You should use AddtemMenu (AIM) mod so you can easily find the armor/outfit you want.

Use the spell instead so that all the .esp Menu will open and you can directly click the BnsMerge29.esp there. It will list down all the 29 outfit parts and select.

Ok, so apparently i've solved the problem. At first i already did everything you suggested but it still didnt work, so i checked LOOT. According to loot, the bnsmerge29.esp wont work because i was missing a plugin, the plugin was "hdthighheels.esm" so i simply went to nexus and downloaded the mod. And everything works fine now, the outfit is here.

Hi there Ma Ri I noticed my 2nd post was removed from 9damao request page which is understandable! I took a look at your page and saw that your characters were using some neat mods! I'm currently trying to do a Akaviri playthrough and build a family around my OC, so I just have a few questions about the mods you're using in your stories and screenshots! I managed to get the NINI nibbles pack but I was wondering if this was only for the player or if there's a way to make a follower take on the appearance from the NINI mod. I'm still fairly new to modding so I'm not sure of what I'm able to do. I was also looking for the 2nd preset/character the sugar character follower by Milkshake but I was not able to find it on any sites was wondering if you had the LE version somewhere or if you could direct me to a place where I could find the mod. Sorry for all the text and numerous questions but I just wanted to make sure I got my points across clearly. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to read my message!  (I also apologize if this is not the appropriate place to ask questions but I was unable to send you a PM directly) 

The Noble Pack only works on player but the body type and skin texture that was on the pack will also be used by all the female NPCs on the game if you install them as it is. That is why I used a technique so that the female NPCs will not inherit the body and skin of my character. The special NPCs or Followers that you will install in your game already comes with their own body type and skin texture so they will not inherit your Characters body and skin texture. If you want the NINI characters, there's a separate Follower mod for it. I still have the Sugar Presets ECE/RM and Follower LE/SE/AE. I can help you on Skyrim LE modding since I am very focus on playing and making mods in Skyrim SE nowadays.
