for hard labor in mines and the like. Solitude: Thanks to its deep harbor, Solitude is the main hub for the import of slaves from overseas, mainly Redguards, and, of course, the export of Nord slaves. Due to the local strong influence of the Thalmor, this branch does not trade in high elves.     Please Note: I have reverted back to version 0.6a, as I seem to have introduced some nasty stuff with 0.7, like teleporting slaughterfish. This has probably to do with the extremely large size of the new level of the maze, and its navmesh, during the creation of which some nasty things happened which I thought I have undone, but they probably left a lot of mess behind. This means that I also have reverted the cleanup of the exterior navmeshes, so I'll redo that at some point, but it shouldn't be game-breaking. Please also note that at least one user has experienced CTDs upon installing 0.6a, so it isn't necessarily stable, as the name might suggest. The path of learning the intricacies of CK is truly a painful one. I apologize for any inconvenience this mod might have caused. I feel inclined to move my main efforts to the Ambient Slaves mod. So updates will be less frequent now. I will focus on finishing the quest starters and cleaning everything up as much as possible. Ambient Slaves SE/VR now works without requiring A Perilous Maze as a prerequisite. Thanks to the many kind users, who have helped me iron out the kinks, and who have provided me with a lot of useful information on how to proceed, this mod is slowly starting to take shape. The mod now features its first, fully voiced, yet well hidden quest. Will you be able to find the quest-giver? The locations are now in a fairly polished state, with all navmeshes complete. If you successfully find your way through the maze, the mod will try and hand you off to Simple Slavery ++ (unless you resist). WARNING: When captured, all your belongings will be taken from you, including quest items, and stored in a chest in the fort. I recommend making a backup save before entering the maze. This is my first mod, so mishaps are likely to occur, so make sure you have a savegame backed up, before using it. For instance, for quite some time, the mod package was missing texture files for the slavers in the fort, what caused the game to crash, whenever you got close to it. That's thankfully a thing of the past now. But I'm sure to make new mistakes, especially, as the more complex stages of the mod's development commence. Description: Rumor has it that there is a hidden maze in the vicinity of Riften, which harbors treasures beyond imagination. Intrigued by this rumor, looking for more clues, you are able to purchase a piece of parchment from a mysterious woman who claims it is related to the treasure. After carefully studying it, you determine that the entrance must lie somewhere in the vicinity of the Darklight Tower. Filled with dreams of fame and wealth, equipped with a rough map, you set out to find it. And find it you do, but soon you realize that that your in for more than you bargained for... Hard Requirements: Sexlabs Framework Devious Devices 5 ZAZ8 and all their respective requirements. Soft Requirements: Simple Slavery plus plus Since it is fairly easy, in the Creation Kit, to accidentally include masters which are not necessary (the column is narrow and many files have similar names), it has happened, and it can happen again, that I accidentally include masters which are not needed. If you notice that this is the case, i.e. if something is required which is not on the list above, nor is it a requirement thereof, this is most likely an accident, please let me know and I'll fix it. For a more challenging experience, please make sure to deactivate all quests in your journal, as otherwise quest markers will point you to the exit. Features - For testing purposes (also no other objects to point you in the right direction exist yet), a revealed map marker will lead you directly to the entrance - The entrance is in a concealed, (hopefully) inescapable fall pit - Fast travel is disabled in the cell with the pit (outgoing, incoming is fine) as well as at the exit location - Behind the first door is another pit you have to fall into, to get to the actual entrance of the maze - Unlike most other dungeons in Skyrim, this one is almost completely dark, so don't forget to bring torches or equip appropriate spells and/or potions - You will also need a lot of lockpicks (if your lockpick level is low) or an open-master-lock spell (two expert and one master locks at the exit, other than that, movement throughout the maze is unimpeded – the whole thing is one big cell) - Finding the exit should be fairly difficult, so far very few people have reported having found it. - Compass is still enabled for now, as I don't know how to block it. This post is going to be just a collection of random thoughts that occurred to me, which I want to write down here, before I forget them completely. 