PRIDE Nightclub is the place to go in the Newcrest Gay Village if your Sims want to let their hair down and dance until the wee small hours. The dance floor occupies most of the ground floor whilst the bar is upstairs, with plenty of seating for Sims to catch up with old friends or chat with new ones (or bend a relative stranger over the couch and give them a good hard pounding).
This is a nightclub lot type and fits onto a 30x20 lot and costs around $87k. After downloading transfer the PRIDE Tray files into your games Tray folder and the CC files into your Mods folder then grab your danciong shoes and enjoy. As always I make no claim of ownership over the CC used, a huge thanks to those more talented people who make it available to the rest of us.

The Sims 4 Mod Cleaner (Find, View, and Easily Remove All Duplicate Mods)

S4ModCleaner is a tool comprising a simple PowerShell script using Windows Forms to view and manage duplicates of mods found within a selected folder.
This tool flags files as duplicates via the following criteria:
-The file names AND file sizes match
Examples:
-test.package with file size 12.3MB compared to test.package with file size 8.4MB IS NOT flagged as a duplicate
-test.package with file size 12.3MB compared to test1.package with file size 12.3MB IS NOT flagged as a duplicate
-test.package with file size 8.4MB compared to test.package with file size 8.4MB IS flagged as a duplicate
This tool features a comparison tool that allows comparison of currently installed mods with other files/newly downloaded mods to see which files are already installed.
The main feature of this tool is the Fix and Fix All functions. Each function removes the duplicates minus the file with the oldest creation time and all duplicates minus the files with the oldest creation times respectively.
A filter option present on the Mods Folder Location selection form allows scanning for duplicates of ANY file-type OR .package and .ts4script files only.
Please report any suggestions or bugs found.
The desire to quickly find, view, and easily remove duplicate mods resulted in learning PowerShell to create this script. New updates will be released as more is learned.

Creating a backup of the Mods folder is obligatorily recommended before using this tool.

Cockout Cookout Grill

Getting a table at the Newcrest Gay Villages top restaurant, the Cockout Cookout Grill, can be tricky (thank you Dine Out) but for those lucky enough to find their seats and get their food they rave about it. With both inside and outside dining options this vibrant eatery is definitely a destination to be ticked off the list when visiting the new look Newcrest.
On a 30x20 lot this restaurant will set you back around $77k.
After downloading, copy the Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder and voilà you have a new restaurant to try out (fingers crossed it actually works, lol). As always I make no claim of ownership of the CC used.

Pornbob Theatre
DISCLOSURE - This Lot a Remodel of someone else's work
This is the home I use for AEP's Starlight Venus Awards When the AEP Career is updated, I will at least have a venue for it
The Backstory
Plumbob Pictures once used this venue (Which was then named the Plumbob Theatre) for the Starlight Accolades Awards but moved the annual ceremony to the PBP Studios when they outgrew this facility
But instead of selling it to some outsider (Where it faced almost certain demolition), Plumbob Pictures sold it to its Adult Entertainment subsidiary, Pornbob Pictures, who renovated it & uses it for various events (It used to be the home of AEP's Starlight Venus Awards but with those now discontinued (Or at least the future of them being in limbo), the dates normally reserved for those are now open)
It's equipped with streaming tools so the ceremony can be streamed on the Pornbob Theatre website & on the various event host apps. Word has it an exclusive Streaming TV deal is in the works too
THE THINGS THAT CAN HAPPEN
PORNSTAR SIMS - On Awards Night, they can rub elbows with each other & win awards in a variety of categories
NON-PORNSTAR SIMS - Non-Pornstar sims can also attend, rub elbows with "The Bigz In The Biz" as it were as they rub elbows with Pornstar sims & win an award in a variety of categories specifically set aside for Amateurs (If they are popular enough, they too could Get Famous as a Pornstar who simply prefer to produce their own content)
PROSTITUTE SIMS - This will be THE place you WILL want to JOIN your sim by TAKING THEM THERE on Awards Night to "Work The Strip" as it were looking for unsuspecting potential Johns who originally showed up for the actual ceremony but got lured into a "Faux De Paux" with a Prostitute somewhere outside the Theatre (Hence the Dumpsters in the back) ??
NOTE - It comes with optional CC which I DID NOT include in the lot itself as I got them after the lot was built). That CC is in the OPTIONAL OBJECTS folder so you can add them if you want

Hola!! Esta traducción debía haber ido junto a la de "kiss-n-grind" pero se me pasó subirla.
Es un mini mod con interacciones y animaciones amistosas de baile. La verás dentro de las interacciones amistosas, puesto que son bailes para hacer con amigos. Sin necesidad de tener romance. Compatible con el juego base.
Tiene detalles como qué si la amistad es muy baja, el baile aburrirá a tu Sim, o si la amistad es buena, tu Sim se lo pasará genial y recordarán la noche de baile con sus amistades.
Las animaciones son lindas y vienen genial si te gusta llevar a tus Sims de party, puesto que los NPC las realizan de forma autónoma y mola ver a los Sims en pista bailando a su bola.

Ridgeline Apartments

The Ridgeline Apartment Complex is one of the most sought after Residential Rentals in the Newcrest Gay Village, boasting a trio of large luxury modern units, all with their own balconies, access to a shared above ground pool, in-building laundry facilities, as well as a separate butler's accommodation (though this is very much first come first served unfortunately).
This build fills a 40x20 lot and costs a little over $357k and I've kitted out each apartment for some very different Sims from a music lover and aspiring DJ, to a fitness enthusiast, to a social media and style influencer (of course you can remodel as much as you like). The build is a little different that the pics as I raised up the foundation (so the ground floor unit didn't have people just looking directly into it) but never minded to update the screencaps.
After you download and unzip Ridgeline Apartments, transfer the Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder. There is one CC item I can't find to include, the "gravity pull up bar", no idea what it's called, though if I do stumble on it in the future I'll update this download. As always I make no claim of ownership to the CC I have used, a huge shout out to the very talented artists who make this available.
