2024 AE Build: Well that was an interesting two weeks

So... the bad news is that I spent the last two weeks dealing with real life (including a broken tooth - ouch!) and so didn't make a lot of progress on modding. The good news is that most of that now seems to be behind me and I should have more time for hobby stuff at least in the short term.   I was flipping through some of the resources I had put together for future Fallout modding and got a bit of an urge to make some progress on that side of things - maybe complete one of the mods