1 - I've made an observation that with the VR version of Skyrim, whenever the game fails to load, when started through SKSE in Vortex (window doesn't come up at all, or for just a second), it almost always helps to restart the computer. I've noted this earlier, but back when I was starting to mod the VR game, I may have unnecessarily reinstalled the whole game a few times, just because I didn't know this, so I think it's worth highlighting this. It seems the game can be run three or four times, before a restart is needed. EDIT: It turns out, it is not necessary to restart the computer, but just the Oculus and Steam VR apps (haven't tried Steam VR alone yet), so the issue is caused by either Oculus or Steam VR. 2 - Having started to develop my own mod, I've come to realize something about adult-themed content in games. It makes them so much more engaging. In my current game, there isn't even much adult stuff going on, at the moment, but knowing the enslavement and prison etc. mods are active and waiting for me to make a mistake, makes the experience so much more thrilling. Something that I've been missing in games, for the past ten years or so. I've never enjoyed a vanilla playthrough of Skyrim this much. I think it's a shame, the industry as a whole is keeping its hands away from these themes. It doesn't have to be in your face, just the underlying thrill does wonders. Why has the whole world have to be so prudish... Why do we have to ignore the pretty much strongest instinct that drives people, in games? How does that make any sense? Also, in an effort to avoid everyone in Skyrim revering me as the Dragonborn, I am intentionally avoiding speaking to the Jarl of Whiterun. I am at level 25 and dragons are nowhere to be seen. So, instead of going through the pain of the main quest, the best way how to protect the inhabitants of Skyrim is to go about your own business. Who would have thought. An unsung hero, I like it much more than the standard story line. It also keeps my Shout button free for the "hidden pocket". Speaking of avoiding the Jarl, I have discovered a fairly new mod, which could help circumvent the intro scene camera bug in VR, which prevents me from creating new characters, once the game is modded. I haven't tested it yet, but based on the description, it's pretty much exactly what I was looking for for some time now. This is particularly difficult because most of the actors are/will be female, and I am a dude. I have tried several voice-changer apps, including the full version of Voicemod, but in spite of initial promising results, the output is not satisfactory. Thus, I am now opting for xVASynth (waiting for the download to complete as I am writing this). It seems it will be a lot of work, but maybe it could work. We'll see.
  12. I'm working on a mod where you have to navigate a maze in almost complete darkness, with just the light you brought with you, and the lower level of this maze is flooded with ankle-high water. This looks amazing in SE and adds a whole lot to the atmosphere of the place. In VR, however, no matter what water-improvement mods I install, the water always looks terrible, the main issue being it is too bright, sort of a cyan shade, and can be seen far beyond the range within which everything else disappears in darkness, what quite spoils the intended gameplay. As I do not want to do away with the water, since I have further plans with it, not just cosmetics, I really need to find a solution for this issue. Now, I have determined, or so I think, that the issue is mainly caused by a base bitmap that is (very clearly) always reflected by the water, regardless of lighting and the environment. This isn't very apparent in well-lit areas, but when it gets very dark, the contrast suddenly becomes very strong. So I think there might be a quite simple solution to this, i.e. replace the reflected bitmap with a darker version of itself, and everything should be fine. The only issue being, I have no idea where or what to look for. Can anyone please give me any hints, or any suggestions on other ways how to circumvent this issue? Many thanks!
  13. I accidentally found a working "fix" for the inability to designate your owner in Simple Slavery++ and Submissive Lola: the Resubmission integration. I got the SE version of the game, not really to do this, but rather to be able to compare how certain mods behave in one, as compared to the other, I modded the SE version with the same mods, apart from those which are VR-specific (like VRIK), or VR alternates (like SKSEVR vs SKSE64), and since the VR version is built on the SE version, I thought I'd try if the VR version was able to load the SE version's savegames. And it turns out that yes. Worked like a charm, no apparent issues, so far. And since I had designated the owner in the SE version already, I took a look in the SLR MCM mod integration menu in VR, and there she was! This might also be a possible workaround for the Prison Overhaul Patched (which isn't even supposed to work in SE, yet it does), if the process will work the other way around – haven't tested it yet – a little tedious, but if it's a long sentence, it might be worth it. Right now POP works fairly well in VR, considering. The walks, if stuck can now be unblocked in ZAZ player control center (this did not work before, and I do not know what fixed this), right until the final stuckage (I know that's not a word) at the cell, which, as I mentioned in my previous entry, can be solved by teleporting in the MCM POP debug menu. Animations work better now, I only get the spinning head when the Jailer enters, and when she's leaving (when I'm ordered to lie down – I suppose this means it will also occur on crosses and pillories etc.), but that is manageable with the partial spin fix (see previous post). The camera is still locked to the head. But the aggressive SL animations all play nicely, without spinning. Only when you are about to be released, comes a major problem, as the jailer gets into a loop, with periodic 30s freezes every one or two minutes, and won't release you, and you can't leave, as you're always teleported back, even with all controls restored in ZAZ. So, I guess I'll make it so I don't end up in prison all too often, and when I do, I'll just switch to SE, and come back after serving the sentence... In this last build I somehow even got the intro scene (drive to Helgen) working again, but I broke it, yet again, by uninstalling POP (later I had to reinstall it, because the uninstall broke my savegame and I didn't want to go through the 7 first levels for the seventh billionth time). So, there you go. Feedback appreciated.
