Found in-game in "Tights" category of CAS.
Best for use with the following body top and bottom meshes: [BMB] Noir and Dark - Milky Breast Big, Dumbaby - Bottom (big).
EVE 5-6 body meshes are supported.

All epaulets and shoulder straps are moved to a separate category ("lip ring right"), forming "Epaulets" package.
