============================================================================================= THE FIX The pack im using uses pandora animation loader. the issue with this is that pandora dosent/didnt give any warnings. Installed and ran FNIS, this showed me that files called "babo" where incompatible with my SKSE, thru gpt i found these files where added by baka_defeat. Removing baka_defeat in favor for defeat vers "Defeat SSE" Fixed the animations issue and no longer T-Posing... however. game was still crashing on animation start. To resolve this I simply reinstalled the pack from a back up and added all my desired mods again with the new Defeat but minus FNIS this time as pandora is more upto date and now everything works as intended. My takeaway from this is just because one mod is more uptodate and works smoother (pandora) dosent mean other mods (fnis) arnt still useful for trouble shooting etc, so if your having issues with animations but don't use/have FNIS Ill advice making a pack back up, installing fnis and running it to see if you get any error/warnings. ============================================================================================= Hello, I'm playing useing wabbajack "ARSE" pack, and i added some mods to the pack but now everyone are now T-posing and npcs cant physically Move (I can still move and I can hear myself attacking etc but npcs dont) and I'm not sure entirely why/whats caused it (I know its ovbisouly one of my mods) but removing them dosent fix the issue ARSE comes with pandora so thats what im running before I launch. The text file has the pandora output and if you scroll down you can see the mod list at line 178 or if your not using notepad++ look for the below for when the modlist starts ==================== Installed mods below and installed in the order they show up and mods I've added have "BC" at the end of the mod name ==================== As i mentioned im using ARSE Webbajack mod pack, and mods ive added Ive added the "BC" to the ends If anyone knows a fix, what mod I have to remove OR update, please let me know. I have skyrim with several mods with a main game with a few adult mods, but for some reason some specific animals are frozen in Tpose but others like wolves, dogs and dragons are normal but the mammoths, deer and summons are frozen. what can cause this? I already have experience installing mods so I tried Fnis, nemesis and loot nothing. I do have some animations installed but it shouldn't affect those animals

I think i got everything right, i have every requirement and every right mod, but when i load the save my character and also npcs are all in T pose, i runned fnis multiple times, in the right way, i did create an fnis output folder from overwrite after running fnis. I used loot to sort plugins and used wrye bash. Maybe u guys can tell me what can be causing this.

Final Edit: Solution (kind of) - So I just decided to uninstall FNIS after multiple efforts to make it work, and decided to use Nemesis. I think some mods broke, but it seems to be mostly working which is good enough for me. Thanks for all the suggestions. Edit: I disabled MoreNastyCritters and Animations by Leito because FNIS was telling me they weren't compatible with SSE Edit2: Ignore the disabled FNIS in the images, I was testing things. Edit3: I disabled all mods and cleared the overwrite and it's still T-Posing. Not sure what's wrong anymore... Edit4: Very sure it's FNIS now. Reinstalled Skyrim on a clean slate with only Unofficaly Skyrim SE Patch, Alternate Start, No intro for SE installed for testing purposes. With FNIS not installed, characters walk fine. With FNIS installed and ungenerated/generated, T-Pose persists. New to modding. Tried installing a few mods with custom animations, and I think I hit a snag somewhere there. Now all characters are stuck in a permenent t-pose. Kind of feel defeated after I thought I successfully went through the whole list of troubleshooting. Having a little issue getting my animations to work. I just got the Funnybizness SLAL SE pack and it doesn't work, i opened my MCM, used SLAL to register it and it said registered 108 animations, but whenever I would try to use defeat and do the animation, both PC and NPC just stand completely still. My osex animation work completely fine, it only breaks when I try and use Defeat. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi I know i probably sound like an idiot but I've been working on this for a week now and still havent figured out how to fix it. I have been wanting to play paradise hall with Skyrim AE and so I installed the mods and their requirements but every time I startt he game everyone is in the t-pose. I've even tried with and save after helgen that didn't have any mods to it to see if that would help. I've also run into the issue with Vortex of it not reqognising hearthfire.esm as a valid mod. I'm adding my load order and a couple of screen captures from sexlab showing two of the mods as not enabled even though I double and triple checked that they are.