  14. It seems I have reached an end point of my endeavor. I have a mostly stable build, though I did experience one crash today, after about four hours of play, which seems acceptable. I have all my favorite mods installed and most of them work fairly issue-free. So, after this post, this "diary" is probably going to be updated much less frequently. In this entry, I want to sum up the important things I have learned, present you with a final list of my mods, and also list all the issues that persist, which are unlikely to be resolved any time soon. Please, take my guide with a grain of salt. As the title suggests, I am an absolute noob in modding. All you'll find here, is a collection of the conclusions I have come to, when it comes to getting all these mods running in VR, all of the solutions to the individual problems have been addressed much better by much more experienced modders elsewhere, but I did not find any single place which would bring all of this together in an all-in-one solution for someone like me two weeks ago, who just got the game and wants the mods running as soon as possible. Credit goes to all those authors whose names I have long forgotten. First, you'll need a mod organizer. And make your peace with having to download and install 20+ mods prior to running anything. But once you get the essentials, most mods will rely on these and the more you have, the less of a hassle it will be to add new ones. Also prepare yourself that your first attempts will most likely fail. Only through persistence and trial and error will you succeed. Expect to lose a few days, before you get satisfactory results. Another important note is that you have to prepare at least one (I made multiple, just in case of overwrites) clean save right at the beginning of the game (at and after Helgen), before you mod the game, because once you do, the intro scene will glitch (spinning camera hanging in the air, wagon and NPCs missing) and you won't be able to get to character creation. This time I am not going to try to list the mods in their deploy and/or install order, as I am too lazy to type them all out again, and the LOOT export feature seems to only list plugins. So I'll use an updated list from two posts back. I stress again, the load order is completely different from what you will see here. Use common sense during installations, i.e. install patches after what is being patched, mods that rely on other mods after their respective masters, SKSEVR and FNIS first, of course. I use Vortex as my mod manager, and though I have noticed many people cursing this tool, I did not find anything particularly annoying about it. One of the things I really like about it, for instance, is the FNIS integration. Make sure you have the VR version of FNIS installed and don't forget to set up the ini. Instruction on how to do that is provided by FNIS itself, when you run it and the ini isn't set up. After you install FNIS, and before you install any other mods, in the Vortex settings tab, you should enable the "Run FNIS on Deployment Event" option. Under Configure FNIS in the Mods tab, check only the first two boxes. The VR version of SkyUI should probably also be among the first mods installed. After these essentials, I proceeded to install all of the HDT physics, extended skeleton, and body enhancement mods, this time I went again with CBBE, and then of course Bodyslide. I intentionally won't provide the exact installation and load order, for one, as stated above, because it's too much work, and also, because it probably isn't the optimal order anyway. The LOOT tool pretty much takes care of this. Seems to work every time, even with varying load orders. One of the major hassles and one thing I won't help you with, is collecting the right mod files. Those are scattered all over Nexus and Loverslab, and some are a real pain to find, as the Nexus search feature is totally broken and the searches here also often yield irrelevant results. Unfortunately, I never collected the links, so you will have to go through that same ordeal. But at least you'll know what you're looking for. The mod names I'll list here mostly correspond to the file names, though I have clipped the long numerical codes (builds?) at the end of some of them, leaving only the version number (because I had to type everything by hand). One file was only named "data.7z". Here I'll add a note how I found it. Make sure you really have the FNIS activation feature enabled. If not, you'll have to run it manually every time you add something that has something to do with animation, or just every time you add any mod, just to be sure. If you fail to do this, your game probably won't start, or you'll get really weird glitches. I highly recommend putting the downloaded files for which you have verified that they actually work with VR (i.e. the list below), in a separate folder, to avoid accidentally installing anything else. This fix will make the spinning camera problem somewhat bearable – essential!) - C5Kev's Sexy Bondage Armor CBBE NoHS-102761-1 (another skimpy prostitution outfit) Make sure you deleted the dlls from the mods in all of the three instances listed above, or you'll get a compatibility error. When done installing mods, don't forget to run Bodyslide and build all models, or some NPCs will have invisible bodies. Check that all plugins in the plugins tab are actually enabled. If not, enable. Exit Vortex and run LOOT. Let loot sort the mods and click apply. Leave LOOT and start Vortex again. Deploy mods from the orange bar in the Mods