This is the lot where the Midtown Condos residents live.  It is a 30x20 lot which came out before the For Rent Expansion Pack did but it can be easily converted into a Residential Rental simply by changing the lot type in Build/Buy mode AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT MOVE THE HOUSEHOLD IN BEFOREHAND & HAVE ANOTHER SIM BUY IT SO THEY CAN BE LANDLORD/LAND LADY

It come fully featured with Stripper Dancing Poles so the girls can put on striptease shows for all the peeping toms to see from the street so you'll want to place it on a lot with easy viewing access from the street (I placed this in the far lower right hand corner of Willow Creek & will soon move it myself but know there are better places for it) 

The roof is where all the parties are. It comes with a grill for cooking, a hot tub to bathe in & a Rocketship which (When fully assembled by the residents) can be used to go to space & invite all their alien friends to the party