tab Just to be sure, run FNIS one last time (only the first two boxes checked) Run the game through SKSEVR in the Dashboard of Vortex Unless I have forgotten to mention something, set up like this, the game should start up right on the first attempt. If it crashes, try again. If it crashes a second time, try restarting your computer (this actually helped me, after some tinkering, when I thought I broke the game completely, again. It would not start at all, attempt after attempt, but after the restart, it started reliably, every single time) Now for the issues: - I have mentioned the broken intro. It seems, other players, using completely different mods, are experiencing the same. It seems to be related to just the amount of mods loaded, and as far as I can tell, nothing can be done about it. I haven't tried the alternate start mod, but others have reported it doesn't work either. So, as said, make sure you have a reserve of clean saves, before you mod. The fix I mentioned in my previous entry, by the way, did absolutely nothing. - The single biggest issue now is the ZAZ leash and ZAZ animations. The leash barely works. When you are able to move, make sure you stay close to your captor, or you'll get stuck. you should get teleported if you're stuck, but that breaks the immersion. In the Prison Overhaul Patched mod, I get stuck every time when I am supposed to enter a cell. This can luckily be solved by clicking the "teleport to cell" (or something to that effect) debug option in the POP MCM menu a couple of times, it's not perfect, but it works. The animations on the other hand, are really bad. Every time a BDSM-related scene plays, unlike in standard SexLabs sex animations, you're stuck in 1st person and your head starts spinning like crazy (like in the intro). This can be made bearable by installing the spin fix mentioned in the list. With it, you will be better able to stop the spin by positioning your head correctly, but most of the scenes will not be very enjoyable. I contacted t.ara, the creator of ZAZ, and I have learned that this is a known issue and there are no plans/there is no way to solve this. An upcoming update to version 9 should hopefully repair at least some of the animations (pray to Namira). I was also told that pressing "3" might switch you to 3rd person, though I doubt it will work, as none of the SL controls work. I haven't tried this yet. This is unfortunately a major downside to playing this type of mods in VR. But you should try anyway, as t.ara said that every individual computer handles this differently, so you might be luckier than I am. - In the inventory and dialogue menus, the thumbsticks are still way too sensitive, so it's very difficult to select items or options, but with patience and practice, it is possible, just enough, not to be game-breaking. Probably related to one or more of the installed mods, but I do not have the energy to figure out which, right now. This phenomenon was present in the previous build, too, so it's likely not a one-off. I could only find very little on this issue on the Internet, and nothing useful. - Submissive Lola: the Resubmission does not support owner selection in VR, at least with VRIK, because the crosshair is missing. I never tried it without VRIK, so that might be worth a shot. I suppose you would have to take out the bow to get the crosshair. It does appear in VRIK when you cast targeted spells, so I tried that, but that didn't work. So if you want to connect Simple Slavery ++ and SLR, you will have to do it through the dialogue option. As this is a very long post, I have probably forgotten something important, so I might revisit it and edit. I hope this was helpful, and if it was, I would appreciate if you let me know, because right now, I do not know, if anyone is actually reading these posts. I can see there are views, but those might be just from searches looking for something else. Feedback will encourage me to write more.

Basically it's a manual and review/info site on anything VR porn related. Which headset to use, the best VR porn sites, which player to use and so on.   16. I'm back. Havnig resolved what the probable most stable mods for me are, I made a final list and decided to start, again, from scratch, reinstalling the game (after wiping all its directories), starting a new savegame, so as to eliminate carrying over any issues from faultily deployed mods or wrong mods from earlier. Many of the issues described in the last post have been more less resolved. The Racemenu issue was caused by my failure to include the Racemenu Special Edition mod, along with the VR version, which is just a dll and an ini, I think, so no wonder it didn't work. It works almost perfectly now, apart from the fact that the character assumes a fairly unnatural pose during the edit, but the face is well visible, so it's no issue. An important note on this (which I haven't noticed in the Nexus post – doesn't mean it isn't there) is that you need to remove the skee64.dll and ini files, in order to avoid a compatibility error. I recommend repacking the mod without these files and only then placing it into your mod organizer. I also did this for the Devious Devices dll which had the same issue, so now I have all the stable mod packages in one directory, and if I want to do a clean build, I can no longer mess it up by dropping in something from LE or a version of a mod that doesn't work. The Rydin animation issue was, again, my fault, as I was accidentally trying to load the LE version. The SE version works perfectly, so I got rid of the Cobalt pack. The Prison Overhaul Patched problem is still there, but I noticed there is a debug option to teleport to the prison cell, which breaks the deadlock after being triggered one or two times. All BDSM animations still result in an uncontrollable headspin, as the one described in the starting scene, it is impossible to enter the free camera mode, yet standard SexLabs sex animations allow the camera to move freely and animations play just fine. I think this is all related to the leash controls of ZAZ, which were probably never designed to work in VR. Right now, I am trying out a fix, that might at least mitigate the issue somewhat. So far, I have only tried to start a new game, the head spin was still there (wagon going off in the distance without me), but this time the spinning speed was much lower, and it was much easier to center the camera out and keep it under control, so I hope the same will happen in the animations (what I am about to try out now). It seems there is no way to switch to 3rd person, as there is no 3rd person mod for VR that I am aware of. So keep your fingers crossed. If you can't wait, you can find this mod in one of the forums here, on a mod called Flower Girls. I found another fix, which is supposed to solve the spin and wagon issue in the starting scene, but I haven't installed that one yet, as I first want to test the other one, in case they interfere with one another. I also managed to get rid of the annoying everyone wearing a collar phenomenon, which was caused by the SL Fame Framework. In the NPC options, just disable the option for NPCs to wear something. Worked like butter, only I had to start again from a clean save, as it caused a persistent Papyrus log error (reported by SFF). In this new install, in the Bodyslide studio, I built everything with the "zeroed" preset and it seems to have resolved the issue with the ankle and hands gap, apart from my own body, which I have created in the vanilla character creation (before applying mods, as otherwise I'd get stuck in the air near Helgen, forever, unable to make a clean save), with the weight slider all the way to thin, which I think might be at the root of this. But the gaps are barely noticeable. I still have a problem with inventory menus, with the controls being extremely sensitive, making it very hard to zero in on a particular item, and I still think this is somehow connected to the camera issue. Slave tats work now. Also, I discovered LOOT. I had been looking for that earlier, but search results always yielded the Devious Loot mod or something like that. But no, it's a load order organizer for noobs like me. You should check it out. Even though, by now, I do have a rough idea on how to organize mods, it's still quite helpful. I'll continue testing all the mods and report back, when I learn more. So far, this seems to be the best build yet.
  17. So, yesterday at 3 AM I finally completed building my fifth build of the game. Rather than building it from scratch, I dismantled half o my last build, particularly all animation related stuff, as my tinkering in the last build eventually led to everyone T-posing, and then rebuilt it again. Then came the time to launch, and of course the game immediately crashed, but this time, I got a warning that SKSE log reports some incompatibility. Conveniently, Vortex provided a link to the log file. I was wondering where this particular log file was, before, but somehow I never got around to actually seriously looking for it. Well, its in Documents/My Games/Skyrim VR/SKSE. Once I opened the log, I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the language in it was, so I quickly established that the problem lies with Devious Devices. I had the latest version installed, plus the VR patch. So I did some digging and eventually found, on a forum here, a link to a mod named Devious Devices SKSE 1.5.62 runtime 2.0.12, which seemed to have resolved this same issue for someone else. But installing that didn't help either, the crashes (or failed launches rather), persisted. So I went and looked directly in the deployment directory, whether the Devious Devices dll from the newest addition was really deployed, and it was. But then it occurred to me, what if the dll from the VR patch (from before adding the runtime mod, wasn't deployed – something similar happened to me before, with the Papyrus extender. By the way, the only way to get that one working is to unpack the Sexlab Framework mod, remove the PapyrusUtil.dll from there, repack it, install, and then install the standalone papyrus VR mod). So I manually overwrote the current dll with the one from the VR patch, launched... And the game started up, right on the first try, no relaunch necessary on every launch, like in my previous build, which is really encouraging, a significant step up. What's more, all animations work again and the gagged mouth closed issue was resolved (not sure which of my measures fixed it, but I did add a mod named MfgFix-vr-11669-1-0vr which was supposed to address this exact issue). I removed the DD runtime thingy, as I thought it's probably redundant (also older than the actual DD) and the game still runs like butter. This new build is very stable, I played for several hours and launched it several times, so I finally feel confident enough to share my mod list and order at the end of this post. The issues that remain: - Racemenu still won't appear, but works in some fashion, because other mods rely on it and those do work. This is currently the highest priority along with, - Sexlabs, since my previous build doesn't hand over camera controls, even when set to free camera and 3rd person. I am always stuck in 1st person, what would be fine, if in some cases the camera wouldn't spin like crazy. The spinning can actually be stopped by turning one's head veeeeery slowly in a very precise position, so it seems that it actually works (in 1st person) correctly, but the controls are overly sensitive. It is the same issue I had with the camera, when racemenu was disabled in my last build. Also, there is another issue, which I failed to mention last time, which could also be related, - In inventory, magic and dialogue menus the stick controls are extremely sensitive so that you zoom through the entire menu within a fraction of a second. The menus can still be navigated, but it's a pain in the ass. - I still feel that there should be way more animations available. This time around I installed ZAZ 7 first and 8 second, but it does not seem to have made any difference, so I'm thinking of removing 7 again. Maybe, they aren't separate packs after all. Couldn't find a clear answer for that, as of now. I did manage, however, to successfully install and launch the SL Animation Loader and imported the Cobalt (SE) spanking animations. They registered with SL and do appear in spanking scenes, but they are a little stiff and often rely on furniture which isn't there, so I guess I'll give Rydlin another chance, ignoring the FNIS inconsistency messages. I'd be very thankful for any suggestions for BDSM related animations, ideally for the SLAL, as that works reliably now. - Finally, I have an issue with the ZAZ leash, in combination with Prison Overhaul Patched. Whenever I am teleported, I stop being able to move, when following a guard. I resolved this by setting guard speed to walk, but still, when you finally reach the cell and the Jailer tells you to go in, I get stuck. When stuck after a teleport, switching to VRIK selfie mode, I can see that the body wants to go in the suggested direction, the upper body and hands stretch in that direction, but the feet remain fixed to the ground and won't let it happen. At the cell, a walking animation plays, when I try to go in, but I can't move. Eventually, after wriggling the controls frantically for a few minutes, in small jumps my body did eventually move into the cell. Before that, I tried using the "push actor" debug feature in the Skyrim Utility Mod, but I am not sure that this was what got me partially unstuck. It was clear that the direction is not controlled by me, but rather the leash. And yes, I tried to restore (override) control over my body in ZAZ, but that did nothing. When the Jailer left, controls were restored. But there was another problem, when opening the game menu, I was still in the Skyrim Utility Mod MCM menu and couldn't leave it or manipulate it in any way. So I couldn't save my game either. I suspect this may be due to the fact I have the "hardcore mode" engaged in POP, so I'll test that. - the collars around the hands and feet of NPCs still remain. I am sure this is due to my experimenting with Bodyslide. In the fourth build, I tried using CBBE instead of UNP and accidentally checked the morph option, what applied, I guess the presets from the individual mods (I wanted to keep the vanilla proportions) and now I can't get rid of that. In this build I switched back to UNP and rebuilt everything with the morph box unchecked, but I guess the settings from the previous build were used, so I'll have to figure that one out somehow. - SlaveTats works but says my body doesn't support overlays. I guess I'll have to revert to CBBE (?) There are still many things to be tested, but there is definitely a trend towards everything working as it should and I am pretty sure, I'll eventually get there. So here's the promised mod list. I am sure that, due to my ignorance, there still might be some significant issues with that, so if you are more experienced than I am, I'll welcome any suggestions. Note: I did not set the order of all mods manually (edit - after reviewing the list now, I see that many mods are in completely different positions than I want them to be), as there are still a lot of question marks for me what rules to apply, many just ended up in the place they are through the inner workings of Vortex, quite differently from the order I installed them.   18. So, for the first time, actually (before, I just thought I did) I was able to run all of the mods but one (I think ZAZ 7 – see below) I wanted. And almost until the last few steps, there were no stability issues at all. But then I noticed that even though installed, hydragorgon's Slave Girls were missing. The menu, too (not sure, if there's supposed to be one, but in the LE version was one with something like "group A", "group B"... it wasn't really clear what the options did, if anything. I think in the SE version this may be integrated with the DD5 events/pauses menu, as, later, when I got the mod working, I reduced these to a minimum (because NPCs like shopkeepers were suddenly wearing collars), this seemed to also result in the girls' near vanishing. So that's one thing I'm not sure how to fix. But I'm going off on a tangent. I also noticed that SL registers suspiciously few animations (only 113 for humans) and yes, I did register the ZAZ ones and rebuilt. I reached the conclusion that this is because I only installed version 8 and that rather than being an updated version 7, this was another set of animations. The file sizes seemed to suggest so. I also had an issue with the Prison Overhaul Patched mod, which was invisible in MCM, though installed and deployed with no error messages. Here I concluded that this is because I was missing one of the stated requirements, UI Extensions. I didn't install this mod at first, because I thought it was redundant to and/or conflicting with SkyUI. Didn't want to miss out on POP though, so I installed ZAZ 7 and UI Extensions. FNIS showed a significant increase in animations, all clear, UIE deployed with no messages, and I also reinstalled hydragon's slavegirls, I deployed everything,... and the game crashed and crashed, immediately upon start, sometimes even without its window ever appearing. I noticed that in the Sexlabs log file (and in later attempts in the papyrus logfile) there were two error messages, one was something about a trampoline failing to load before pictures or something, the other, the "fatal" one, I unfortunately totally forgot (and dumb as I am, I did not make a copy), but searches yielded results in vanilla (as in not adult) Skyrim forums that this likely had to do something with the loading of .dlls So I went ahead and uninstalled and removed everything I just installed, including the Slave Girls, but the error still persisted. So I figured I must have overwritten something somewhere. The Vortex messages, when asking about duplicities, what to keep, still confuse me. Dreading the necessity to rebuild the whole game for a fourth time, just after I spent a whole day building this one, I felt I have nothing to lose, and since I suspected the UI Extensions to be the culprit (by interfering with SkyUI), I just tried to reinstall SkyUI. The first launch failed, but a second one succeeded. Then I noticed that the FNIS Data mod somhow got way up the launch order, in the middle of it, what surprised me, as I thought I had clicked all the options for Vortex to always keep it at the bottom. Movin the dependency icon brought up the rule dialog, where I set to load after the last mod listed, but it had no effect. The mod stayed in the middle (probably just my ignorance on how this is done correctly]. So I uninstalled it and recreated it through another deployment. This worked, and encouraged by the success I thought this might have been the cause why the mods I just removed did not work. So I installed them yet again, with deployment (including automatic FNIS) and this time, again, on the second launch, everything loaded, no error messages, All menus present in the MCM, apart from Slave Girls (if there is any), but the girls themselves are present. I loaded a clean save and everything seems to be working but for the animations. Still at 113. All the DD animations seem to be missing, yet Scenes of pillories crosses etc. display more less correctly. I also don't seem to have any spanking animations, as the Rydlin ones produced some menacing-looking error messages, and the Cobalt ones reported incompatibility of the hkx (or hxk?) behavior file with Skyrim VR (as I was troubleshooting the other issue, I did not want to bring even more variables into play and left this disabled). I'm not sure whether ZAZ is supposed to contain any spanking anims. Thirdly All NPCS and my PC, when wearing a gag, keep their mouth closed. I have mouth animation in SL checked. This is quite annoying. A little less annoying, but still bad, is the re-appearance of seams around wrists and ankles, but that is probably an unrelated issue, most likely connected to bodyslide, as I only remembered to run it, when I met a bodyless Laura in her shop (ran FNIS and deployed afterwards). But I did get POP running, all mods installed (41, most of them from here), so that at least proves it can be done. I'm sure I have made some grave mistakes, when making this build, what fills me with optimism that it probably can be done much better. Now I'll try install the Cobalt animations (I suspect Sky VR compatibility messages in FNIS may be harmless, as I had the same issue in Classic edition, ran it anyway and it worked. So I'll be probably doing another build soon, when I have completely broken this one. But at least I got a list of potentionally compatible mod versions out of it. The most serious issue seems to be ZAZ 7, which, I think could be behind the closed mouths (it's increasingly hard to tell which mod does what) and the serious deficit of animations for Defeat etc... Oh yes, I got SL Defeat SE semi-working (semi, because of the lack of animations), that was something entirely impossible in my first build. Last but not least, though I have the VR racemenu installed, it doesn't seem to have an MCM menu and on start of the game (Helgen), it is skipped and can't be brought up through the console. I loaded an unmodded Whiterun level 1 save from before modding, which was the only way I was able to obtain a female character. I tried to disable racemenu and run the game without it just for the character creation, but this resulted in the PC camera spinning frantically in the air, the wagons and NPCs invisible, sounds moving towards Helgen, but the camera hanging in the air in the same spot, for longer than the intro is supposed to take. With the racemenu enabled, the camera also hangs 3 m over the cart, but moves with it and the scene plays out correctly, with a little of weird body stretching at the chopping block. I think that may be related to VRIK, as I can't perform a calibration until my hands are unbound and I can use the power. So now it's back to tinkering. I'll report back when there's some development...
  19. In my first entry, I'd like to talk about the Fores New Idles in Skyrim mod. I can't stress enough, how important it is. When I first stumbled across this site and found all those wonderful mods, I just wanted to play them right away, and did not really want to bother with the technical details of how to get them running. That was a big mistake. Some posts I have read seemed to suggest that Vortex (the mod manager I am using {I'm assuming that if you're reading this, you're a noob like me, too} – you can't do without one, unless you are a wizard of some kind) is entirely fool-proof and you basically just drop your mods in there and that's that. And FNIS seemed to me just like one of many mods, of no particular importance, what is the main point I want to bring across here: it isn't just another mod. It's absolutely essential, and its absolutely essential to get it working properly. Another such tool is the SKSE, a requirement for pretty much all mods, but that's much easier to figure out. The FNIS does have a VR version so make sure you install that, rather than any other version. I'm not posting the link here for now (or maybe ever), because I'm too lazy for that and there are posts doing this very well, if you look for them. But, eventually, once I verify my build is stable enough, I might post it here along with the entire mod order I am using. From what I understand, FNIS is basically a tool that processes additional animations so that Skyrim can understand them. And if you mess it up, you will get crashes, i.e. "CTDs", and it will break your game. Using FNIS isn't very intuitive, but when you know how important it is, there is information out there, how to set it up. Once you have FNIS installed properly (note: this encompasses the manual editing and copying of an .ini file – you will be prompted to do this by FNIS itself, if you fail to do this), watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYEAnTdZb-s&t=912s This really opened my eyes and resolved 80% of the issues I was having. So the lesson I took here is that some mods are more important than others, and you will be well advised to take the time and study how to use them, because there's no way around it, and if you don't, you'll just waste time making broken builds like me, and eventually you'll have to learn about this stuff anyway. I was lucky enough that my first build, by some divine miracle, kind of worked (the game did not always crash, merely a lot), even though, from a FNIS perspective, as I now can see, it was a total disaster. That kept me going. I attributed the issues I was having to incompatibility of the VR version of the game with SE mods, but once I gained some rudimentary understanding on how to use it properly, it turned out that most of them actually work just fine. So the lesson here is, don't give up, most SE mods probably will work in VR, and if not, sooner or later, someone will patch them, as every day some Skyrim gamer somewhere gets a new VR headset and once you have it, there's no going back. Understandably so, because, especially in combination with BDSM-themed mods, the VR experience brings the game to a whole new level. It just blew me away.

I followed the tutorials exactly, tried reinstalling everything and going through the internet to see if i can find a solution that works... but nothing. https://i.imgur.com/fn9UlM4.jpg currently papyrusutilVR is the only thing providing papyrusutil.dll, I deleted logs, reinstalled in different orders, the only thing I wasn't able to do was change papyrus mod load order, since there's no esp or esm, if anyone can tell me how to do that, that'll be much appreciated. I spent 12 hrs trying to get this to work, but now im done, throwing in the towel and need help.
  21. Hi, guys. Recently I've discovered a cool program - Trinus VR. With this you can play many FPV games in VR, using just your phone and VR glasses (cardboard or something), but requires a few setups first, like sensivity, quality and other stuff. But it has a free trial, so you can try it yourself and see if it worths your time. Works fine with Wicked Whims, but personally I can't play it non-stop, because I barely see an interface (buffs, needs and messages), but at least I can look and walk around, also do various things through the pie menu. Here's a few my screenshots. So, what do you think? Cool or trash?

This is a dual-project I'm currently working on, consisting of two interconnected projects: Prelewd, a 3D porn simulation with VR capabilities and support for SFM animations Pragma Filmmaker (PFM), an open-source alternative to SFM, with raytracing and VR rendering capabilities || Overview || Both Prelewd and the Pragma Filmmaker (PFM) run on my open-source, custom-built Game Engine "Pragma", which has support for physically based rendering, Source Engine and Source 2 asset formats, extensive modding support with the Lua programming language, VR support, support for both OpenGL and Vulkan, etc. Both Prelewd and PFM are tightly interconnected and based on the same implementation, which means that most progress on either one also benefits the other. || Prelewd || I've only started working on Prelewd a short time ago, so it's far from feature complete and it's currently in a very early beta state.   23. Hello. Just as the title states, Dialogue with any NPC is broken in my game. I would like to avoid disabling all of my mod or at least save it for the last resort... What happens: When I activate an NPC dialogue works fine at first. I can choose my options and move on. If I try to speak to the same NPC again, I get locked in place with the NPC staring at me waiting to choose a dialogue option only I cannot see a menu to choose an option. I have to wait for the dialogue to "Time out" before I can move again. The only thing that fixes this is to restart Skyrim VR which is very annoying.   24. So I spent the last month give or take on trying to mod Skyrim VR to how I like it. Recently I thought I got it working but low and behold some issues popped up and I'm back to square one. So after pouring over these forums trying to find my answer and only getting halfway there, I decided to post this subject with a sort of running commentary in hopes that smarter people than me can see my mistakes as I make them. Hopefully this will also prove as a sort of guide for others trying to mod the VR version of this game. I suppose I should start by listing the mods I intend to use: Once I reinstall Skyrim VR I will start installing the mods using Vortex (tried using MO2 but didn't like it).
